Our stay at Neptune’s Penthouse was everything i hoped it would be and more! We were so impressed with this condo. The pictures perfectly depicted the space. If I had to complain about anything, it’s only that there is no direct ocean access. You have to go to a public beach to get into the ocean. There is, however, a nice beach area to lay out and look at the water. We will definitely be back!

Communication before and during the trip was amazing. There were no issues whatsoever. The only thing that was different than what we expected was that Neptune’s Penthouse was even more beautiful that what was shown in the pictures.

Spent several hours a day at the pool before venturing out on the town. Our daughter loves the pool. Condo was clean and welcoming.

Communication was fantastic with Christian from Last Key. He responded instantly and answered any questions I had. The condo was very clean and had a great view. There is no shampoo,conditioner but we bring our own anyways. We would come back.

I stayed with my husband and another couple. The condo was beautiful, clean, and well stocked with utensils and books. The property was beautiful and well maintained. We will be back!

We had a great stay! The unit was very clean and updated. We had an issue with the AC while there; and the rental company, Lost Key, was amazing! They were very quick to respond and very attentive.

The view was what attracted us to this property, but upon arrival, it was hard to imagine this property in a less than luxury part of town. The unit was large and spacious, and the view was breathtaking. It was also very well stocked with towels, blankets, dishes, etc, to make your stay easy and enjoyable. The pool was never crowded, but if you are a workout person, you will be disappointed in the gym. And then there was the beach. It was small but private, giving you a great location for a private morning or evening time to be alone or be with a small group. One issue we encountered was the overbearing smell of sewage around the unit and inside if the AC is not on. We were told that it was the seaweed. Key West is small, so nothing is far, but being 15 minutes by car from Duvall Street was frustrating. I would absolutely recommend not getting a rental car or golf cart and just use an Uber. Parking is hard to find and very costly. I was also somewhat frustrated with the lack of flexibility with the reservations staff. Our arrival flight was canceled due to bad weather, and although I had insurance, the reservation desk tried to charge me an extra $800 dollars to change my dates. They did this without even checking and got an attitude when I explained my flight was canceled due to no fault of my own. And we also asked to check out 30 minutes later than the posted checkout time because our flight was delayed, and we were told no. We also had to wait to be let into the unit, saying it was not ready, which I could not understand since we were scheduled to arrive the day before. The concierge staff was excellent. Very friendly and provided some great detailed recommendations on what to do while in Key West. Overall, I would recommend this property!

Awesome

This is a great unit -- very clean and well appointed, with fabulous views of the water. The location is a 10-minute Uber ride from the craziness of Duval Street, but we actually preferred staying in a quiet, relaxing area. The management company was super easy to work with and very responsive.

Great location just a quick walk to the beach.

The condo has a killer view right on the water and pool was great. Unfortunately when we checked in and took off our shoes we noticed our feet were black with dirt throughout. Obviously the cleaning staff never cleaned the floor and there was a layer of dust on the furniture. When we called Last resort they had someone come quickly. Then the faucet was so clogged in the kitchen only a trickle came out. After waiting a couple of days they finally had to replace the whole unit. The AC stopped working in the night and it took a couple days to get it working which had workmen in tge condo for 5 hours. For the price we expected sheets without holes and better quality. All of the foregoing detracted from the basics of the condo which could have been a 4 or 5 star.

Property manager was great, excellent communication, answered questions after hours. The place was clean, organized and beautiful. Will use again!

The 6 of us each had a great time. It was 1st trip to FL for a couple of us. The lodgings were fine and we enjoyed all the folks we met.

Unbelievable view. Furniture and beds could be updated

This was a comfortable condo with access to a nice pool, and a balcony overlooking pool, ocean, and with sunset visible through a gap between trees and buildings. There are tennis courts available, but you do have to make sure of a booking. The Last Key Realty property manager was helpful and pleasant. It is a bit of a hike to the restaurants and nightlife around Duval Street, but Ubers are plentiful. There are a couple of decent Cuban / Mexican sandwich shops / cafes, and a 24-hour grocery store in walking distance. We enjoyed our stay here.

Beautiful place. Great for families. The location was close to the beaches however no close restaurants. I was glad the facility offered a bike rental service. We didn’t rent a car so this was a great way to get around the island. This was our first visit. I guess we should have done our homework this was the weekend of fantasy fest. We didn’t have a bad experience but we were traveling with teenagers so we just tried to avoid Duval street as much as possible. Overall very nice place !

This was our first time visiting KW and we will definitely be back. The condo was amazing with breath taking views from the living room and both bedrooms. The guest service coordinator was a big help upon our arrival and she made us feel at home. The location is a short 2-3 minute walk to a tropical beach with white sand and palm trees. Not within walking distance to shopping but we rented a golf cart and was everywhere within 5-10 minutes. Next time we plan to rent bicycles or scooters and make traveling on the island even easier. Highly recommend!

This unit is run by a property management company. The person we worked with was Tracie. She was the best. Met us at the property and showed us around the unit, and made sure we had everything we needed. The unit was spotless, had a great view (pelicans were diving for fish daily). It was nice to wake up and sit on the porch with a coffee. The pool was also fantastic. It's about a mile from Duval street, just far enough away to be quiet. Note if you have a large pickup truck it might not fit in the (gated) parking garage, as it is rather low, I would guess about 6'5" - 7' height, and tight spaces)

Could not have asked more from prior y managers. They greeted us and made sure to answer all of our questions. They communicated with us throughout our visit, just to let us know they were there if we needed anything. The property, while a bit dated, was extremely well maintained and run. Security was visible and proactive, without being intrusive. It was not walking distance to the action, but we enjoyed the quiet and parking was never a problem. Also cheap abundant rideshares. Beds were clean and comfortable. All amenities were there. Toilet paper, detergent, soap, clean, fluffy towels, etc. great shower in the Master too. Could not have been happier! Highly recommended!!

Very nice property

The two bedroom/two bathroom villa was very comfortable. Management staff were very attentive and reachable. The complex has a big pool and jacuzzi. Although everything in Key West is nearby (a few minutes driving), I don’t think is walking distance to the restaurants and amenities area. The complex need renovation. Overall it was a good experience.

Great clean townhome located with nice views of the ocean and pool. The pool is great and has good access to shallow beach snorkeling as well.
