Condo was very home like. Well equipped and in good condition. Pool was great and beach access easy. Close but not too close to dining and entertainment. St Augustine very laid back and fun to visit.

We had a very nice week and a half stay at B53. The Adirondack chairs on the balcony allowed for some very comfortable reading hours and the view was excellent. The beds were very comfortable and gave us additional hours of sleep. The kitchen was well equipped but needs new cookie sheets.

The location of this condo is great! The view of the ocean is beautiful and it is only a few minutes walk out the condo boardwalk to the beach. The owners even left a few beach chairs for us to use. There are many restaurants very near-by along with fun activities such as miniature golf. The 2 pools are perfect for non-beach times. We had a lovely long stay!

We had a great stay in this very well appointed condo. Clean as can be, furnished very nicely and both balconies have a cool view. Check-in and check-out was flawless!

We really enjoyed our stay. The condo was well equipped, super clean and very conveniently located. The beach was easy to access and one of the pools in the complex was heated and very comfortable. We plan to return in the future.

We enjoyed the view and access to the ocean and took long walks on the beach every day. The grounds around the buildings were immaculate and it was fun to see the koi fish and turtle in the moat near one of the pools. The weather was fabulous and the house was just a relaxing getaway from the cold of New England.

We loved our stay in Ocean Villas. Even staying during a rare flooding that semi-blocked beach access didn’t distract from this very clean, adorably decorated condo. Perfect for our family of four, it was a great location to enjoy STA beach and historic downtown. Very sweet residents and facilities management at the property. We enjoyed the quiet, cozy vibe. We’d love to return again soon!

Well-appointed, clean condo - nice view of pool and glimpse of ocean - close to restaurants, shops and short drive to historic downtown St Augustine. One comment - if you need more than one bath towel per guest, bring extra from home - it was a battle to obtain extra bath towels.

Very easy process... beautiful property

Location, privacy, pool, views, great place. Only negatives were the sliding glass door to deck off living room….my wife could not even open it & tough for me…seamed off track & or rear wheel/ glide broke & table on deck very wobbly…used for breakfast & a few dinners, great view but needed to be careful not to spill because so wobbly.

Great place. Perfect size, heated pool, good sized living room, perfect balconies to view the sun rises, easy access to the beach, great selections of restaurants nearby and easy drive to St Augustine history.

Excellent location to do all that there is to do in the St. Augustine area, and there was a much to do. Nice pools and good beds.

The sliding glass doors were impossible to operate. Called property management- no resolution. TV's in the bedrooms did not work. Again, called Vacasa and again, no response.

Upstairs sink in bathroom is stopped up. Drains very slow. Everything else functioned very well. Nice unit. Enjoyed the stay

The condo was convenient to all of my destinations. The view from balcony encompassed both pool and ocean. Miner plumbing issue addressed immediately by professional staff. Thank you.

Condo is a perfect couple’s getaway! Everything was clean and the condo is updated and nicely decorated. We love this part of St Augustine so many great restaurants and short drive to everything we enjoy. We will definitely stay again!

We found the condo to very cozy and close to the beach. Greatly appreciated renting from Vacasa.

I had a good visit, the condo was nice, and great location. Perfect for anyone who has no issues with stairs. Unfortunately on the first morning out, the last stair of the outside stairwell was in shadows and I fell breaking my ankle. It was very difficult getting back in the condo and then down again when my time was up. Suggest better lighting and maybe an elevator on that side of the complex. I hold, however look for something with an elevator for those unplanned accidents.

Clean, beautiful and right on the beach!!!

We loved this condo. The interior was so nicely decorated. Perfect location, easy and close to get to the pool and beach. We will definitely be back!

Nice and clean. The pool is great for kids since they can just walk in and short walk to the beach.

Lovely stay, condo is nicely decorated with higher end appointments. Very much felt like home away from home. The beach is beautiful with family and dog friendly atmosphere. Close to A1A attractions and historic St Augustine. Highly recommended and would stay again.

The location was great! Close to everything and the option of two pools was really convenient. The beach was very close by and the boardwalk and pavilion were very nice. The updated and decor in this unit were spot on! The climate difference from the downstairs to upstairs was at least five degrees warmer when sleeping upstairs which proved to be very uncomfortable. The rugs in this unit definitely needed a steam clean and floors throughout seemed to be clean ineffectively as our feet were grubby on day one. Other than that there is no Keurig machine as listed and neither the outlet in the upstairs bath or at the sink in the master bedroom worked. There is a no privacy as the upstairs bath is set up like a Jack and Jill which proved very inconvenient for a couple with a teenager. We had s total of five bath towels and had to wash towels almost everyday of the stay. We will stay again but not likely through this company as the fees are outrageous for the lack of attention to detail.
