Lage, Ausstattung

Bis in die Früh war der Lärm der Diskothek, Musik und Besucher im Haus zu hören! Unakzeptabel!!!!!

The location is excellent. Walking distance to most of the main attractions.

The room. The shower was fantastic but took up most of the bathroom space and the sink was in the bedroom, not practical. Lightning was dim, and not practical. Room was near the nightclub entrance, so don’t expect any sleep until at least 3am! Breakfast was adequate, but not 5 star.

Location! Close to everything like shopping, cafes and to any sightseeing

Maybe the lighting in the bathroom, a little on the dim side! The overall the room was beautifully decorated with a Spanish Latin touch!

The small details and comfort of the room. The hotel staff were exceptional with respect to customer service and attention. The small things they do to make the stay feel extra special. The breakfast is very good, a la carte and is of premium quality. The hotel is one of the best boutique hotels I have been to in Europe. It truly is a five star property.

Nothing. I loved it. The hotel is a beautiful property with friendly staff in a premium location of the city. Everything is a few steps away.

The hotel, room and staff were exceptional. We were even upgraded to one of the best rooms at Hotel Lobby which was a lovely surprise!

Beautiful decor, great location, clean, friendly, great bar, nice staff

Room was tiny even though we booked a Grand Deluxe you could barely walk around the bed! Suggested to the hotel they are clearer about room sizes on website. They then upgraded us which was nice. (Our bath had leaked as well) No food available in the bar...a few snacks would have been nice. Downstairs is a gorgeous bar but very limited drinks and again no food. We were told breakfast starred at 7am but in fact it was 7.30am so had to sit there and wait. But staff really lovely and it's a gorgeous place with comfy beds and very clean.

The staff were exceptional in the personal service they provided. Nothing was too much trouble. They went over and beyond to ensure we had a perfect stay.

The passage from the bedroom to the bathroom was a little dark with the black floor and two steps. Easy to miss the step or stub toes!
