All was well other than a leaky seal on the toilet on the master bathroom upstairs.

This is a great house to rent. The pictures don’t show just how nice the Propery actually is and they are easy to work with. Had a fabulous vacation. Having a golf cart was wonderful - we rented a second so we didn’t use the car when we stayed in the community. We toured approx 1/2 the time and travel / location as easy including airport. Good food options, local secret beach, marina tours 5 minutes away to fish or snorkel, food delivery, small market, golf, beach party etc. The pool was wonderful, clean, had floats and balls for teens and adults. Kitchen easy to use. Maybe a new toaster and bigger coffee pot but if that’s your biggest need vacation is a success right? We cooked and found what we needed. They supply a few dishwasher tabs and washing machine pods. Might need more if you plan to use these often. We didn’t. They left a bag of ice to use with the cooler and provide plenty of towels and beach chairs. You won’t need anything. Had a minor issue and Carlos responded and fixed within 2 hours. Views are fabulous. Outdoor furniture is comfortable and plenty. Plenty of room indoors. Air conditioning works great. Loved the retractable sunshades poolside and covered patios. The hammock was a favorite. Beds were comfortable. We were not traveling with kids but they had tons of extras if you are. They have a pool table and games. Checkout simple - they do almost everything for you. All in all I recommend this Propery plus the neighbors are friendly and welcoming like all of the people we met in Puerto Rico.

We had a great time and the house was perfect for our multi generational family. The pool was especially a hit. we’ve stayed in palmas before and it never disappoints. Furniture could use some refreshes - fairy worn - but a great property with beautiful views!

This is my review. I will list the pros and cons. Pros: The house is gorgeous and the pool was spectacular to have to ourselves. Laundry facilities were a plus as well as the golf cart. The rides with the family around the stunning neighborhood were a blast. The golf course was amazing. Cons: I'm a firm believer in advertising what you have as well as what you don't. We arrived on day one to a dirty pool. Big time bummer. The master bedroom door was making a significant loud sound when closing it. I asked Carlos for assistance and he never addressed the door. The pool xleaners came the following day. The jacuzzi in the master bedroom did not work. The couple did not find that out until after taking the time to fill it on the last night. We did not bother to call Carlos because he was not very available to us. I saved all of my text with him. We requested extra blankets. I was told by Carlos he would come up with some and he never did. He did drop off my golf passes and gave us the keys to the house and cart. One of the fobs that operated the gate to allow entry had a dead battery. We had 2 fobs for 2 vehicles so this caused issues. Several times interrupting guests to come and open gate. Once again Carlos never replied to this issue. The pool area smooth tile is very slick. I personally fell and injured myself. That is the risk I take but it should be noted and addressed for future safety. Overall we made the best of it but when you advertise amenities a checklist should be made and checked before guests arrive. There's no question it's a beautiful spot and we had a great time. My younger brother even proposed to his girlfriend while we were here. I would recommend it only if some improvements were made or upfront notice that some things are not available. If not, adjust the price.

Location was nice and safe in a gated resort community. Golf cart was a nice touch to get around the resort but f you want to explore other places, renting a car is advised. Furniture could use updating but lovely house with lots of space for everyone and nice views. Owner and manager were very responsive and gave good ideas of where to go visit and eat. Private pool was a nice touch as was the pool table. Kitchen was well stocked and there was a large generator available but never needed. If you want city life, then we his is not the place but if looking for a quiet time to relax, then you are in the right place.

Ms Gladys and Carlos were great and very attentive to our questions and needs. The house accommodated eight adults comfortably. I would highly recommend this property!

Great property , great host. We are already planning our next visit. The weather and accommodations were truly perfect. Property manager was always accessible for any needs or questions. Brought my 2 adult children , spouses and 3 grandkids (16, 13 and 9 months. We were 3 family's and all had our own spaces. So perfect for our needs. The pictures on the site are truly reflective of this most beautiful house. Our family of 8, including 2 kids under the age of 10 enjoyed the house, location, amenities, etc. The pool was being cleaned upon our arrival. The house was equally clean. Every appliance you could possibly want is available. Carlos, the property manager, was most responsive and Gladys was always available by text. We are already thinking about returning to Gladys' home since we had such a great experience.

