The rental home was super cleaned, well-stocked and has plenty space for our family of four. The update interior had tasteful furniture, decor and had comfy beds. We love hanging out in the back porch and the patio by the canal with beautiful sunrise view. The pool and gym were a plus and the kids had a blast in the pool. The condo is in a perfect location with the beach and grocery nearby. We spent most of our days swimming in the amazing water. We felt right at home and had a fantastic time. We’d definitely love to come back. Thank you so much for making this stay special.

We had a wonderful stay during the week of 4th of July. Everything was clean and stocked with most of the items we needed during our stay. The beach wagon and chairs/toys came in handy. We loved the fishing pier and park across the street. Also, close to many bars and restaurants within walking distance. Only two items to take note of: 1) the BBQ grill does not work - it's all rusted out and needs to be replaced 2) it's a much further walk to the beach than indicated - it fact, I counted over 150 steps from the condo to the complex office (be warned those with little children). Overall, we had an excellent time and encourage anyone to enjoy the beach while staying at this condo. Thank you.

Stayed here for a week with 2 teenagers.
Place was exactly like the online images.
It was very clean and kitchen was really well stocked .
The beds are so comfortable and great laundry facilities.
The Marina is well maintained and very quiet. It's lovely watching the boats coming and going.
Good walking distance to bars and restaurants. Beach only 5 mins walk
Only niggle was no kettle in kitchen.
Aside from that small thing we loved it and would recommend it for a relaxing stay.

I’ve just been so used to staying at the yacht club for the past 45 years that I always pick the key up at the lock box things there at the resort and this time you had to go down to pick them up off of her and that was just a little bit different and I got a little confused and that’s why I said check in was a little whatever but other than that the condo was nice Were there we left I know there was probably a case and a half of water we left behind plus other stuff that we didn’t know that we had bought and filled back in and left there and we tried to leave it as good if not better than when we the way we found it. We had a great time there we appreciated the chairs and the wagon and the kids toys for the beach. Just always enjoy it and hopefully Next year maybe we can do it again thank you

Our condo was just perfect and it could have not been any better.
The office lady needs to learn how to speak to the people who are renting there with respect and try to be more helpful. Stayed at Madeira Beach for many years and this lady has been the worst manager that we have come across. But we love Madeira Beach and will be back

The property was clean and comfortable. Beds were comfy. The kitchen was stocked with everything you need plus my favorite... a crockpot! We used it several days to have diner ready when you come off the beach. The living room area was perfect. Lots of great conversations had there. Can't say enough good things about this unit. Definitely will stay again!

Everything from the check in process to our entire stay here in this beautiful Condo was 5 STARS! This condo was not only beautiful but it was well stocked too. The property is very well maintained and its close to everything. The beach, grocery store, liquor store and resturants. Not to mention Johns Pass is 3 minutes up the road. You honestly dont need a car when you stay at the MBYC. This is our 4th time staying at the Yacht Club and I have to say, we loved this Condo the best and would stay here time and time again. The owner was super responsive so thats a huge plus if you have a question or a concern they will respond immediately! I can't say enough good things about our experience. I will say whoever rents this Condo will not regret it. Ty so much Brad, we had a blast and we will be back next year!

Our family had a lovely visit at Madeira Beach staying at this condo. The unit was very well stocked, clean and well-maintained. Short walk to the beach and good restaurants. It is an older development so the bathrooms are small. It would be an excellent stay for anyone who has their own boat as the dock is right next to the unit!

We loved the property. It was clean, spacious, and well stocked with paper products, soaps, shampoos, and even some spices in kitchen that came in handy. The fishing pier right out front was a favorite hangout. Everything was in walking distance: groceries, drug store, liquor store, restaurants, the pool, and, of course, the beach. We had our boat with us, and the dock was great for loading and unloading.

Relax & Enjoy
Perfect for Two couples or a couple with children. Close to St.John’s pass. A block from groceries and a short walk to the beach. Rental car needed for elderly people, but everything you would need is there. Great host!

