My wife and I had a fantastic stay at condo #1. The beach and ocean are literally 20 feet from your balcony! The condo itself was clean and did the job for the 2 of us. The property manager Pat is very nice and can answer any questions you may have. Everything you need is within walking distance like restaurants and the Massey grocery store. We dont even know if the TV works because you can sit on the balcony and listen to the waves and the music coming from Mango Bay Hotel beside you. The music stops around 10:30 PM and it's just the sound of waves after that! This condo is a gem when you consider the people at Mango Bay are paying double for their oceanfront rooms with a lesser view! I'd highly recommend this condo to family and friends.

This property is in a beautiful location right on the beach with fantastic views… however it is very old, tired, cluttered and needs a thorough decluttering and cleaning. Such a shame to report this but felt for future renters I have to as wouldn’t want them disappointed like we were.

We had a wonderful time at Palm Beach #1, the location is the best, the beach out front is perfect. Everyone was so friendly and the snorkeling right out the front door is awesome!! The condo is small but has all the necessities and the balcony is wonderful. It is truly a great place to call home while enjoying Barbados.

Just returned from a 1week stay at #1 Palm Beach Condo and had a fabulous time. Booking was a breeze, checking with the Property Manager was fast and simple. Everything was ready for us including a few groceries to get us started along with some snack and beverages. The condo is truly in a perfect location, right at the beach so you are just a few steps away from the sand. On the second floor so you have fantastic views of the beach, ocean and sunsets. It is so close to everything, shops, restaurants & groceries all within walking distance. The people are so friendly, helpful and accommodating. Transportation was great. We used taxis and tried out the Reggae Bus just for fun. Watersports were lots of fun; we had a Jetski ride with Izon and did some snorkelling from the Blue glass bottom boat with Marvin. There is lots of great evening entertainment at the local bars and restaurants, so make sure to ask what nights so you don’t miss all the fun. Fantastic place , fantastic location, fantastic vacation. Will definitely visit again. T&K

If like us you are looking for the perfect spot to relax and unwind then this is definitely the place to go. In fact, it was probably the most relaxing holiday we have had for a very long time. The apartment has everything you could possibly need, we cooked in the apartment for 4 nights and ate on the balcony taking in the amazing vista and awesome sunsets, we swam 3-4 times a day in the ocean (less than 1 minute walk from the apartment) and the lovely pool which is surrounded by tropical gardens with humming birds and mongooses, very amusing to see Pat's cat Whisky play chasing the mongooses! There are numerous bars and restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk and a great supermarket to buy anything you might need. We left feeling totally chilled and relaxed, what more can you ask from a holiday ! Thank you Dayle, George, Pat, Chris, Ros, Julia and not forgetting Whisky! Show less

I have stayed in hotels and apartments all over Barbados and never stayed in the same place twice - but now I’ve found this absolute gem I will never stay anywhere else again. It really is the perfect home from home, in what is possibly the best location in Barbados. A very short walk to shops, bars and restaurants but also tucked away in a quiet corner right on one of the best beaches on the island. There is even a super house reef with resident turtle, stingray and octopus! The sunsets are incredible and can be watched from the balcony (best view), beach or the very peaceful pool in the beautifully maintained gardens. The owners and manager could not have been more friendly and helpful, and we are already planning when to return next year.

A great service from the owners from initial enquiry to the end of the holiday. The local support team for the Condo are not intrusive but are at hand if required. The location is superb and we spent many hours enjoying the view from the balcony... Many great restaurants within minutes walk.

This was a return visit to Palm Beach but our first stay in #1 right on the beach front. The Condos are perfectly positioned to enjoy the beautiful beach,lovely quiet pool and all Holetown has to offer. The small reef has created a perfect swimming area and protects the beach with its lovely sandy bays and boardwalks to explore. The owners are proud to share their "Winter home" and have provided everything necessary for a perfect stay. Communication was prompt and a pleasure with warm welcomes from Pat and the team as always. Thank you Pat for all the "extras"it was great to be back! Thank you Dayle and George for the pleasure of using you home !

We have just returned from an unforgettable stay at #1 Palm Beach Condominiums! #1 is a clean and comfortable apartment situated just steps from the beach and a few minutes walk, from the best restaurants and shops in Holetown! The apartment was extremely well kept and had all the towels, linens and appliances to suit our needs. What really stood out to us was the unbeatable views from the balcony!! #1 is the closest unit to the beach which made for breathtaking and unobstructed views of the water and sunsets. Not only was the location perfect but so were the people. Pat, the property manager was extremely helpful and Dayle, the owner was always reachable and very attentive to our needs! The locals were very friendly and the activities offered just outside the property were well worth it. Overall, we had a wonderful time and would not hesitate to recommend this apartment to others. You definitely cannot beat the view, the location and the wonderful hospitality!!