The house and views were amazing. Working with Carlos was very easy. He answered all our questions and was available for all matters. Gladys also ordered our group beach chairs via Amazon Prime when we realized that we had none and we had them in 2 days. All the bedrooms were great and the kitchen was well stocked. We would have like a bigger coffee maker. Also some cleaning supplies would have been a help. Having our own pool and golf cart was a huge benefit. We were able to get around Palmas easily with the cart. Overall I would recommend this property for anyone looking for a place in Palmas Del Mar definitely book Gladys home. It will be your home away from home.

Our group of 9 enjoyed this lovely home. Plenty of space for us to cook, eat, sleep and spread out. Beautiful views and comfy beds. There were a few glitches with checking in and supplies, due (I suspect) to a late checkout by a previous messy renter. Property manager Carlos was very patient with our requests and did everything he could to accommodate us (including providing a couple of pizzas) while we waited for the property to be cleaned. The pool is terrific; however, note that the spa is just that - a spa, not a hot tub. Also, when you check in, be sure you check right away to make sure the grill has gas in its tank and key items like paper towels, dishwasher pods and garbage bags are stocked. Lots of cooking supplies in the kitchen (could be better organized). Overall, though, it was a great stay.

My family and I had a wonderful time on this property. So much space for each room and the common area. The views are beautiful and we felt so safe in this neighborhood. The pool was so nice to have to relax on days we just stayed at the house. Communication with property owner and manager were great - so helpful. Would recommend and plan on booking again!

We had a wonderful family vacation and enjoyed staying in Gladys home. The views are amazing and Gladys and Carlos were in communication with us for any of our needs. The kids enjoyed the private pool at the home and the use of the golf cart was definitely a plus! Palmas Del Mar is the perfect location! Various restaurants and beautiful beaches to explore all within the community. We would definitely love to return in the future!

Home away from home experience. Very relaxing and stress-free.

We rented the property for 2 weeks. The home was perfect for our group. We had two seniors, one which is disabled and in a wheelchair. The 1st floor room was great accessibility and bathroom, fully equipped with bars and roll in shower was a plus! No step entrance into the property was also a plus. Kids and young adults in our group enjoyed the swimming pool, pool table and golf cart! I was really impressed with the professionalism of the property manager Carlos. He was super attentive to any of our needs and super helpful if we needed help with anything. He was so sweet he found out it was my daughter's birthday and surprised her with a birthday cake! Thank you Carlos and Gladys for your hospitality!

House has magnificent views and very spacious. The salt water pool is amazing and the porches offer a delightful family gathering. Any small issue that we had, the property manager (Carlos) had it resolved quickly. The owner (Gladys) also made sure anything needed she was there to assist. Pride of ownership shows in the home and the service. This one is on top of our list. Will be visiting soon!

Gladys home is beautiful, just like what the pics show. The views from the terraces are amazing and the home was stocked with all we needed for a wonderful family vacation. I would receive to all.

We had a great time the view is wonderful. The private pool was very convenient the kids loved it. The house is very spacious and cool kept. There's a few good spots to eat in the community and a pretty cool beach club. Wish we could have stayed longer if would've known how nice it was, but until next time.

We absolutely loved Gladys’ home! It had everything we needed, spacious bedrooms with tv’s, large kitchen, outdoor patio dining by the pool, pool table & a golf cart to get around beautiful Palmas Del Mar. If we needed anything, Carlos responded promptly. The view from the 2nd floor balcony of the master bedroom was so beautiful! We just loved it & would definitely stay here again!

This was my second stay at Glady’s home in Palmas Del Mar. It is perfect for a family vacation or just a week away with friends. The home has everything to offer as well as a great location from the San Juan Airport. If your looking for a quiet, relaxing stay then you have found your spot! Look no further! The views are spectacular with sunrises that are breathtaking! The golf cart is an added bonus saving the hassle and cost of renting one. The beaches are clean and well maintained. I have been staying in Palmas for over 10 years now and have truly found my home away from home! I hope you have the same experience that my family and I have had! Cheers!

We truly enjoyed our stay! Gladys, Calros and their team were so helpful and kind. The house has everything we needed for our stay. We prepares some meals at the house and others we enjoyed in the Palmas community. Having the golf cart to get around in the community is such a great advantage. The house was spotless, the pool was outstanding and the views truly are amazing. We will definitely be back!

Everything was great and as promised regarding the property. Carlos very helpful to every text. This property is a must for a rental car. We used transport and were stuck on the resort as the cars were all rented in the area. We did finally get a car last day after meeting a great neighbor. Thanks to Rosco. Book every excursion in advance. No walk up bookings.
