This villa was wonderful. The location was close to all that Orient has to offer. Luvie was a complete joy and extremely helpful. We would definitely book this villa again.

3rd time here & we will be back for #4!

Our family of four stayed here and had a very good experience. The location is excellent, you can easily walk to the beach and many nice restaurants with very good food. The house pool is highlight of the property- water temperature was excellent and atmosphere excellent.

We just spent a great week in St Martin. The house was everything we expected. Close to the beach and lots of restaurants within walking distance. Louvie was great and was accommodating when we didn’t need her to come on a daily basis. Dany was awesome in answering quickly when we had questions. There was lots of space for the 5 of us (including 2 couples). We rented a vehicle and enjoyed exploring. Using waze is the way to go. Google doesn’t work that well down there. Our favourite beaches to visit was definitely Captain French’s and Mullet Bay beach. Orient Beach has suffered a lot since the hurricane. Lots of rocky areas in the water but people are working hard to get it up and running again. We had a great lunch at Le String Beach on Orient Beach. A must if you’re in the area. Restaurants to visit that are worthy include Sao Asian Factory, Le p’tit bistro, Captain Frenchy’s and our favourite, Bamboo House.

Nice location, beautiful property, no any complain

Home was as described and MORE! Beautiful property. Very short walk to beach and excellent dining choices. Everything you need if you desire to cook at home. Well stocked with all essentials and Luvi/housekeeper was unobtrusive but took care of daily needs. Pool was beautiful. Dany/property manager was quick with response time and provided all information clearly. Will definitely return for another visit.

Great location, with beautiful views and close proximity to the village.

The house was lovely. We were able to get to the beach where my teens enjoyed parasailing! We enjoyed being able to walk to dinner many nights and our ability ti get delicious French pastry nearby! Getting to grand case and Marigot was a breeze. The housekeeper was helpful with scheduling Covid testing and kept the house neat. When we had a minor problem with the shower henri came promptly and helped us out. It was a lovely stay!

The house was perfect and exactly as described. Private pool and walking distance to the beach and restaurants. Coco beach was great and we will definitely be staying here again.

Before we went, we had some reservations about having a housekeeper, since we assumed it would be having a stranger among us. However, it was quite the opposite. She was very friendly, helpful, and responsive, and we looked forward to her daily visits and exchanged hugs when we left. The property was elevated over nearby houses which provided great privacy and view of the ocean in the distance. We looked forward every afternoon to returning from the beach to enjoying a relaxing evening back at the house. There was plenty of space for the 8 of us to hang out together outside, and there was also plenty of other common area, including a beautiful loft with an ocean view, for anyone who wanted some quiet reading space. We plan to return next year.

This was our second time staying at the Villa. We brought our adult children and have a great stay. Our housekeeper Luvie is fantastic & very helpful as well. So many great restaurants close to the Villa and of course the beach is a nine only a 9 minute walk.

Roomy, spacious, comfortable, and close to the beach and restaurants. Walkable to everything. Would highly recommend this villa to anyone without hesitation.

Great house in a great location. Easy to walk to the beach and restaurants. Lots of space, great pool and everything you need to cook if you choose to do that. Bedrooms were nice and cold with the AC. Housekeeper kept everything clean on a daily basis and it was nice to have the beds and dishes done. Orient Bay village is great and seems fully recovered from the hurricanes of several years ago. Lots of great restaurants in orient bay and grand case.

We had a wonderful Thanksgiving in St. Martin. The villa was beautiful, clean and spacious. The location was perfect, a short walk to the beach and restaurants. The owner, Dany, could not have been more accommodating. Louvie was there to answer questions and assist with many other things. She is a super person! I would definitely recommend staying here, and I hope I have the opportunity to go back.

Villa Belle Mer is a most amazing villa in Orient Village. So we'll equipped and perfect for my travel group. Prior to the trip, our host Dany was in contact with all the information needed. Our housekeeper, Lucie, is such a sweetheart. She was very helpful with any information we were looking for. Great location with plenty of separate bedrooms for families. Short walk to Orient beach, restaurants and shops. House keeper was very helpful! We would definitely rent it again, 5 stars!

We had an exceptional time during our stay on the island and at the Villa. The villa is in close proximity of all kinds shops and restaurants and mere minutes from Orient Bay. Luvie could not have been more welcoming with her smile and attentive to our needs. Dany was very helpful answering our many questions leading up to (and during) our stay. When covid hit in early 2020, Dany graciously worked with us to reschedule our stay for 2021. A++++

Villa Bell Mer is one of the most beautiful villas on the island that I have stayed in! The owner, Dany thought of everything that a guest could want to or need. The decor, layout of the Villa and the outdoor space I was magnificent. This was our first time to the island and we were not sure on location but I can tell you this is the spot you want to be. Orient Bay has everything you need all within walking distance. We will definitely be back sooner rather than later!

All through the process, Dany provided the information we needed for a great vacation. Unfortunately, COVID came too close to us to travel and Dany offered alternatives to us and we can’t wait to go. Wonderful host!

A wonderful villa with plenty of space and privacy for everyone. The location is great - 2-5 min walk to beach and restaurants. The patio is gorgeous and invites a social atmosphere. My kids loved the loft with the hammock and the through the house and patio surround sound system. Dany was great with communication. Would definitely stay here again!!! Thank you, Dany!

We’ve been to St. Martin 5 times and this is the nicest villa we’ve stayed in. The villa is beautiful. The view is stunning. The location is terrific. The owners are wonderful to work with. We plan to return here in August. Highly recommended!

My family of 7. One grandparent, kids 19,17,15,and 11, throughly enjoyed our stay. The home was spacious and allowed everyone space and privacy. We loved the quick , 5 min , walk to the beach and activities. The house was clean and well stocked with anything you need including hair dryers and some US outlets. While Orient bay is in the process of rebuilding, there are plenty of places to eat amazing food. We enjoyed to quiet family atmosphere of OB and would definitely travel back.

The owners are amazing and gave me extra information ahead of time. House keeper met us at the home and gave us a nice tour. Pool was divine. Home was big enougb for our 8 adults

Very lovely home with fantastic amenities and wonderful views. We are a family of 5 (3 college age kids) and the house provides great set up for a group of this size or even larger. The patio and pool made a great spot to relax when not at the beach. We will certainly return.
