This three bedroom home in a mature Broken Arrow neighborhood was perfect for a family-friendly weekend in Tulsa. The couches and beds were cozy, Wi-Fi worked seamlessly and we loved having access to a washer and dryer. Water pressure in the shower was great, which is often a miss with rentals! We would stay here again.

This is a great place to stay and relax with family or friends. Conveniently located, clean and spacious. Communication with the owner was quick and easy. Price was affordable and fair. The pool table and fire pit were our favorite!

This Broken Arrow property was perfect for our trip. The host was very helpful, prompt and friendly. We enjoyed the pool table. We would have loved to spend time in the backyard at the firepit but with temperatures approaching 100 degrees that was not possible. We would definitely stay here again.

I travel to the Broken Arrow area several times a year and this property exceeded ALL my expectations. Much better than a hotel! And the owners were wonderful to work with ❤️

We enjoyed our stay. We had fun playing ping pong and pool and downtown restaurants are fairly close. Fun little town.

This home came with comfort, recreation and relaxation. The owners were very nice and the home had all you could need for a cozy and entertaining stay. The house was decorated just right, very clean and the beds were comfortable and the pool table and games kept us engaged all evening after being out about the town during the day. We will definitely look forward to coming back next year 🥰

We had the best experience in this beautiful home! Very clean!!There were 5 adults and we had more than enough room! The backyard with the fire pit is an absolute bonus!! Adam was very attentive and so helpful. We can not wait for our next trip.

This was our second visit. It was a Spring Break trip with adults and kids. The house was so clean and comfortable. It had everything we could possibly want. So nice that there is a fire pit and grill, as well as lots of fun games for the family. The pool table/ping pong table is a total win for all!!! Can't say enough good things about the property. The owner is also easy to reach and super hospitable!!!

Beautiful house close to the Rose District in Broken Arrow. The house is clean, well decorated and supplied. The neighborhood is quiet. We stayed 5 nights visiting family. It was nice to come home to refresh for the next day. We will definitely stay here again.

This marks our 2nd experience with VRBO, and this one is a good one. For any softball parents (such as us) this property is ideally located between Arrowhead Park and Main Street of Broken Arrow which has a LOT to offer. The area seems newly renovated and has some great restaurants nearby. The property itself is very clean, in a quiet neighborhood. The outdoors (fire pit area) is well shaded, and is within walking distance to a park. Highly recommend. If we ever return to Broken Arrow, this is where we will stay!

We had three ladies for four nights and five days and this house was perfect. It is clean, spacious and comes with everything you could need and more! We made good use of the firepit and played some pool. It is wonderfully located to grocery stores and the rest of Tulsa. A quiet, older neighborhood with neighbors out and about. The house would be perfect for any situation, with kids, just a couple, friends - it is perfect. Adam was also super easy to communicate with and very flexible with our arrival and departure time. Would never hesitate to stay here again! Thanks Adam!

Adam (our host) was very easy to work with and was quickly responsive to inquiries. Not only has this older house been brought to a modern look and comfort, we felt the many extras provided by the host were well beyond the norm. The 3-bedroom house was chosen because of the size of our group. It provided a dining area with a table big enough to accommodate board games and cards (in constant use). The living room (with large TV) was also in constant use. On top of these, we certainly made use of the TV/game room (TV, pool & ping pong). The back yard has a fire pit (with wood) and chairs, which provided even more pleasant times for us. Then, the back gate opens right into a large city park with play areas, tennis courts, etc. (what a deal). The house is really great. It's in a quiet neighborhood and is easy to get to. It's close to necessities (fast food, groceries, gas, etc.) and within a few blocks of downtown Broken Arrow. The topper of the stay was a very gracious and accommodating host!
