The appartment is on a calm place only a few minutes from the railway station. I consider it quite comfortable, despite it not a modern one, but it was clean and well equipped with own parking spot for a small extra fee. I praise Andrea, our contact, for his support before and during the stay.

Although the appartment was clean, I would suggest some improvements in the kitchen mainly inside drawers and cupboards and to replace some rusty cutlery / tools, fix the freezer and some small things, which however don't change overall good and a little bit "retro" picture. I would expect lower price for the value, but no complaints. It's a tourist destination, despite further from the centre.

Great host and property! Quiet area and placed just outside of the hustle and bustle of the main town. Close enough to walk in everyday and catch a train.

The apartment has everything for a long stay and it is clean. Parking is free! Cleaning is included in the price. 15 minutes away from train station. Quite area with mountain around. The owner is very kind and ready to help with everything.

Location is approximately 25 minutes walk to town and beach, its quiet with nice mountain views, at night alot of stars are visible, spent 4 days on the beach, did one day trip to Cinque Terre and another day trip to Portofino

Walking at night tired after dinner and alcohol in town for 30 minutes

From the first time we had a good communication with the owner, easy to reach the train station, 16min by foot. Very clean and comfortable even though it was a little house, I recommend it!

Andrea was incredibly communicative and kind and even gave us a ride to and from the station. He's a fantastic and helpful host. The flat is spacious, clean and has everything you need. There's a lovely supermarket close by with everything you need. It's about a 30 minute walk into the centre of Levanto by the beach, and about a 20 minute walk to the station from where you catch the train to Cinque Terre. It's a safe, flat walk which we even did late at night with no problems. Alternatively there is parking space if you have a car. We would recommend this host and location to anyone who wants a base to explore Cinque Terre from, and who doesn't mind a short walk to get to the beach/station.
