We can't say enough good things about both the property and the owners. We are frequent VRBO guests and this is by far the best property experience we've had. The property was spotlessly clean, well provisioned and comfortable. We brought our small dog with us and was delighted to find a pet bowl with fresh water waiting on him at check-in. For us, there was a lovely bottle of wine and chocolates with the sweetest personalized note. We enjoyed using the pool toys, beach gear and grill. We didn't find time for the bicycles, but they were in excellent shape and looked like fun. The neighborhood is quiet and friendly. We didn't use the hot tub since it was closed for the summer, but the pool was lovely. We hope to be return guests soon.

My favorite VRBO stay of all time. From amazing hosts who were very helpful and informative, to a pristine property that met all of my family’s needs from rest and relaxation to fun and sun. Perfect weather, warm pool and relaxing hot tub, with modern interior decor that reminded me of home. 10 minute drive to Manasota Beach where we enjoyed our afternoons, laying in the sun and collecting shark teeth. A multitude of restaurants and shopping. Can’t wait to stay again! A special thanks to the hosts for being kind, helpful and thoughtful. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Tucked into abundant, gorgeous landscaping is a hidden gem of a house in South Venice. The modern farmhouse interior is exactly as shown in the VRBO pictures. It is well equipped with kitchen essentials, loads of great towels for bath or beach, and a good laundry area essential for long term rentals. The king sized beds in each bedroom are comfortable, and there is a dresser and loads of closet space in each room. Bathrooms are updated and stocked with several necessities. The pool area is very large with multiple seating areas, comfortable furniture, warm water and a hot tub. Also notable is the privacy provided by the lush landscaping around the entire setting. We enjoyed the beautiful, quiet space! It is a really wonderful place to work, read or just enjoy the Florida sunshine and a delightful pool. Chester is an excellent host who was available for anything we needed-all minor requests that were quickly resolved. He always called before coming over and he maintained the pool area and hot tub while we were away at the beach or out touring in the area. Casa de Coco Garden is centrally located-close to groceries, restaurants and shopping. There’s plenty to do and see in the area: downtown Venice, multiple beaches, and destinations like Sarasota and Punta Gorda are all nearby. We loved everything about Casa de Coco, and we won’t hesitate to stay there the next time we visit Venice!

My husband and I stayed for 8 weeks during January and February. Check-in was smooth and easy and the house was exactly as it appears in the photos. Chester and Aneta were great hosts and made sure we had everything we need throughout our stay. We especially loved ending our day in the spa, but the pool was very nice too. Casa Coco is a beautiful villa, perfectly appointed with everything you could need. High quality decor, pool and covered outdoor space was lovely. The villa was incredibly clean. Chester and Aneta have been fabulous hosts and have responded to any messages we had very promptly and reached out to reassure us regarding a tropical storm that was due to hit during our stay. It was great base to explore the area and the many local beaches . We would highly recommend Casa Coco. Thank you for sharing your lovely villa with us.

We loved our week at this home - we did not want to leave! The house is very clean and well appointed. But the outside living space - that's what really makes this home shine! We couldn't get enough of the sparking heated pool and cozy hot tub. We went to a different beach every day that we were there, and found over a hundred shark teeth! This home is the perfect base for exploring Venice + surrounding areas. Can't wait to go back!

Chester and Aneta’s place was absolutely perfect for our family vacation! The house is adorable and impeccably clean. Nice sized pool and great outdoor space. Located near several beaches and fun restaurants. Kitchen had everything we needed to make a few meals. Beach chairs, towels and a shark tooth sifter were available to borrow. Hosts responded quickly to a couple of questions we had during our stay. Planning to return soon!

Our family had the best time at your beautiful home! Our kids from teen to toddler aged all loved everything about our stay from the pool, the games, and the extra sand toys and things to bring to the beach. The owners have thought of everything you might need to have a fantastic beach vacation. The location is great too. We were able to go to multiple different beaches that weren’t far from the house at all. We hope to stay again in the future!

We went to Venice to celebrate our 20 year anniversary with our best friend and we couldn’t have had a better experience. The house was phenomenal, close to so many beaches, clean, and just what we needed. I would recommend this property to all my family and friends!!!

