Loved everything about the house and the location. We could see and hear the Ocean too which was wonderful.

Had a great stay on long sands, the house was very clean and easy to use three bathrooms were key even when there was only four of us. The neighborhood was quiet especially considering how close it is to the beach. Just book it!

Very clean, close to the water but quiet. This was our 4th year at this particular home. One of the best!!

We had a very good time on our first trip to Maine. We only had one or two concerns or questions and Frank was very good at communicating quickly. The house was very well-stocked and a very easy stroll to the beach. This location had lots and lots of restaurants to choose from.

This house is an ideal location on a nice quiet street right near the beach where the house is situated at the end of the street with a beautiful view of The ocean. The layout of the house is incredible and so appropriate for a beach house! Lots of windows and light with all modern conveniences and bedrooms on 2 different floors and 3 bathrooms which is a bonus. You can walk to anything you need!!

Such a great place for an extended family to spend a vacation. The property is very clean and well kept. We can't wait to go back!

We have stayed for two years at Frank's property and have loved the house and location. It is truly a home away from home and we appreciate all the little touches and details they consider. We love this property, this was a return trip - homeaway did not send us the door code and no one from homeaway was reachable - we called and text owner and prior to response realized a back window was open, screen easily raised and a smaller member of our group was able to gain access and unlock front door. Peggy responded within the hour and gave us the back door code. The new floors are beautiful however the cleaning crew did not vacuum or wash floors throughout. The toilets were not cleaned nor the upstairs shower. I vacuumed but did not wash floors immediately. I am telling you this not to complain as we really do appreciate the ability to rent this space, I am telling you so you can address with homeaway and with the persons you hire to clean. The tank of propane for the grill was empty, we did switch it over. We look forward to next year. Beth and Rick

Fabulous location and fabulous house - great setup for a beach house with. beautiful deck too. A really short walk to the beach and the general store and many restaurants. I would definitely rent here again!!

The house was clean, neat and comfortable. Close walk to beach, York Dairy Bar and Long Sands General Store. My family enjoyed our time and the rental was exactly as promised! Kitchen was supplied with ample dining and cookware. Second floor balcony with an ocean view was great!

A great vacation rental. Had everything we needed. Lots of space for everyone. Very close to beach, restaurants, and General Store!

Great views of the ocean, walk to beach, restaurants and shops. House was adequately stocked. We didn't really cook any meals though. We ate out every night. Stone's Throw was so close. Laundry on main level was a great convenience. Beds were very comfortable. 3 bathrooms was a total plus! The house is very nice and so much bigger than it looks in the pictures. Only downside was having to bring bedding and towels. But we would absolutely rent it again! Maybe 2 weeks next year??? 😊�

The house was perfectly located to the beach. It was well equipped with essentials. It is in good repair. We did have to change some light bulbs and batteries to the smoke alarms but they were there to change. We would consider renting again.

We are very happy with the house. This is our second year renting and we wish to continue into next year. We love the location and the roominess, the porch on the second floor, and the central a/c in particular. Also, the parking allotment on the property is very good.

Great customer service and contact with the manager and pwner. The house is stunning, super clean and lovely. Big and bright. We had a wonderful time. It was super close to the general store on Long Sands which made walks on the beach in the morning even better since we could grab coffee! Also walking distance to the ice cream stand and the Stones Throw restaurant which has delicious food. We will certainly consider this place for our future trips to York.

We had a great family vacation at York Beach. The house is clean, close to the beach and it had plenty of room for 9 of us. Looking forward to renting again next year!

We were hesitant because the pics made it seem small. Wow, were we pleasantly surprised! We really enjoyed this place. With 5 adults and 5 kids, we were very comfortable. It is clean, an easy walk to the beach, and the street is quiet. This house is equipped with everything you need. This is our 8th year renting, and our 4th house. Our favorite yet! Thank you Frank!! Hoping to rent for next year!
