This condo and its amenities were perfect for our girls trip!! I highly recommend it. Beds were comfy, kitchen was well stocked, super clean and nice balcony. We had a wonderful week. If you have never been to Destin, you are missing out! Book with them today!

Property was fine, but owners were stingy. No dish rags, nothing to clean grease, stainless or glass with.... had to go buy wash cloths for kitchen & Windex, etc. NO seasonings @ ALL in kitchen. No working can opener. Dirty dishes in cabinet. Dirty bedspread. Dirty floors. Sticky walls, smudges on bathroom door, sticky knobs.

Everything was clean and very well stocked. The communication was great. The only thing I have to “ complain” about was the larger pools and lazy river was not heated. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a great time at Gulfside 210! We didn't have any issues at the condo for our family of 8 plus a toddler. There was quite a bit of beach toys available on the balcony. We left a few new boogie boards and a volleyball for future guests! The ocean was gorgeous and we enjoyed having the reserved chairs everyday. Great senior trip for my son!

Just as a sidebar note, the front entrance of condo (doormat) was not clean. Lent, trash on it and around that area, same for the porch. May need to check behind cleaning crew. First night after I gave my granddaughter a bath she was inside walking barefoot when it came time for bed I had to wash her feet because they were black. I checked mine because I had taken my sandals off and mine were the same. Now the title floor looked clean don't get me wrong on that, but if you walked on barefoot your feet got dirty and that was starting the first night there. Everyone wore sandals the rest of week inside after we took our baths.

This was not a planned vacation, but it was a much-needed "Get Away." The condo was in excellent condition. It was a home away from home. Everything you could possibly need was right at your fingertips. We had an amazing time lounging on the balcony overlooking the pool and the beach. The beach crew members and even the maintenance attendant "JT" provided outstanding customer service. They answered all my questions and more. I would highly recommend this condo for your next vacation or getaway.

This is absolutely the BEST! The condo is roomy and has every perk you can imagine. The kitchen is well stocked with anything you could possible need. The beds are so comfortable. We love everything about the resort. The pools are amazing. The lazy river is just that...perfect for being lazy. Everything is so clean upon arrival. It's like home away from home. You won't find a better place to stay. We are repeat visitors and can't wait to come again! Highly recommend!!!

We had such a fun family vacation !! We loved that the pool and beach were so close to the room.Well stocked kitchen and comfortable beds. Super cute decor and very clean.Enjoy eating out on the balcony and reading. Thanks for everything thing we can wait to come back !!

Condo was super nice decorate very well with all the amenities roomy for the 4 adults and 4 children very clean upon arrival. loved the short walk to the beach and to the pier and Restautant's on the beach. pool was great kids loved it. Destin west is a very nice place to stay and the walk over bridge to the bay side was also great for the lazy river and zero entry pool. Rented a pontoon from Ricks across the street to crab island great place also.

Wonderful condo!
We stayed in gulf side unit 210 from 6/4/22 to 6/11/22. The unit was very clean, beautifully decorated and the kitchen was well stocked. One thing to note is you won't have a view of the ocean. Your view is of the pool. That did not take away from our stay. The location is perfect! You can walk to restaurants, shops, etc. Check in and out was easy and any questions were answered promptly. Highly recommend!

Absolutely the BEST
Our first visit to Destin/Fort Walton, but it won't be our last. The condo was absolutely perfect in every way. The resort had so many amenities and things to do. Beautiful view, easy access to local restaurants and so much more. We will definitely return in the near future!

Not so good view
I picked this location and was expecting more than I got the view from our room sucked it was blocked by a man lift that wasn’t even in use! They could have moved me to another room or moved the big machinery. The room and everything else was nice being that it wasn’t too warm for long Stays in pools but would have been nice to have time on the balcony with a great view instead of this.Not worth the price with that or a discount should have been given I wish I could upload a picture

Loved the condo. Very clean and spacious. Beds were super comfy. Great location, quiet. Very fast response from the manager if we had any questions. Would definitely book with them again! Loved having the heated pool since it was chilly when we went. Only wish the lazy river was heated. Overall one of the best beach vacations we've had.

I can't say enough positive things about our recent stay with Destin West. From the moment we walked thru the doors everything was exactly as pictured. Every detail didn't go unnoticed. The grounds were clean and maintained. The pool and hot tubs were clean. Very family friendly atmosphere and so quiet . We will definitely return in the near future

Five Star Vacation
We had a blast! This was by far my best vacation ever! This condo had everything we needed and then some. So, when they say pack lightly, do so!! We will definitely be back and hopefully stay at the same place. Destin is beautiful but having a nice, clean, cozy place to stay is just icing on the cake! Great Vacation
Our family had a wonderful week! The condo was clean and well-maintained. Our grandkids loved the bunk room! The pools and the beach were easily accessible. We loved the soft beds with great pillows. Everything was wonderful from the communication prior to starting our vacation through the final locking of the door. We'd love to stay here again!

Perfect Girls Getaway in the Emerald Coast!!
What a beautiful condo and location!! It was very spacious and perfect for the 3 of us. Everything was well stocked for cooking breakfast each morning. The beds are extremely comfortable in every room. Loved the modern white leather living room furniture and the electric reclining loveseat added a extra touch of comfort to this already cozy space. The view from the balcony was gorgeous each evening with the beach off in the distance and the lighting of the pool against the palms.
We were within walking distance to The Boardwalk where we enjoyed dinner @ The Crab Trap and Rockin Tacos and also did some shopping. Everything else is a short uber ride to The Harbor Walk (Crab Island, Bo Shamps , etc...) or Destin Commons (more shopping -lol).
I would definitely book another stay here!!

Very clean condo with a beautiful view!
We had a great girls weekend with 2 of my best friends and one of their husbands! Our stay was awesome at the condo with a beautiful view from the patio overlooking the pool and you can see the ocean and hear the waves! The condo was very clean and we had plenty of room for all of our things. The beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had all the appliances we needed. Would definitely recommend to anyone who is wanting a nice little get away!
