Host Roberta was quick to respond to all inquiries. We enjoyed our stay and the location works out great for convention attendees. The condo met our needs and had a great view of lake and amusement park in the distance. The 3 bedrooms and two baths with a full kitchen gave us plenty of room to spread out. The condo has carpet in most of the rooms and looked worn, (most likely it’s frequently used as a rental unit) but everything was very clean. Because of the location, excellent communication with host, and cleanliness, we would recommend staying at this condo. Thanks again for a wonderful stay!

The place was great! The only thing I would note is that it said there was a sleeper sofa/futon, but the sofa didn't fold out. But other than that it was great!

Everything was great. Place was bigger than the pictures (that's good) made it seem to be. There was no sleeper sofa (only sofa), but everything still worked out. Kitchen was well stocked. Had everything we needed for a great vacation. Highly recommended.

Great place for my small family with an even better location

Condo looks just like the photos. Kitchen was stocked with neccessities. We did have one issue that Roberta was quick to address and resolve. Condo is in an ideal location and convenient to Universal Studios and Disney Springs. Having an elevator in the building was great due to condo being located on the 3rd floor. You can see the fireworks from Sea World off in the distance at closing time.

This is our second time staying at this property! The location is great- close to all major attractions in the Orlando area. The host is accommodating and quick to respond with questions. I’m hoping to be back again next year!

We have stayed at many hotels throughout the years of coming to Orlando. Never again! This condo was perfect for our needs! Perfect area, super clean, super nice neighborhood. Owner was very responsive!

My husband, daughter, and I stayed here for four nights. The condo is located on the third floor and you can take the steps or elevators. It’s a very safe community with a gated entrance. Theres a shopping center about a block away with Publix, Dunkin’ Donuts and several other restaurants and stores. We entered the condo with the digital key with no problem. We didn’t use the kitchen, but it’s stocked. There are plenty of towels and the beds/pillows were decent. The only two issues we had was the person upstairs had kids running around at 5am., which normally would be fine, but we had no sleep the day before. Luckily, that was the only day. The other issue we’re the small ants on the bathroom counter, but they were tiny and only a few of them. We were there for a conference at the Hyatt Regency and hoping it was a short walk, but it ended up talking 35 mins. We ended up just getting an Uber for the other day, which was around $7/trip. All in all, it was a great place and we would recommend it. The owner was pleasant and helpful.

The stay was perfect. Communication with the owner was perfect she is very accommodating. The resort was very clean, quiet and safe. Everything was close by. Will defiantly stay here again. Thank you Roberta!!!!!

This is the second time that we stayed at Vista Cay. The last time was at the main location in a townhouse, this time was in the Lake section across the street. The condo was nice and spacious however the beds were terrible! Way too hard! The living room furniture was also very uncomfortable and was definitely not meant for relaxing and watch TV as a family. We did have one issue with some tiny ants (I think) but Roberta very promptly took care of it by arranging for an exterminator. The pool was nice a very close. We will definitely stay at Vista Cay again, but would much rather have a townhouse next time.

Great communication leading up to our stay. This was the perfect location for us during our time in Orlando. Great view from balcony - could see some of the parks fireworks at night.

This was the perfect solution for our small group. The location was perfect. Plenty to do with in a shirt distance. The unit itself was clean, and well maintained. The owner was accessible. Overall a great experience. We will be back!

Everything was exactly as listed. Great location - comfortable, quiet place to stay in our minimal downtime. Pool on property was nice - very convenient to get groceries / access main roads. Would definitely stay here in future if we find ourselves being in Orlando.

Condo was perfect

Property was clean and as described. Very convenient to the parks! We didn’t use any of the amenities because we were mainly there for the parks, but the property looked nice.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The condo is in a great location, right on a lake that has lots of birds as well as an alligator! It's also right next to the pool. The owner was easy to communicate with. We hope to stay here again.

The condo was conveniently located for our trade show at the Orange County Convention center. We has stayed at the Vista Kay before. Ease of check in etc. Checking out a breeze. We will be back soon

There were 3 moms who made the trip to watch our daughters compete in High School Dance Team Nationals at ESPN. The condo was clean, centrally located and comfortable. We weren’t there for much more than sleeping due to our busy schedule but it was a great spot.

The condo is exactly as described. Convenient to all parks and an easy drive to either the gulf beaches or Cocoa Beach. Vista Cay is a great resort, small enough to not feel overwhelmed with crowds but still has all the great amenities.

We loved the place and the communication with the owner was top notch we really appreciate that.

We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again. We were 6 minute drive to Seaworld and you could actually see fireworks and roller coasters from the balcony. Great location:)

Great weekend trip property! Close to Universal. Loved that it had 3 bedrooms and was a good size. Enjoyed the balcony and view. Had a problem with TV remotes being in the wrong rooms, but quickly figured it out. All in all it was a great place to stay.

A great place for our family to stay while visiting Universal Studios.

We stayed here because we were here for a convention at the Orange County convention center. Literally we were just 1 mile away from the parking lot we needed. It was a great stay. You have a grocery store that’s pretty much right outside the property. I definitely would stay again. We were facing the lake. It was beautiful to see the sunrise and sunset and even the roller coasters from Seaworld.

It was a comfortable stay. It was clean and the beds were comfortable. The rooms are spacious. Only thing is we found 2 cockroaches during our stay. One was in the kitchen and the other one was in the bathroom.
