If it weren’t for the duck tape holding the washer/dryer together, 3 legged front table and roach I had to kill it would have been about par but unfortunately it was well below par. I left my stay early

Easy walk to 5th Ave Bed, appliances and and furnishing were very nice Not much for cooking supplies, no oil, salt or pepper.... Seems expensive for the time of year. Looked like we were the only people in the entire complex. Not much going on in Naples in the summer.

Great location, nice place

Location is great. Easy access to 5th Ave and 3rd Street. Cambier park is across the street. It is nice to have an in-unit washer and dryer. We loved the outdoor bistro table and enjoyed sitting outside during a rain storm since it's covered. Just a couple of suggestions: Having bikes available would be awesome or a cart/wagon to carry the chairs and umbrella to the beach. Having a ceiling fan in the bedroom for the hot months would be a nice touch. We had an issue with an incorrect door access code upon check in but management was easily accessible and fixed the situation immediately. . All in all a nice place to stay.

We rented this place because our regular rental in Naples still had electrical issues from the hurricane. This is an average place to stay. Furniture and decorations are very dated. The bed was a metal frame with no box spring and very squeaky. Kitchen is nice. Location is close to restaurants on Fifth Avenue. The walk to the beach is a little long if you're taking cooler and beach equipment everyday. There is no pool. We were warned that construction was going on which was fine but the workers left a lot of trash around. Also a women from the rental company just walked in on us one morning. We expected a lot more for the money.

Great location. Perfect for our needs. A little dated

The best place to stay in Old Naples. So convenient to everything! Quiet neighborhood. The place was well-equipped with all that was needed. If I would comment on anything it would be that more than two towels each would be good. Some sundry items like box of tissues,, hand mirror—these are just minor. Overall it was great. Easy check in. Walking distance to beach, 5th Avenue and Tin City. Even had chairs and umbrella for the beach. Highly recommend this property. Very pleased.

Suggestions for improving this particular unit would be to replace the bed and frame - they were very creaky! Also, the shower curtain plastic liner had mold on it, as did the shower window shelf. And the bullfrog noise from backyard pond literally kept us awake at night. A small table fan to provide white noise could possibly help with that.

Stay went great. Location is ideal- walking distance to beach and shopping/restaurants. We will look at staying again next time we are in the area. Condo was clean, nice to have the washer/dryer in the unit. We enjoyed our stay. Just a heads up, the toaster did not work and the batteries went out in the remote control.

Enjoyed the property. Only issue we had was a clogged bathroom sink from the start.

Perfect location! The condo was met our expectations. Size was perfect for the 2 of us. Condo was well maintained. Enjoyed the evenings on the shared patio and morning coffee right outside the door. Very quite area. Would definitely recommend this place and stay there again! Thanks

Very nice appartment in good convenient position, the letting agents never answered phone always just an answer machine

Within walking distance of fine dining, beach, attractions. Perfect location for us-no car needed except to grocery shop. Floors weren’t very clean, but given near beach, we didn’t mind the extra sand. Beach amenities provided and keyless entry were also appreciated. Just get new cleaning crew.

The online photos don’t do this property justice, it’s updated, tastefully decorated and roomy. The location is fantastic—close to town, the beach and marina. The bed could have been a bit softer for me (maybe add a gel pad?) but other than that, no suggestions for improvement. We’d definitely stay here again when in the Naples area.

We were happy with the excellent location. Was very clean. They need to update the mattress, it was very hard with no box spring. Also, they have less then basic cable. No ESPN, no HD, no TNT, TBS, HGTV.....etc....

Adequate space for two and could not be more perfectly located.

The apartment was in an excellent location but looked "weathered". There was a bicycle rack (thankfully) on the property but our rental advisor was unaware of it when asked about it on the telephone. The screen door did not function, the front door clearly had a handle change to facilitate installation of a key pad lock but the hole in the door that remained from this procedure was not filled, it was taped over with some sticky tape! The living room furniture was fair. WiFi and TV were adequate. The kitchen implements were not as functional as they should be : wine bottle opener that broke corks because of its poor design, wine glasses were poor and there were only three, cutting knives that had seen better times and were somewhat dull, institutional toilet paper, no salt, etc. As usual, the Florida weather and the nearness to the Naples beach allowed us to disregard the inadequacies that could be addressed - simply and cheaply!

Overall a very positive experience. Great location for walking to restaurants and shopping.

Loved the apartment and the amenities, the location was excellent.

My husband and I booked this cute little place for a mini vacation get away. We were really in the heart of it all. We enjoyed an impromptu concert at nearby Cambier Park. Every evening we took a short walk to Fifth Avenue or Third Street and a different restaurant every night. And best of all, we enjoyed the beach everyday which was literally just at the end of our street after you passed through a lovey little park setting. The condo was nicely decorated, super clean and everything worked perfectly.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft für 2 Personen. Sauber, tolle Lage und wirklich genug Platz. Küche war ebenfalls gut ausgestattet. Einziger Punktabzug kommt daher, weil wir 2x versucht haben den Vermieter zu kontaktieren, aber nie jemanden erreichen konnten. Einmal ist die Klimaanlage ausgefallen, was in Florida wirklich furchtbar ist und weil wir niemanden erreichen konnten, mussten wir die ganze Nacht ohne Klimaanlage schlafen, wenn man bei solchen Temperaturen überhaupt schlafen kann. Wäre toll gewesen, wenn der Notfallservice auch funktioniert hätte. Ansonsten wirklich super und absolut empfehlenswert.

refrigerator did not work, took 3 days of my vacation to get a new one. tv remotes were messed up had to use both remotes differently on each set

Wonderful if you want to spend most of your days out and about. 4 convenient blocks to the beach and only 2 to Cambier park and 5th Ave. I vacationed in olde Naples the last 4 years and this was the most central and accessible. I am now looking for a condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at your condo in Naples Florida. We were thrilled to be able to rent something for a shorter term since work prevents longer vacation time. Most places are a minimum of 1-3 months. We walked everywhere, beach , shops, dinner. It was the perfect location.

We rented the Le Monaco Condo Rental near 5th Ave thru Naples Florida Rentals and was very happy with our decision. Romina in the office was most helpful, giving us some recommendations for areas to visit when in town. The condo was updated last month, they don't even have the photos up yet. The whole place is very nice and comfortable for 2 people. You are right next to 5th Ave, which was great for strolls to eat and shop. My husband liked that we can walk to the beach, and he appreciated it only raining on days when we did not go :) We would recommend this rental and company to anyone looking for a professional and comfortable stay.

The Le Monaco was a block away from all the action of 5th Ave S. You cannot beat the location, it was simply perfect. We could walk to the beach in under 5 minutes as well. The condo was recently updated, and had all new furniture and painting. The rental company was extremely helpful from the moment we inquired to the moment we left. Would definitely recommend this condo to anyone looking for a nice place.

My husband and myself have been coming to Naples for a few years now. We have not had the fortune of staying in a nice place like this before. Being in such a great location made our trip that much more special. The condo was comfortable and clean, and very quiet.
