Pleasant stay

The condo was large and well stocked for our cooking needs. The balcony was close to the water I felt like could just jump in. Boat watch was amazing and the location is just minutes from everything you could want.

Nice place to stay. Need to replace all kitchen utensils, pots and pans. The bed sheets were dirty.

Enjoyed our peaceful and tranquil stay.

The layout worked great for our group. Parents had bedrooms on the main floor. Kids all slept in the loft area. Pools and the beach area were clean and the kids really liked both. Lugging trash to the receptacles was a hassle. Overall, we had a great time. I'd stay here again.

Condo could have been cleaner. Very dusty everywhere like cleaning dtsff was rushed. Pool was cloudy/not very clean & bathroom by pool was grossly unkempt. Beautiful views & lots to do & see in the area. Parking was great.

Located close to all the attractions we wanted to see. The unit has great views when your on the patio you feel like your on a cruise ship. The complex is a little run down both pools are pretty small and we’re packed with people but we came for the lake and found many great places to swim or boat there.

We had a wonderful time with family. The space was exactly as described and perfect for us with several small children. My only suggestion would be a patio umbrella. We would definitely stay here again.

As always, Osage Beach and the Ledges didn’t disappoint! The condo was perfect for our get-away. I was shocked at how large the loft was. 2 king beds. A sofa. And still plenty of room for activities!!! And let’s not forget about the couch in the main living area!! That couch! Probably the most comfortable couch EVER!! We’ve been renting from Jason for several years now and he is by far the absolute BEST!! His properties are always amazing and he is just the most awesome owner/property manager ever. We won’t get a place unless it has his name on it. You’ll love staying at this condo. The views are beyond beautiful. It was super clean. Very comfortable. Just perfectly amazing!!

First off this place is beautiful ,nice location and a wonderful view of the lake. It was everything and more as described in the listing and photos and the owner Jason kept me informed during the process...I look forward to future visits

property was good. The stairs are a bit scatchy tog et up to the condo, some boards here getting warped. Also several lights only had one or 2 light bulbs working. Also their should be directions on how to turn the tv's on in the condo for easier access. Otherwise we had a great time!!!

The condo was clean and had all the amenities needed. The top floor offered an awesome view of the water with views of the sunrise and sunset. Even enjoyed the occasional nightly visit from the local friendly raccoon. I would definitely stay again.

Great location and easy to get around the area. We definitely enjoyed the view from the balcony and the pool area was also a great place to watch all the activity on the lake. Owner was very helpful with our questions and needs Definitely recommend and would stay there again

The property was great and just as it looks on the website. Things I may have overlooked that I did not notice until I was there was that the condo was on the top level (for amazing views) but there was no elevators which was very hard for my aging in-laws. The complex is also HUGE so parking can be a hassle sometimes and the pools were very overcrowded with vacationers. The pools also have limited restrictions so we often found ourselves with our children amongst party-goers with coolers on the side of the pool and blue-tooth speakers blaring. I'd definitely stay in the condo again - as it was clean, nice, and the owner was great but probably would not bring my aging in-laws to this place again due to accessibility.

This is my third time staying at the Ledges. The condo was awesome and was well stocked with pots and pans and other little perks. The property was clean and the A/C worked great! It was quiet and comfortable. No hasssles! Loved it and the price is very reasonable.

We enjoyed our stay

Property itself was great but, the people renting below us were cranking the music up and partying ALL night, as in until about 5:30am. We didn't get any sleep during our last two nights.

The place was an ideal spot for my family. Great view of the lake as advertised and perfectly located to access nature walks, highway and nearby boating access. The condo was a bit dated, but that didn’t stop us from enjoying our trip. The kids raved about the upstairs loft that provided a great view of the lake. Pros: Ideal location Cons: careful with the winding steep road

The property was very clean and has everything we needed. Easy check-in and directions and instructions were clear. Will definitely recommend to family and friends!

The view is beautiful. The couches were uncomfortable to sit on, and the WiFi didn't withstand four people's devices. This made it challenging to be relaxed in the house. Everything else is as expected from the pictures.

The location of this rental is not ideal! Quite loud at all hours. Rental itself needs some TLC. Trim piece sticking up from the floor when you walk in. Screen door has tears in it. Trim hanging off of sliding doors. DVD player does not work so we were unable to watch the movies that we brought. No water when we arrived due to the renter has to turn on the water as well as the hot water heater among other things to do upon check in! This weekend getaway was a belated birthday trip for me which was somewhat ruined by this condo!

I had a great time at the Lake of the Ozarks with my family. We spent most of our time hanging out at the condo since it was in the middle of Winter. It was a nice relaxing time a the view of the lake was beautiful..

We scheduled this trip to just get away and relax (do nothing). The property had beautiful views as it was on the lake. The snow only added to the beauty.