Online listing was on-point! This beautifully decorated and well-stocked condo on the marina’s edge is just a short walk to public beach, intercoastal lookout, grocery, bars, restaurants, beach shop, miniature golf, and the on-site pool. Easy check-in/check-out, and property management team was very professional. We will definitely consider this location for future visits.

Wonderful Family Vacation
Pros: lovely condo equipped with everything our family needed for the week; great location - grocery store, CVS, Dollar General, and dining options (we ate at Frabotta's several times) right outside the community; 5-10 min walk to the beach; beach toys, towels, umbrellas, boogey boards there for our use; across the street from a nice park with a playground and splash pad that our kids enjoyed.
Cons: we had to do some makeshift child-proofing to keep our nearly 2 yo and 4 yo safe (such as securing the under-sink cupboards which contained cleaning supplies), but I imagine that would be the case at most rental properties.
We had a wonderful family vacation and would definitely stay here again!!!

Perfect location and for the price.
Property was great. In a gated community a short walk to the beach. We drove to the beach most of the time due to my family bringing a cooler to the beach. Clean inside and out. Would certainly stay at location again. Many great restaurants nearby. My family’s go to was the Amish Country Creamery right around the corner. Madeira Beach is situated perfectly between St Pete and Clearwater adding many things you can do on trip.

Wonderful as always
Loved this condo. Much bigger then what we thought. Beautiful showers and lots of counter space. Loved having an open and enclosed porch. Very clean! We love staying at the yacht club, this was our 3rd time staying here. This condo was our absolute favorite one by far!

Just what we needed
Condo location was great. Beach, bar, surf shop, and grocery very close walk. Public dock right outside the door. Equipped with pretty much everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect location, Perfect for family, walk to Beach!
My family absolutely loved this place! Screened in porch for lunch, short walk to Madeira Beach, very clean, had everything we needed in the unit. At night time sit on the patio and look at the intercostal water. Debbie was so nice! Definitely would recommend this condo and WILL be coming again! Love the neighborhood and the property is well taken care of.

Nice condo with great dockside
Enjoyed sitting on the dock for morning coffee and evening drinks. Condo was very clean and comfortable, and very much liked having the two patios to relax on. Beach was a bit further walk than anticipated, but still easy to access.

The condo was great, we were able to bring our boat, you walk out the door and the boat is right there. Great location you can walk everywhere. The master bedroom bed was so comfortable I’ve never slept better, our family was unable to come, but we made the best of it and had a wonderful time, would definitely stay at this place again.

It was a wonderful stay will definitely book again! The condo was beautiful and had all the amenities. .. The only trouble we had was the tv In family room. Other than that is was perfect. Walking distance to pretty much everything !

Great location!
This condo looked exactly as it does in the photos. If you do not have a car you can easily walk anywhere to get groceries, liquor, get to the beach, great restaurants and bars. It was very quiet here and the Yacht Club has some beautiful well kept grounds! We are definitely coming back!

Writing getaway
Our family truly enjoyed our time at this property near Madeira Beach. This condo is very spacious and just steps from the bay or beach. We didn’t rent a car so the trolley stop within a block of the property was awesome! Would definitely recommend this rental

One of the best places I have stayed!
With one exception, everything about this property was absolutely wonderful. It is necessary to be in contact with the actual community HOA to get parking and gate access and they are VERY difficult to connect with. They have very short hours, do not answer a phone, and do not have a functional voicemail. Get your parking pass and your gate access as early and as soon as possible and you will be set. A BIG thank you to the rental agent Sun Beach Properties -- they got me squared away!

Absolutely gorgeous condominium. Perfect ground floor unit, no stairs or elevator. Its very large and decorated beautifully and extremely clean. Close to restaurants and across the street from the beach. Docks for fishing or manatee
watching are right in the backyard, very convenient.
