Location. Almost private beach. Room was spacious.

Only 1 and 1/2 rolls of toilet paper. Had to share the roll between bathrooms. NO extra trash bags. Giant hair ball in the shower upon arrival. Couch and chair in living area had some mileage ( worn and uncomfortable). Got hassled by the security guard for using a “reserved” chair on the beach. Was under the impression the chairs were for quests.

Great location and close to some really good restaurants. The condo was plenty big and well equipped. The beach was so nice.

The condo was not handicap accessible. The beds were to high, the outdoor patio chairs were to high and the bathroom doors were to narrow for a wheelchair.

The beach and lack of congestion.

I was a little put off by the renovation under way during our visit. Couldn't the renovation have been done during the off season? We paid the peak rate and had to endure banging and closed areas. Not to mention the alarms going off and lack of water for hours at a time.

Awesome Patio, close to beach.

Decor could use some updating. Mismatched flooring, popcorn ceiling, and a completely puzzling TV/Cable system, with burn marks in screen. If you have no ground transportation your kind of on an island for supplies.

There was active construction on our porch and we cannot enjoy our porch and watch the ocean

The washer and the dryer need to be checked out. The belt or bearing sound like they are going out of the washer. The dryer takes forever to dry probably needs the vent cleaned.

The condo was clean and comfortable. Very nice with a beautiful view of the gulf.

The views from the 10th floor where beautiful every window had a beautiful view, in the front you could see the sound side and the master bedroom and living areas you got the gulf side, the shower in the mast bath had amazing water pressure (I wish I had that kind of water pressure at home) The kitchen looked to be fully stocked, (but we didn’t cook) It was cozy, comfortable and those views where amazing. This was the perfect place to stay for our anniversary trip!

Some stains on carpet, maybe the most disappointing thing about the property, the unit needed a little maintenance, to fix things like missing knobs, and little cosmetic things… but it felt clean, other then the stained carpet.

Like the location.

Front door was kicked in previous to our stay. No lock on handle, dead bolt was on by one screw and not secure... Door was cracked .. And wouldn't lock Carpet in bedrooms filthy. Nothing done to fix this with management. Was told they knew about situation but didn't do anything. Sent pics to Carmen.... No response from anyone... This condo was not ready to be leased..

Navarre Towers was our favorite place we have ever stayed! The location couldn’t have been better and the condo exceeded all expectations. We will definitely stay again!

Amazing views from 1003; easy to check in.

The location was perfect and we enjoyed the clean beach.

The internet/wifi was awful. Would also like to see some regular tables and chairs out by the pool for those that don't want to lounge.
