Ótima propriedade! A 5 minutos a pé da praia, piscina bem em frente e próxima da Gulf Shores Parkway. Vou definitivamente considerar esta propriedade para futuras viagens.

We enjoyed our stay so much, upstairs neighbors were a bit loud, but overall no complaints about the location or stay. Be sure to bring more tp and papertowels, there's a small store next door but it's a bit pricey.
Would definitely recommend this condo. The pool was heated and my grandson loved making new friends every night after out beach day!
We had a leak from upstairs one day and the owner was easy to reach and he immediately contacted the maintenance department. We will come back!

The wifi worked well, and the pool was nice, but this unit is on the dirtier side, and hasn't seen a deep clean in quite some time. There is grime on every light switch, and stains on the furniture. We were given one roll of toilet paper for a five night stay, and told we to purchase our own after that. I believe that's an Evolve policy - the place responsible for the cleaning/rental and such. I would probably stay away from their units.
Additionally the condo complex has no recycling even though Gulf Shores has a recycling center. It feels tone deaf given the popularity of the location is so directly linked to nature.
Bottom line: we wished we'd chosen elsewhere.

Great property!! 5 minute walk to the beach, pool right outside the door, 2 minute drive to Gulf Shores Parkway. Definitely will keep this property in mind for future trips.

The place was cozy. Cleaning crew failed to do their job very well. Floors were very sticky and not very clean throughout. The pool needs something done to it to cool it down. Was the temp of a hot tub. The beach was amazing and beautiful weather the whole time we were there.

This property was just what we needed, for a last minute get away! The owner was very nice and accommodating, we were even able to add another night! The location is perfect right across the street from the beach and right next to Pier 33, that has all your necessities without going to Walmart or Rouses!! The parking was very convenient and the stairs weren’t bad either!

My family and I stayed here for my husbands birthday recently. The owner was really nice and in constant communication. I receive emails with information on how to contact them if need be. But of course we didn’t have to because everything went smoothly! It was really easy to find and get to. The condo is small but has everything you need. It was clean too. We had a great stay. I’d definitely recommend staying there and I’d book it again when we come back!

We stayed at The Cove and it was very nice. Only a couple of blocks from the beach access, next door to a really nice useful shop, and easy to find. It was clean and neat and useful. The hot water was exceptional and the furniture was very comfortable. It was an attractive room that felt very homee. We really enjoyed the stay.

Only objection I have is stairs. I am 71 years young and it was hard for me to climb stairs. Overall a great place to stay.

Terrific
I read the reviews for this property and was kind of scared not going to lie. While it is a little outdated, there is absolutely nothing wrong with it.
This property was exactly what we needed. Two TVs, bed was comfortable and we had all of the things we needed including a washer / dryer, oven, microwave and fridge to keep our groceries.
This condo was right near everything and we could walk to the beach. Our baby and us enjoyed the Disney plus option on the tv so we could stream shows with no problem. Also WiFi is good too. 8/10 stars from me

We didn’t spend much time of our 2 night beach getaway in the condo but it would have been perfect if we had. Comfy beds and a good shower!

What We Needed
The location is good, clean, outdoor pool area was perfect, and access to beach was acceptable. Restaurants and groceries were close by. The plumbing wasn’t great, in that the tub faucet wasn’t secure and “hot” water wasn’t really hot.

Good spot for a weekend getaway
The property is very accessible, and just off of a road that is away from the main highway. Everything was quite peaceful, and basic amenities were provided. The check in process was convenient and hassle free. The only issue we had is that the furniture and floors could have been more clean.

Good for me
Unit and furnishings are a little dated but everything you need is there. It's kind of just a typical rental, everything that the owner doesn't use at home anymore is there for you to use.
It's not particularly near the beach and it's a little walk to the nearest beach access, it's just over a mile to the main 'Hangout' area. This suited me absolutely fine but it might not suit families with young children.
The pool area is really nice. There's a general store practically next door that is really well stocked.

A sweet and cozy condo for our family weekend at the beach
This condo was perfect for an early fall trip to Gulf Shores with our 7-year old son. It was cute, comfortable, clean, close to the beach, and right next to a little grocery store and coffee shop. We'll definitely come back!

Clean, affordable, just right.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this condo! Clean, all the amenities you'd need, just yards from the pool (on the same level), good location. A little walk to the public beach access, but public parking available if you want to drive. A cute little store basically next door to get anything you may have forgotten, or something you decide you want after you arrive (a net for shells, boogie board, beach umbrella, etc.). Would stay here again for sure.

Excellent vacation rental
We are a family with middle school children - this was perfect for us. It was a 10min walk to the beach, had a pool on site where we could literally watch our kids from the condo. It had a full kitchen plus washer and dryer. There was a little convenience store 2min walk or Walmart was a 5min drive. Lots of close restaurants and activities. It was fairly quiet area so we had no issues during the evening time either - would happily stay again

Perfect stay
My husband, myself and our five-year-old stayed in the condo for the weekend. we came over for the crawfish festival 5K and it was absolutely perfect. we were minutes away from everything we could walk to the beach, the condo was quiet everything was clean and functioned as it should. we would absolutely choose this condo again.
