We’ve been down this part of Cape May many times before and never knew this place existed. It was spacious for our family of 5 and the location is perfect. We walked everywhere.

Very nice place! Close to restaurants & beach is across the street. The only draw back for us was it would have been more convenient to have the second bathroom upstairs, but it was downstairs. Also, no leather couch as shown in photo it was material, but that was no big deal & kitchen table was extremely wobbly & needs to be fixed.

The bedrooms were spacious and well appointed. The first floor living area is a little dark, with lots of browns and tans. The decorating does not reflect a beach feel. The unit was clean and well stocked and the privacy of the bedrooms upstairs afforded lots of privacy. There is no view from the first floor as it is behind the check-in office. The king bedroom offers the best view in the house. All in all, a great stay for us!

First time at this property, overall it met expectations for the price. Positives: Location across from the beach and not too far from town was convenient. The pool access was super nice when the beach is too much work. The bedrooms are well sized, especially the primary bedroom with a loveseat, and the layout worked well for us. Negatives: The living area is cramped for 4 adults and 2 children. There is no dedicated outside area for the unit, not even a chair outside the door (there's no space), just the shared yard and pool area. The kitchen was not well supplied (no bowls larger than a cereal bowl and barely any spoons, as two examples). The unit needs TLC in several ways, such as a broken chair in the kitchen, doorknob coming loose in the bathroom, and screen door difficult to close. Biggest issue was a lot of dust and cobwebs on the walls and ceilings which caused us allergies, although the bathrooms were clean. In conclusion it was a good value for the price but we are unlikely to stay again.

We stayed for a week. The location is great but other than that the property is disappointing. It was spot cleaned but dirty and dusty. Also what looked like mold on the bathroom ceiling. There are only two pans and one of them is very small and they need replacing. There are no baking sheets. There is really no counter space. The rugs in both bathrooms were dirty and the rugs throughout the property were dirty. Also we had a cricket in one of the upstairs bedrooms so maybe a bug treatment is needed. No place to store beach items so needed to work out of our trunk every day.

We felt like this place is a little secret in Cape May! Perfect location, had the pool pretty much to ourselves. The Motel staff provided us with fresh towels daily and even made the beds for us!

Great location makes it worth staying here and property has a home like feeling for long stays. I definitely could have stayed longer. Property needs vacuuming often based on having carpet near the beach. It may be good to leave 1 inside the property for guests use. Master bed is firm and it would be good to put that in the description. Master bathroom is open to sharing with other guests. Both bathrooms were clean and modernized. Kitchen needs more supplies for cooking (baking sheets, another large skillet, etc,), but we made it work. Thank you for a nice stay.

Perfect for our needs.

This three bedroom beach front rental did not disappoint. It met our needs for an out-of-state reunion. Close to the beach and large enough to host a family of six. Clean and pleasant stay.

The accommodations are great!! The house is connected to a motel type property. In a great location. Tony, the property manager was very nice and took great care of us!

Cannot say enough about this property! Absolutely fantastic location - across the street from the Ocean and only a few blocks from shops and restaurants. Communication with the manager/owner of the property was excellent. Home was very clean, fully stocked kitchen and comfy/cozy residence. Hope to return next year!

The listing was not clear that the unit was part of a 1950s style motel so appeared a little tacky initially. The unit was fine and the location with wide view of the beach and ocean was great.

Nice getaway with friends. Location was great-across the street from the beach. But the rooms were a little dark and crowded. It didn’t have a beachy vibe.

The condo was just what we needed for a long weekend over the holiday. It had everything we needed for our stay. Location can’t be beat. Oceanfront and within walking distance to downtown. Check in and check out were both quick and easy. Thanks for a great stay!

This townhouse was lovely and the perfect size for our party of five. Wonderful location that in warmer months would be a convenient walking distance to sights and restaurants. A big plus for this property is that towels and linens are included. The kitchen was well appointed and the space was actually much larger in person than it seemed in the photos. Everyone in our party loved this place and we can't wait to plan another Cape May getaway. Thank you for a very comfortable and wonderful stay at your lovely home!

Great location, amazing view, we really enjoyed our stay!

We had such a great time at this property. It was just the right amount of space for the 6 of us. The place was extremely clean and so well stocked with tons of towels, toilet paper and paper products. Us had the necessary items in the kitchen and great appliances. We will definatley be back!! It can be a bit chilly(we went in January) but brought some throw blankets which helped. It was toasty upstairs though where the bedrooms are.

The rental is exactly how it looks in pictures. Owner is very nice and easy to work with. Very clean and beds were comforable.

no maid service but everything you need. Dining table is too big and uncomfortable. Tile would be better than carpeting as I wondered how clean the carpet was . Location and pool was great as was the two parking spaces. Not being able to access the thermostat was a problem as it ran too cold.

We were a party of 6 (two adults and 4 teens). The place is very clean and in an amazing location - across the street from the beach and within walking distance to the mall area. The communal space was a little tight for us but the bedrooms were great. It’s a little weird at first because the townhouse is part of a motel but you soon appreciate it because of the spotless pool and other conveniences like linens and paper products that are provided. Plus the clientele at the motel were nice families when we stayed so it was enjoyable. Overall, we had an awesome time and would recommend!

Loved the property, townhouse doesn't really have their own balcony you share with the Motel rooms next door. However it was very manageable. Our only downfall was the town house could have had more wines glasses! The staff is very pleasant and Answered all off our questions.

We loved this spot, it was perfect for a family with 3 couples and a 2 year old. Chilly weekend but the pool and beach access would have been great otherwise. We could easily walk to the shops and many restaurants. The check in process was easy and the owners were super communicative. The place was clean! Thanks for having us!

We spent a week celebrating a 60th birthday. We were across the street from the beach and walking distance to restaurants and shopping. The unit has been renovated and updated. Some windows have been replaced others are in need of being replaced. We had a great experience at this property. Thank you.
