layout, sound system, size. rental coordinator / guest host, Omar, was absolutely fantastic! very responsive and attentive! he alone made the stay better

wasn’t that clean. bathrooms and two bedrooms had odor. main couch also needs replacing as it has foul/dirty odor as well. too pricey relatively speaking based on other rentals, villas, and homes available in the immediate area

The property was beautiful. My kids loved the board and card games they had available. They had Roku on the TV to watch certain programs and music. The rooms and bed were comfy. Loved the beach. The kitchen was very well equipped with dishes and pans.

The only thing I didn’t like about the property was that they are very strict with having visitors. Other then that everything was good

The Penthouse was really comfortable.

no one came to collect the garbage, there are not enough restrooms in the pool area.

The remote control was hard to work

It was beautiful~honestly it was painful having to leave the room to go to pool or beach. You really just want to hang out in the room. Definitely a place to go with a group to enjoy an open space to hang out.

The only disadvantage is you have no store or restaurants on the property. We needed ice and had to drive to the next resort.

The views and property is elegant

The master bedroom shower pressure u just get little drops. Also one of the pillows on the king size bed on the master bedroom smell like armpits.
