Great location for peace and quiet and to explore the northern Black Hills area.

Great location and beautiful cabin. One Door did not lock and found dirty dishes in cupboard. Other than that it was great!

The house was very nice and well equipped with the necessities I think we picked the hottest time to go to South Dakota temp was a record 105 The house was nice and cool with the mountain air and fans. Plenty of room in the driveway for 4 trucks & trailers

We loved the house and its amazing view. Everything is well stocked for cooking! The owner makes sure there are plenty of towels which is really important. We enjoyed our evenings in the hot tub

The location was perfect and the property was great. We were close to Deadwood but felt like we were on our own secluded getaway. The layout was awesome for families to have their own space and kids had a blast in the bunk room.

The house was very nice, could use more fans or AC . Parking was ok, hard to park trailers, but made it work :) exterior grounds are great for adults but not small- younger children friendly...but game room was good for them. overall was a good place to stay :)

Great experience!?

This was the perfect property for a family ski trip. Plenty of space to spread out, rustic feel, yet modern amenities. Definitely felt more like a vacation home than a rental (in a good way)! Communication with the property manager was clear and accurate. Fantastic stay!

There were 10 of us that stayed at your lodge and we absolutely loved it. Very clean, enough seating in the kitchen/living area for all of us to hang out/eat. Loved the area it was located in and loved the view from the deck. Trailer parking was a little tight (considering we had 4 pu’s/trailers) but not bad at all, very do-able. Loved the ease of getting out with the ATV’s. We would recommend this to anyone and would stay here again if the opportunity arises. Thanks for a great place to stay. The Kansas ATV Riders!!!

We have stayed in several cabins up at Terry peak. This was hands down my favorite one!

The house was lovely and had amazing views!! Very nice quality furnishings and beautiful inside and out! It was very spacious and fit our group of 11 wonderfully. Everyone had space and was comfortable. The owner was helpful and responded quickly when we contacted her. The house was in a good location for many great outings such as Deadwood, Spearfish Canyon, Devils Tower, Mount Rushmore, and even the Badlands. We would highly recommend this house for anyone wanting to visit this area. It was a great experience.

Cabin was great. Space was great. Just a few things: there’s no AC. It was HOT. There’s only one fan. A few more fans would have been very helpful when temps in the house were above 80. There were no trash bags, just a few drops of dish soap and NO hand soap. I expect those few things to be there and they weren’t. Had to make a stop at the store to purchase.

This house worked out just perfect for what we needed. We all just wished there was some outdoor furniture so we could have used and enjoyed the beautiful deck both up and down.

Beautiful home with a beautiful view. Lots of kitchen items made food prep easy but there wasn’t a cupboard for us to put food items away so they took up a good portion of a counter. The only issue we had was running out of hot water.

The cabin was perfect for our group of 9. Everything was better than described and we can't wait to use the cabin again next year! Thanks for helping us create memories!

We loved our stay here! Amazing home and views! Only complaints are the kitchen could use some sharper knives and the bottom of the hot tub was sandy and a little dirty! Overall we loved our stay here!!

Our family absolutely loved this property! We could not get over the spectacular views from our mountain top perch- which were especially amazing in the mornings!! The cabin was nice and cozy, yet boasts 5 bedrooms to accommodate our family perfectly. The large dining table was perfect for meals and playing games together in the evenings. We will definitely rent from Carla again- she was super helpful and has a beautiful home!

This is truly an amazing log home architecturally, with gorgeous views and even though there are neighbors close by it feels very private, with lots of beds and plenty of room for our group of 9. However our criticism is in the cleanliness. When we arrived the first impression was not great. Front porch hadn't been swept for sometime, there were 40-50 dead flies by the big beautiful view windows that are in need of a good washing, buffalo and upper logs have dust sitting on them, Christmas deco left on railing is icky dusty, refrigerator needed washed out from left-over spilled food, kitchen sink is grossly stained, lower patio also hadn't been swept in a long while, bedding is old and didn't feel very clean and every bed had old yucky pillows. Also, no soap in the shower or baths...went to town for that. For the $ we spent, these are things that would have made it a 5 star. Please know I say all this as constructive criticism. The bones are there, it just needs cleaned.

We had an amazing time! The place was exactly as described. We'll definitely be going back next year.

Oh my gosh, this home was perfect for our family. The property is clean and well-kept. The owner was so accommodating and made special arrangements to ensure we could stay the days we had available. We hope to rent the property again in the future!

This is a very cute and very nice log home. They even had it decorated for Christmas when we arrived! Beautiful view from the deck and located close to Terry Peak. It was perfect for our holiday stay.

Was great over all except a couple rocking chairs would be great to have.

This is a very nice home with everything we needed. Very quiet beautiful place to enjoy nature. It was a bit more remote than I expected but we all enjoyed our stay very much, thank you for the rental.

The photos of the cabin were very accurate. We had ample personal space for each couple. The kitchen had everything we needed to prepare our meals. The view was breathtaking from sunrise until sunset. Very quiet and peaceful location. Turn into the driveway was tricky on the motorcycle and pulling the trailer. All 5 couples agreed we would rent this cabin again. The owner was very quick to answer any questions we had prior to our stay. The directions to get to the cabin were easy to follow.

We really enjoyed our time here! We saw deer everyday and the view was awesome! Initially we were nervous about no air conditioning the first week in August but even if it was available we would have never used it as it was nice and cool!

We enjoyed the location and the property managers were great. Had a great experience. Off the beaten path and had a great view with privacy.
