The location is exceptional, a nice neighbourhood, near the train station and close to all Levanto attractions, cafés and restaurants. The reception staff is very polite. The appartment is very spacious and with a beautiful view.

The appartment needed more detailed cleaning. In the bathroom only the mirror lamp was working and the toiletries were just the basic. In the kitchen there was no coffee machine.

The apartment was really big and clean. The location is in the city center and 5 minutes walk from the beach. Nothing to complain about.

Before we arrived i needed the agency a few times to answer some questions. Also on the same day of arrival. The communication is poorly. They never answered the phone and on the booking.com messages page the answers were really late or never came. It all was a bit hectic when we arrived. The appartment and the reception (to pick up the keys) are in the same street. The street is in the middle of Levanto so parking your car for a short period of time to check in of to get your bags from the car is difficult. A week before i booked a parking spot for €16,00 a day and got a confirmation by email from the agency. But at the check in i was told that they then checked all the open parking spots in town and gave a few options. They never reserved anything. They then gave me the option (when i asked for it) to park the car somewhere else. It is possible with a license they have, to park the car on a street in the neighborhood, there were a few options. We did that and we hat to search for it by ourselves and were lucky enough to find one. This was really poorly handled and sad.

Unfortunately promised in description Air Conditioner was not in our apartment so it led to permanent open windows (noisy street sounds during the night) and permanent whirr of air ventilator, but anyway it doesn't protect against the heat..

Good staying, nothing particular

The apartment is specious and situated on the fourth floor. The location is great, in the city center close to the beach, bars and restaurants, but without the noise! The staff at the checkin were very kind and helpful. We’ve had a pleasant stay.

It wasn’t that clean. Besides that, there was no hot water in the shower and the bed was like a wooden plank. The balconies were a little dodgy.

This apartment is in the great location with lovely views of the mountains from the balcony. It’s spacious enough for four people to stay in.

I stayed in this apartment a year previously, with four of us in total and decided to book it again for four nights, for three people. When three of them arrived to check in, staff refused to give them extra bedding for the third person, because I didn’t mention the exact amount of people when I booked it. And I understand this was my mistake for not paying attention when booking, but they didn’t even offer a solution like paying the difference for extra person (which is around 10 euros as I checked it later). I was told that the whole experience checking-in was unpleasant and disappointing in service. It was very embarrassing and awkward as we had to borrow some of the beddings from different apartment where the rest of us were staying. There are a lot more decent properties available on the same street for lesser price so won’t be booking it again next time.
