This was a very nice community and house to stay in for the week. The availability of the clubhouse pool and grill were really beneficial given the short walk. The beach access by the condo (with dogs) or through the quiet pool aren't too far away and beach was never too crowded. The house was in excellent condition. There's a bit of construction going on with new properties, but everything's pretty well out of the way, and the house still kept everything quiet.

Great central location to visit other destinations. I wish the third bedroom had a full bed instead of bunk beds. The queen sofa sleeper was not comfortable, so one of my sons and his wife had to sleep in the bunks, but they were fine with that. The hot tub was great. We had a great time making a few meals on the grill. Everyone in the area was very friendly. The restaurant and pool are a plus. It gives you a resort atmosphere. The staff was very attentive. We had fun swimming in the ocean and saw a few dolphins jumping one day. We took morning walks on the beach every day. We all had a great time!

The home is in a gated community on a quiet cul de sac. It's one block to the beach and one block to the association pools (one oceanside, one lakeside). The lakeside pool has a Grille with great food and service when open (hours are limited), a toddler pool, a hot tub, a fitness and business center. I had an issue getting the remote to work and an issue with the gas grill. In both cases, someone was there within an hour, arrived with a smile and corrected the problem. I've rented many homes via VRBO and have never enjoyed service that level. The house is well-equipped. We spent a lot of time on the lovely deck where, for now, you can see the ocean. I say for now because I fear a house may be built next door. When we were inside, we could watch just about any TV channel that is out there: Netflix, Hulu, etc. We had guests that ranged in ages from our 5 month granddaughter and her parents to friends who are seniors like us. Everyone loved their stay.

We really enjoyed our vacation at Cinnamon Beach. The property was like a hidden gem. We are from Florida and this was our first time up in this area. The beaches were beautiful, quiet and clean. The neighborhood is kept up Nice . Organization throughout the community and communication with management and personnel were five star quality. We had one small issue with the main air not cooling properly in the daytime and we called the next morning and we had that issue fixed the very same day and that air conditioner worked like a charm the rest of our stay. I can’t stress enough how superb the maintenance crew especially Joe took care of any needs we had. I had my family of six , my little dog and the home fit us very comfortably. The people that come to this community are very friendly, family oriented and laid-back which made our stay that much better. Thank you Cinnamon beach for a great family vacation 2022.

Beautiful property, gorgeous landscape in a perfectly safe gated community. Community pools only 3 or 4 properties away, the boardwalk to the beach was literally right out the side door of the garage. Most of the beach goers used the boardwalk at the quiet pool area, so we basically had this area to ourselves. I love the coquina on the beach here, which is the main reason I chose Cinnamon beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this clean, nice, large vacation home.

It was a lovely home in a lovely neighborhood! SO dog friendly and SO peaceful. Ocean sunrise every day and short walk to a great beach! Would recommend to all! Pool heat could have been on - too cool for me!

- There are some beach items like chairs and boogie boards in the garage that I assume have been left by other renters.
- There's not much in the immediate area as far as restaurants, shops, etc., although there is a small Publix about 5 minutes away. You need to drive a bit to get to more things like that.

We brought three of our children and our family dog to this home, and none of us wanted to leave. Quietest spot in the development, no traffic, & beautiful views from the patios.

This is a great vacation rental! There were a few small issues with the TVs. We were not able to get the TV in the family room and downstairs area to work. However, we did not reach out to the property manager because it was not a big deal for us. The location was excellent! There was plenty of room for everyone and well stocked with everything we needed. The kids loved the pools and amenities at the clubhouse. Highly recommend!!!

First I'd like to say that the property managers are wonderful! Very responsive and super nice. Unfortunately, the property did not live up to expectations. There were 5 days between the previous guests leaving and us checking in yet the house was not clean. Floors were very dirty, sand between the sheets on the bed, left over water in the coffee machine, dirty silverware in the drawer. Looked like the appliances and furniture were the cheapest items ones they could find. Unfortunate, as the location and the house itself are impressive. We've stayed at many VRBOs all over the country and this is the only experience we've had like this.

The bunk room is very small for 4, I'd recommend for small kids rather than teens. The patio off the living room is great for sunrise. Only steps to the beach with easy access via the walkway. My only 2 criticisms are 1. there was only absolute minimum on arrival by way of handsoap and toilet paper. Some properties have a few little bits you can use. This has nothing. As long as you know it's not a problem. 2. the sofa in the living room is garden furniture. it's very grubby and very uncomfortable. Enough to put us off staying again as it's the main place the family sits down after dinner. it's wicker furniture and the cushions are flat, not comfortable at all. Having stayed more than once, it's enough to put me off returning.
Plus side - pool table, hot tub, multiple TV's. lots of beach towels. v spacious.
the property overall was a bit grubby which is unusual for this resort where we've stayed in numerous properties. It may just be we were first in after lockdown, but we had to clean several surfaces on arrival. with little to no cleaning materials, had to go buy stuff. Not something you expect at this price.

Had a great time with the family in this giant home by the ocean. Everything was open, airy and clean. I’m looking forward to future trips to Cinnamon Beach!

It does have a lot of stairs though so that should be a consideration for older folks such as ourselves. It has a dumb waiter but it was disconnected. That would have been helpful in lugging heavy suitcases & groceries up 2 flights of stairs. Other than that , it was a great place. Could see and hear the ocean from the upstairs balcony & pools were very short walk. All in all a fabulous place. Wonderful & quiet neighborhood. Everyone very friendly . Our dog loved it too.

The house is gorgeous. Neighborhood also. Unfortunately there are so many rocks on the sand, it was almost impossible to enter the sea. Office should be more attentive when receiving or actually not receiving packages.

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. There are no words to describe the feeling of peace and solitude! It’s a place where you are away in your own little world with everything you want to do within reach. All the neighbors are so friendly and the atmosphere is immaculate! We can’t wait to come back to visit again!!!
