This house was only 4 minutes from skiing at Whiteface. After a day of skiing, it was wonderful to relax in the outdoor hot tub. The house was exceptionally clean and well stocked with essentials.

Communication was great. Property was beautiful and very clean. Had everything we needed to stay in and relax. Loved the hot tub and amenities. Such a perfect location to access everything that area has to offer.

This house was spotless when we arrived and looks just like the photos. It felt like home away from home. It was so roomy and comfortable. Each of the three bedrooms had a very comfortable bed and television. The living area was perfect for hanging out and has a very unique floor (loved it) that was easy to keep clean. The outside offers plenty of room for parking. We were too busy to enjoy the hot tub, sauna and firepit, but definitely make time if you can!
The location is close enough to Lake Placid without the traffic, and would be the perfect location for skiing at Whiteface.
Judi was super helpful, offering suggestions for local hikes and places to eat as well as letting us know what we may need to bring along for the trip. She also made sure we made it there and that everything was as expected, which was much appreciated.
Our group included 3 adults and 3 dogs and all 6 of us really enjoyed our stay!

The house is well situated in the Adirondacks for so many great things to go see. The house was lovely and super clean. The hot tub was a real nice bonus, right outside the kitchen door. One of the most dog friendly rentals we’ve had with no pet fee. The only thing to be aware of is there are two bathrooms, but one is on the first floor, which is a little inconvenient for the two bedrooms.

Property was fantastic. Judi was very attentive and responsive. Great location, whether you’re looking to hike a high peak or relax along the river. Would definitely stay again.

Just got back from a long weekend stay here. There were 5 women who had a fantastic weekend away. The place was perfect. Location was great.. Close enough to town and to various hikes! Beds were super comfy! Hot tub and sauna were an excellent treat at an end of a day of hiking. Only 'complaint' was not enough mirrors when 5 women were getting ready to go out. lol All and all.. highly recommended!

Great location for what we came for - hiking in the region. Good space and being dog friendly was everything we needed. Having the hot tub after long days of hiking was fantastic. An easy spot to stay with our friend.

The property was absolutely perfect. Communication with property owner was by far the best. I would highly recommend this place for a group of people adults and children. Definitely plan to rent this for future trips.

The house had everything you might need on your vacation. Well equipped kitchen with gas stove. Comfortable beds with TV in each bedroom for rainy days. Sauna and jacuzzi definitely a plus after a long hike Or a bike ride. The backyard offers privacy. Super close to Whiteface mountain and many local trails. Previous renters complained about lack of spices in the kitchen. I prefer it that way. Bring what you need take it home when leaving and that way the kitchen stays neat. The house was very clean, some basic cleaning products provided. I will definitely come back here.!

Perfect stay!
We went to Lake Placid for the Ironman. This was a perfect house for 6 adults and 2 dogs. 15 minute drive to the village. Close to Whiteface. Hot tub was key after the Ironman. Management checked in and were very friendly.

Wonderful experience
This was a great little house and property away from the hustle & bustle of the village, but only a short car ride away from everything. House was very clean; owner was very accessible and responsive. We had a wonderful time, as did my 12 year old golden retriever. Would definitely return.

Whiteface Chalet
Great house close to Whiteface mountain. Clean and well kept with very friendly owner that called to check in and welcome us when we arrived as well as after our stay to see how it went. Highly recommended and will definitely look to rent again in the future.

Quiet and comfortable stay
Our family of three and two dogs loved it here! The home was very clean, and the bedrooms were all comfortable. We appreciated the fans in the bedrooms and king size beds. The yard was more spacious and private than I thought it would be, and the hot tub was fantastic. The location was perfect for visiting Whiteface and Lake Placid, and the convenience store just a few minutes away was very well-stocked. We’d definitely stay here again!

Clean and comfortable
House was extremely clean and well maintained. Had everything you would need to make a home away from home. Close proximity to hiking and town. Hot tub felt good on the knees after a long day in the cold woods.

Great communication and very helpful suggestions for things to do and see. Spotless and well equipped, beds most comfortable for a VRBO! Great location for Whiteface, Lake Placid and North Pole. Hot tub was a plus and we enjoyed the fire pit and large yard for the kids and dogs. Would definitely recommend!

We had a wonderful time at this property. So much to do locally and so close to Lake Placid. Very clean and updated. 6 Adults fit comfortably. Close to the Flume which was fun to swim and very scenic. Enjoyed the fire pit at night. Highly recommended!

We had a great time at this location. Having access to all amenities was a huge plus! It was raining most of our trip so we brought a pop up tent with us to put over

We used the indoor fireplace every chance we had. Very relaxing stay. Very clean. Would highly recommend.

Wonderful property, close to everything we needed!
We had a wonderful week - the property was exactly as advertised, well designed and beautifully maintained. Hot tub was amazing after a day of skiing.
The location was perfect - close to Whiteface, Lake Placid, and cross-country/snowshoe trails. The owners were so nice, even checked that we got in and were super-responsive!
We would definitely stay there again!
