My husband and I would definitely book this property again because of its beautiful setting and wonderful design. We loved the floor plan, the abundance of windows, the beautiful deck in the back, the musical equipment and beautiful piano, the extensive book collection, the pool table, and the wonderfully unique decor. Our main problems centered on the lack of information and supplies provided by the owner, the sunken condition on one side of the bed in the master bedroom, and the condition of the cookware provided in the kitchen. We have stayed in many VRBO homes, and usually owners provide more instruction and supplies. We spent too much time trying to figure out how to operate the TV, we saw no info on how to operate the sleep number bed (which was deflated on one side), and no listings about suggested restaurants or grocery shopping close to the house. Additional DVD selection would also be helpful. Most were geared toward children. We had ample toilet tissue and paper towels, but we had to go to the store and purchase facial tissues and body wash. Thus far, all our homes have provided these, but none was provided at this house. We did cook and also decided to buy some cookware for our stay that we took home with us We did this because the cookware in the house was inadequate and in poor condition. Some of it even felt greasy. If the owner would spend some time updating information and supplies, this home could easily bring a perfect five-star rating.

My 8 person family loved this house! Very close to garden of the gods and to the other Colorado Springs attractions! The house was spacious and the views were incredible. Andrew and Ian were excellent hosts and reply back fast!

This house is big, plenty of room . The area is a clean friendly neighborhood and only a couple of miles from everything. We even saw deer everyday. We will consider this house again when we come back.

Had a very nice and spacious house. Very affordable with beautiful views from the rear. Would definitely recommend and possibly stay in this house again if we are in this area again.

We loved this house! The pictures don’t do this house justice. The back deck and views from that deck are absolutely beautiful! We ate every meal outside and loved being able to escape the Texas heat for a week. We will definitely be back!

Our family truly enjoyed our stay. Our house was clean when we arrived. With the spacious layout, we were able to all be together or find a spot to relax alone. Wanting to stay safe from the virus, we cooked every night on the grill. The deck was a draw to spend time in the cool mountain air. The view of Pikes Peak was beautiful. The manager was super nice to give us a quick check in into the house and allowed us a few hours later check out due to car issues. We did not have a single property problem during our stay. The home is beautifully designed and furnished. Thanks to you Andrew.

I usually don’t write reviews but this place was top notch. Great views, very clean, plenty of space to stretch out, love the deck, looks right at Pikes Peak, and the communication with owner was excellent. 1 slight drawback was that there were no tv’s in bedrooms. With 3 kids we pretty much had to watch the same thing which isn’t the end of the world because in the end we didn’t watch much tv anyway. But I’m still giving the rental an A+. Thank you for helping make our Colorado trip memorable

Loved the location to activities. House is spacious giving everyone room to spread out. Spent a lot of mornings and evenings on the deck enjoying the quiet and views.

The home and the views from the back deck are exceptional. The property manager, Ian, was extremely responsive. The location was very convenient to grocer, restaurants, and attractions.

We just loved this home. So beautiful and comfortable. The views were amazing and the house had everything you could think of to make our stay comfortable. They have thought of everything. Would love to come back again.

We had a great time. Andrew was timely and accommodating. The house was beautiful and the views were incredible. Overall we felt the house needs a good spring cleaning and the kitchen really needs attention. We did not complain as I know they had a long term guest prior to us and had to clean a lot in a little amount of time. I am sure Andrew would have taken care of it if we needed it. Overall definitely not a deal breaker and I would rent again!

Very clean, gorgeous views with huge windows. Owner responsive to us needing lightbulbs for lamps that were out. Kitchen stocked fairly well. Great basement with pool table. Plenty of space to spread out.

We enjoyed every minute of our trip. The house was exactly as listed. It was a great location with beautiful view of the mountains. We will definitely choose this location again!

Home was just as listed. Easy check in and out process. Great central location for family vacation.

Our family just returned from 6 nights in this beautiful home. There was more than enough space for our family of 5, all our children had their own room. Andrew met us at the home when we checked in to show us around and ask if we had any questions. The home is obviously taken care of as things were spotless inside. Pictures do not do the space of the home justice. On the upper floor are 3 large bedrooms, a bathroom and loft sitting area. Our kids thought the catwalk joining each side was great. On the main level is the master with gorgeous bathroom with a walk in shower, another half bath, family room with comfy couches, eating area, sun room, and a sitting room with a baby grand piano (huge hit with my sons as all play). The lower rec room has a pool table which we all enjoyed for friendly competition, and another media center with couches. The back deck runs most of the house length and the Pike's Peak views are splendid. It was so calming to sit out there with a book or breakfast. The location was perfect for all the sightseeing we did. Drives to Pike's Peak, Royal Gorge, and Cripple Creek were all around an hour. Garden of the Gods, Manitou Springs, Air Force Academy all very quick trips. Huge choices for restaurants all within 15 minutes of driving. The best part of the location was even with all that was easy accessible, the house is located in a beautiful development with open views and so much wildlife around that while there you feel a part of nature. We saw deer every day either in the yard or in the neighborhood and even a pack of coyotes. We would highly recommend this property and would definitely rent again if in the area.

Spacious and great location with amazing views. Our group, three couples, enjoyed the house very much.

Stay was beyond great. Location was great able to do many different things, shopping, white water rafting, zoo and Garden of the Gods all within a hour drive. Communication from what Vrbo can do and what property management can do could be better.
