Cute place fairly near the airport. Everything was very up to date, organized, and even labeled well beyond expectations. Don't think we took advantage of everything it offered. Home is a bit hidden on a corner with an alley and behind follage. Neighborhood seemed quiet while we we there with a mix of residents. Did not have access to the backyard, but that was not an issue and would only enhance the stay. Would have been great to have access to a washer and drier. Would stay again! Thanks.

We found the home to be very clean and well-equipped. Communication with the owners was excellent. We'd highly recommend this for a couple of nights in Anchorage for 2 or maybe 3 people.

This is a very cozy place. I was solo and stayed one night. Very comfy, warm and cozy after a long plane ride.

EVERYTHING about this place was great! Nice, comfortable bed, good bathroom; very sweet kitchen and well outfitted; spacious. Couldn't have been nicer.
The only drawback is the location. Neighborhood is probably perfectly safe, but definitely not a walking neighborhood. A bit trashy. Otherwise, we really enjoyed it!

Alaska was on our bucket list and our stay at Troy’s house was absolutely fantastic! He could not have been more helpful or informative-even let us know there was a moose in the back yard!
Very clean, efficient, everything u need. Close to downtown, neighborhood fair but we were never there. Very comfy queen bed and ottoman pull out twin comfy too. Great place for the money.-would rent again.

What a great house for our family as home base to explore Anchorage. Everything we needed for a comfortable couple of nights - great kitchen, comfortable sleeping arrangements, and great service!

Don't judge a book by its cover. Neighborhood is not 5 star but the inside of the house is amazing. Very clean, very modern, very inviting. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Very cozy , it Gad everything you need to have a ver comfortable stay , beautiful cabin like decoration , just one little thing , it was a hot summer and there was no fan in the bedroom

Nice interior well taken care of
We arrived by taxi after ending a curse up from Vancouver the neighborhood looked a little sketchy but the house was very nice inside and very clean. We didn’t have transportation and we’re just uneasy enough about the area as to not feel comfortable to go walking about.cabs were easy and quick to come so we had no trouble getting around. Close to everything we wanted to do. Felt it was great value for the cost comparison to staying down town. It was a quiet area no problem.

We could not have been more pleased to stay in this most comfortable cottage. The accommodations were better than expected; we had everything we needed at our disposal, and then some. The amenities provided in this quiet location was a plus, and so was the Netflix.
Our host made himself available and responded promptly to any questions we had.
I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who needs a home base in which to visit Alaska at a reasonable price.

The house was very nice and clean. The owner is easy to get ahold of, and it’s located in a good location. Would stay there again for sure!
