Location was perfect. Within walking distance to everything. Family of 6 had a fabulous time. Jacuzzi on patio overlooking beach and lands end was a huge hit every night. Beautiful. We will be back!

The owner was the easiest and best we have ever dealt with on VRBO or AirBNB. He was responsive and professional and extremely attentive. His unit was spectacular and we can't wait to go back! The location and view cannot be surpassed. Everything was in perfect working order. The property personnel were friendly and terrific to deal with. We just can't say enough about how much we enjoyed our trip to Cabo because of the property and the hassle-free experience from booking to check-out. Highly recommend to everyone!

We absolutely loved our unit everything was as seen on Home Away. What a beautiful unit with a gorgeous view of the Sea of Cortez. We enjoyed sitting in the hot tub and watching the boat traffic, yachts and cruise ships. It was a perfect location to the beach, town and marina. Everything is within walking distance of the unit. Robert was very helpful with everything.

What a great room. We were close to everything. The resort was fantastic and the view from the condo deck was amazing. Highly recommended.

We enjoyed our stay where we awoke to a beautiful sunrise view of the harbor. The location is a few steps from the beach and many restaurants nearby. There is a great spa next to the hotel with inexpensive massages and facials. The construction next door will be ongoing for most of 2019 but we didn’t hear much construction noise. There is a fair amount of nighttime music though. Overall, a very good value.

This place is a 10+. A luxurious unit in the best location in Cabo. The interior was impeccable. The furnishings were really nice and the bedrooms were very quiet and comfortable. The location was right on the beach and just a short walk to everything! We will be back!

This unit has an awesome view of Lands End and sits back just enough from the beach that you don’t get overwhelmed with the activity going on at the beach. The complex itself is very nice and the staff was there for our every need. Never an empty drink 😀�. This our second stay in this unit and we have never had any problems. The owner is easy to work with and wants to ensure you have a great visit. We will be back !!!

If your looking for a condo that is spacious , nicely furnished, right on the beach , close to town , and has an amazing view , then look no further , this is it . We have been to cabo several times and stayed at cabo villas 3 times and this was by far the best place we have stayed at yet . You have a panoramic view of Medano beach from your balcony and have a hot tub to enjoy the view from . I am an early riser and would watch the fishing boats head out in the morning while drinking coffee , and we would watch the sunset with an ice cold beer . It doesn't get much better than that and you are steps from the beach . My wife and two boys loved the place ! And to top it off , Robert , the owner was very hands on making sure our stay went without any problems and even checked up when we got back to make sure everything was went well .

My girlfriend and I took my teenage daughter and her friend down to Cabo for four nights and could not have booked a better unit in all of Cabo. This condo has it all, with a huge master suite that includes a gorgeous double headed glass shower, a stocked kitchenette, oversized second bedroom and bathroom, quality furniture and A/C. The panoramic view from the patio is breathtaking and the Jacuzzi is a truly amazing amenity that we used three times a day during our stay. The resort features a private beach with wonderful service and multiple amenities and is centrally located along the main beach beside landmark bars like Mango Deck and The Office. The hotel restaurant offers high-quality meals with an ocean view and the pool area is very nice and relaxing. Can't say enough about the location and we would recommend Robert's unit to anyone looking to maximize their Cabo experience! We will be back for sure! Also be sure to book a sunset dinner at Sunset Monalisa which is a short taxi ride down the coast. One of the best restaurants we've every encountered.

We are just back from a truly magical week staying in Bayview Suites #7018. The two-bedroom condo was perfectly equipped and the balcony view was absolutely breathtaking. Honestly, we couldn't imagine a better view (or better value) in Cabo. We did some basic pantry stocking at Walmart and loved our mornings sitting out on the balcony, munching on breakfast and soaking up the expansive scenery. We capped our evenings in the balcony hot tub, wine glass in hand, looking out at the full moon and the sparkling lights of a cruise ship. (Soundtrack: acoustic guitar wafting up from Bar Esquina below.) The location on Medano Beach is absolutely perfect--easy walking distance to countless restaurants and attractions. Turn left on the beach for The Office and Mango Deck mayhem. Turn right for a quiet stretch to the Marina. As noted by previous guests, construction is currently happening on the broader property. Construction noise is a non-issue in the unit, and in fact, from our perch above, we found it fascinating to watch the daily progress on the new pool and hot tubs next door. The construction was also a non-issue at the Beach Club, which has fabulous lounge chairs, couches, and every kind of comfort for hanging out on the beach. We loved the beachside music, fun games (Beer Pong, gigantic Chess Board and Jenga set) and terrific bar and food service. Plenty of sun if you want it or tons of umbrellas for shade. If you're a pool lover, the main infinity pool is lovely and quite warm; however, this is one place where the construction noise might be distracting. If we felt like a dip, we tended to do it at the end of the day. The only other construction-related topic to mention: the most efficient access to Bayview Suites is currently through a rather inauspicious side alley. We jokingly called it the "Bat Cave," as it felt like a secret entrance (with a security guard) that led to a steep walking ramp up to the lobby elevator. It's a straight shot from the alley down to the beach (or hotel pool), so it's not inconvenient but just worth noting if mobility issues are a consideration. (You can also walk around the building to a more traditional lobby entrance.) Finally, we definitely want to give a shout out to all the great staff, and especially the owner, Robert Waldrip. Robert was tremendously helpful with local tips and advice and is very conscientious when it comes to the comfort of his guests. Thanks for an incredible vacation. We will be back!
