Comfy bed,nice bathroom

Entrance to apartment was disgusting,looked like excrement/feaces smeared up walls. Broken children's toys in stairwell. No security gates,just walk through. Main door to apartments didn't have a lock facility.

house was clean and spacious, owner was helpful and emailed all details for entry etc

Cleanliness let it down. I wish we had the original apartment we booked. As I feel it wasn’t value for the money I paid. I was called on the 21st March however it was too short notice/last minute to arrange anything new. I was told they could do something with the price if I cancelled booking with booking.com but it was just too last minute go through the hassle.

Great sized apartment and surprisingly quiet. Has all the amenities you could hope for. We particularly liked the small personal touches to make us feel welcome. Great place to return to after a day exploring Derby and the surrounding areas.

The host is very nice, helpful all the time and flexibility to the guest! He always reply us quickly with immediately arrangement which my family feels that we are being care so much in this journey. Besides, the location is fantastic with few mins drive to Derbion / Derby City Centre and the Kingsway Retail Park, very convenient and great place to stay!

Internet was free so at least some bonuses.

The appt not as pictures. A very strong smell of stail smoke upon entering which even after buying air freshener still lingered. Sne passed to stored clothes. Bathroom especially bath tiles and seal not clean, and the extract Dan yellow and dust and debris lodged. The blinds had no bottom chains stained yellow chords and even the iron board cover not attached. The beds had plywood under the mattress and the bedding and pillows decidedly weathered. The towels had seen better days. Not has if the price bracket was cheap. If had known the state would have booked an hotel for similar. .

Shower was dirty. And required to be cleaned before use The seating in dining room very uncomfortable

It was intolerable for non smokers like us, where there was constant smoking from other rooms or floors and the smoke was seeping through the closed windows too. The smell of the smoke was not a good experience. Sorry, we expected a smoke free area for family with children!
