We loved staying here! This home is spacious, functional, thoughtful, and charming. The neighborhood is so sweet (and hip). The best part was during Hurricane Beryl - the power didn’t go out, and it didn't flood at all! We all felt safe and comfortable.

This is the second time we have stayed here. The home is in a great location - near the heart of Houston, but far enough out to not be right downtown. Lots of restaurants, recreation, and amenities nearby. The host's pride in her home is clear. It's clean and the beds are comfortable. It's great for a home base to run around the city or to stay in and relax.

The bungalow in The Heights was perfect for our needs. The beds were very comfortable, the two full bathrooms were updated with contemporary fixtures and had good water pressure. The location in the Heights was very convenient to restaurants and within walking distance to groceries. The nearby Kolaches were a delicious treat. Sasha was very communicative and supportive. I highly recommend this rental.

We loved our stay at this heights home. Beds were very comfy and home was clean and organized. We came with kids age range 2-9 and we had plenty of room for our family. The hostess was very communicative and the home came with all that you could ask for. From extra towels and toilet paper, laundry and dish soap, to very nice toiletries, and more! Our kids also loved the playscape! On the weekend nights we could faintly hear some of the nearby restaurants/nightlife but with a little white noise it was no biggie;)

What a fantastic rental. The home is perfectly located to all things in Houston. Delicious places to eat and fun places to shop so close to the home, many of them so close you can walk to. The streets are safe for walking and biking. The home is well stocked for cooking, and the floor plan of the home makes it so nice for the family.

The reason we needed a place to stay is that our daughter was having surgery at MD Anderson on Monday. She wanted her family with before surgery. We are so grateful that the manager let her and her husband check in early after she finished her test. We arrived later and found the place wonderful. It was clean and a great neighborhood. Maggie’s boys are three and five and the place was perfect. Lizards to chase and a play set. The white winged just kept singing her song. Houston is scary but this is wonderful! We highly recommend it and when she has to go back for several days we will book again.

Our family really enjoyed our stay at the Heights bungalow. My daughter (5) and son (2) loved the toys at the property and proximity to great parks. My husband and I enjoyed how comfortable the place was. Highly recommend!

We needed a house for a weekend to celebrate a family event in The Heights and this house was absolutely perfect. Amenities are top notch, very clean and the host thought of everything and has notes everywhere to answer just about any question one might have! We will definitely be staying at Sasha’s properties again and again as our Son is Houston permanently now!

The property was clean and so, so cute! The beds were comfortable and the kitchen and bath had everything you could need!
They were very accommodating after we had to move our trip dates out a month because of an emergency surgery. We will absolutely rent this place again next time we're in Houston!

We were SOOO happy to come to this property that was very clean, well-maintained, pride and care shown throughout the house and yards. The host stopped by to make sure our needs were taken care of and she fixed a lock right away to help us. The house is well stocked everywhere: kitchen had pots, pans, plates, coffee/tea; bathroom had plenty of lush cotton towels, shampoo/soap/lotion, bedrooms had clean, classy sheets and beddings & pillow. We enjoyed the nice new bench in the front porch and the back yard with gravel stones and concrete blocks were a nice touch with the wooden deck and plenty of outdoor seating. It was truly a home away from home, but with a 5-Star, pampering feel. Highly, highly recommended, A+++!

Excellent location close to great restaurants and convenient to Heights and downtown. Very comfortable, very clean and well stocked. Off street parking in a very safe neighborhood. Highly recommend and will definitely stay next time we visit Houston.

We had an excellent stay at the property! It had all of the amenities that you could possibly need! It was a great get away for us since we had been on our feet all day at the convention center. The home is conveniently located next to many restaurants. I am looking forward to our next visit to check out the many antique stores in the area!

Three bedrooms were awesome! Loved the door to the living area that separated the bedrooms in order to reduce sound if someone was up later than others.

The reviews on here are great - the standouts to me: the house was stocked with everything you could need. Coffee, tampons, GOOD toilet paper, shampoo, etc. The playground was great. The AC and heater worked amazingly well (we needed both in our three day stay), also LOCATION, LOCATION, LOCATION!
For out of toweners, LOCATION is important. Houston has some troubled areas near some nice neighborhoods. This is nestled away in the middle of the Heights around some of the city's best restaurants. You can plan a trip to Houston solely on eating and drinking.

Everything about our stay was perfect. The home is in a quiet neighborhood and close to shopping, restaurants and walking trails. The house itself was clean and very comfortable. Property owner communicated well and was very attentive to our needs. We definitely would stay here again.

We really enjoyed our stay for a girls weekend! Location is fantastic for walking to shop/eat/drink, or an easy drive/Uber to the best of The Heights. Kitchen is very well stocked, house was clean and beds were comfortable. Only negative is that the living room furniture wasn't the most comfortable for the 4 of us ladies to hang out.

This was the perfect spot for our annual girls trip. We were close to restaurants and an easy Lyft/Uber to museums. The weather was quite chilly so we ended up spending a lot of time in the house, snuggled in watching Christmas movies on Netflix, drinking wine, and putting together puzzles that were in the house. Great space to spend time with family. Kids would also be very welcomed in the space. The play structure and toys in the house would keep little ones entertained as well. Thank you for making such a welcoming spot!

We knew the area since we lived in Houston. I thought the house was in the perfect area. You could walk to restaurants as well as walking trails. If you had a car, it was not far to any places in Houston.
The bungalow was neat, clean and had all the amenities you needed. If I had any questions, the host responded quite quickly. All in all, it was a great place to stay.

We had a wonderful stay in Houston and this house was perfect for us! Everything was clean, nice and cozy. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed (coffee and a few cold drinks in the fridge). There we plenty of toys to keep my toddler occupied. The set up of the bedrooms was perfect for us, and the beds were extremely comfortable!! Neighborhood was quiet, felt safe and was conveniently located to everything we did during our time in Houston. The kids also enjoyed the playset with swings and a slide. We did not want to leave!

It was a short trip to Houston for a family birthday. Accommodation was everything it appeared to be and more. Beds were very comfortable. Fridge and cupboards were stocked with staples, spices, and the other necessities for cooking. Kitchen was entertainment grade, if a little narrow. Great place!

We had a great stay while visiting Houston to attend my son's wedding. It was close to everything and very convenient. Nice to come and relax at the end of long days. Very well equipped. We would definitely stay here again on a return visit.

Lovely house in the heights
Thank you so much for the wonderful stay. The house is beautiful and comfortable. We loved the well equiped kitchen. Sasha (owner) pays attention to the little details that turn a great place into an excellent place- plentiful linens, comfortable beds and also a booster seat at the table, kids toys and even a swing set. Neighborhood was quiet, safe and easy walking distance to a playground and restaurants. Owner was responsive to any questions we had. Thank you for a great vacation.