We had an amazing time at Casa Coco. The house is beautiful, tastefully decorated, well equipped, and in a great and quiet neighborhood. The supermarket and places to eat were very close and it was an easy drive to Caspersen and Venice Pier and beaches. Nokomis wasn't too far, and we even made it to Siesta beach. We really enjoyed the pool and grilling in the evenings. Communication with the owners was great and very personalized. We'll book this house for sure in the future.

The house is so beautiful, super clean and very well equipped (also includes all the beach essentials- beach chairs, towels and an umbrella). The bikes were a nice addition for our active mornings. Not to mention the pool, warm water and private surroundings. Overall the whole property is so cozy, we felt at home from the very first moment ❤️Aneta and Chester were very friendly and helpful, they recommend us lots of picture spots and provided a lot of useful information. Highly recommend!!! Don’t think twice, you are going to enjoy your stay for sure!!!

The communication with the host was prompt and helpful. The check-in process was smooth and easy. The home, both inside and outside, was exactly like the pictures. It was clean and modern with plenty of indoor and outdoor space for a family of 4. The pool and hot tub were a wonderful addition and the home had everything you would need. The house is located in a quiet neighborhood and close to so many wonderful beaches.

We had a wonderful month. Pictures of property very accurate. House was fully equipped with everything needed. Pool and hot tub were splendid. We used the ferry to access the private beach often. Easy access to ferry. Ferry pass was required but easily attainable at community center. Host was very responsive and great to work with. Recommend this property highly. Couldn’t have been any better. Close to shopping and restaurants. Other beaches close but much more crowded. Like the private beach. Found lots of pretty shells and shark teeth. Kids enjoyed it all!

The house and backyard were beautiful and everything you needed was supplied. What we loved was the attention to detail in every aspect of the house. Within driving distance to the beach, downtown and the bike trail.

This home was amazing! It is extremely clean, beautifully decorated and in a great location. Perfect size for me, my wife and our dog. Wonderful and helpful hosts who checked in with us throughout the stay to make sure all was well. The heated pool was phenomenal and so was the outdoor living space. If you have a dog, Brohard Beach and paw park is a must! Our dog loved it! We will be back!

This was a great property for us. We wanted to visit the west coast of Florida and this property was centrally located for us. The heated pool and hot tub were an added bonus. The beds were super comfortable and wifi and tv service worked great as well. The security system made us feel really safe. Aneta & Chester were very responsive and made our stay really special by having wine and chocolates waiting for us when we arrived. Will stay again when we are in the area.

This home is everything you could ever want and more! The pictures don't do it justice, and the attention to detail is beyond what you could imagine. We had great communication from the owners prior to our arrival and throughout our stay. We arrived after a 2-day car ride to a clean and beautiful house that made you feel like you were at home the second you stepped foot in the door. My husband and dogs thoroughly enjoyed the house as much as I did! He found a new, local fishing spot each day and I read books on the lanai with the dogs. We were close to plenty of amazing restaurants. The kitchen had everything we needed for home cooked (even Christmas day) dinners. I have never been in a more comfortable home - the bedding, pillows and towels were all wonderful quality. They even go so far as to have plenty of fleece throw blankets throughout the house (this was a very nice touch in my opinion)! Every room is beautifully designed, homey and comfortable - it's not at all like the bland, cold VRBO homes with no personality. The owners were very attentive and made sure we had everything we needed before we arrived, throughout the stay and even after! We intend to stay here again, and I know my extended family plans to see if this home is available the next time they head to the area. Don't hesitate - book this home and enjoy a stay far better than any 5 star hotel!

Absolutely beautiful home! Listing photos are accurate. Very clean and comfortable! We loved sitting out on under the covered patio. Rained quite a bit the first day, so at least we were able to enjoy the outdoors in a beautifully decorated cozy space. Pool was wonderful! Didn't have a chance to use the Ferry pass, but loved that it was an option! Landscaping beautiful and gave the property a very private feel. Whole family enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed our week of rest and relaxation at the Casa Coco- the pool is divine, the house is so clean and we had everything we needed to cook delicious meals. The ferry access is amazing and literally no need to go to any other beach- it has everything you need. We found tons of shark teeth and beautiful shells.