We have stayed in Condo #1 Palm Beach, Holetown many times and love it. It is situated right beside the beach and has a balcony with wonderful views of the beach and sea. It is situated in beautiful tropical gardens with a private pool. The condo has a large sitting room/dining room,a very well equipped kitchen, bedroom and bathroom/shower room. There are many fans throughout the apartment and air conditioning in the bedroom so it is always cool. There are many bars, restaurants and shops nearby. There is maid service, the gardener who takes very good care of the garden and the Manageress lives on site and so is always available for any advice. We have been staying here for over 20 years and love it.

We stayed in #1 Condo wanting 17 nights of total relaxation and we got it. This Holetown condo has the best location and view, straight out onto the beach front...and you are into the clear warm sea within seconds of leaving the condo. The apartment is comfortable and has everything you need to enjoy a self catering holiday. There is a lovely private garden and pool just to the side of the condos. A slight disappointment was that quite a lot of the local bars and restaurants were closed whilst we were there, refurbishing or staff taking a break in anticipation of the start of high season. It is so easy to get a bus to nearby resorts and the locals are friendly and helpful. There is a supermarket just over the road and a cheaper larger one in the town of Fitts, a short bus ride away. The weather was fantastic and the nearby beach and warm sea made this one of our best holidays ever. Thank you Dayle and George ....

My husband and I stayed for 2 weeks in this beachfront condo in June. The condo is well equipped for a self catering holiday. It is a comfortable and clean apartment that has an amazing view from the balcony, right across the beautiful beachfront in Holetown, exactly as pictured. You can walk to the supermarket and restaurants and the Lime Grove mall in 5 mins or less depending on how fast you walk. The bus stop is also a few mins. walk if you want to go to Oistins or Bridgetown, which we did many times. You can also stroll along the beachfront right outside the back door, in both directions, it is beautiful. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely like to come back another time during the busy period as it was very quiet in June, not many people around at all. The sea was crystal clear and the weather was hot. I would definitely recommend this area and this apartment for its superb location for a lovely beach holiday.

This is our first time in Barbados, it truly will not be the last, The condo #1 is ( I simply have not got enough words to describe) amazing view, everything you will need from cooking utensils , towels to maid service, amazing place, all your dreams are here, Paradise, thank you so so much to Dayle and George for letting us stay And with out doubt we will be back to stay at #1 CONDO. It is a must on every aspect, locals so friendly, retaurants gorgeous, MALI amazing guy.... 5 * for location, 5* for accommodation 5* for restaurants 5* for views..... I could write all day about this CONDO/PLACE...... again thank you so so much Dayle & George for letting us stay at your CONDO......

We have just returned from another great holiday at #1, Palm Beach Condos in Holetown. We have been staying here for many years now and cannot imagine staying anywhere else. The condo is in a block of just 14 and is superbly situated just feet from the beach. It has a large balcony overlooking the beach and beautiful tropical gardens which are very well maintained. There is also a lovely quiet pool. The condo is very well furnished and comprises a very well equipped kitchen, large sitting room, bedroom, bathroom and dressing area, as well as the large balcony with fantastic views. There is air conditioning and plenty of fans so it is pleasantly cool. Within easy walking distance there are many bars and restaurants, as well as a large supermarket and lots of other shops and banks. The Lime Grove Centre is very close by and well worth a visit. The manageress lives in one of the condos and so is able to give advice on places to visit. We look forward very much to our 3 weeks here every year - it is a perfect holiday destination.

We have been staying at #1 Palm Beach for many years now and always look forward to returning. It has the most wonderful views of the sea and beach and the sunsets can be amazing. We love it for its privacy and location and we have never found anything better anywhere. #1 condo is very well looked after and has everything you need in the kitchen to eat in if you wish. We always eat in a few times during our stay. There is one large bedroom with air conditioning and a lovely living room. The balcony is just wonderful either to sit and read a book or people watch or to just look out at the sea. We have always been very well looked after by Pat who lives in one of the condos and is the manager, she is very helpful should you need any information about the island. There are 14 condos in all which share a lovely garden and private swimming pool. It is very close to all amenities, a very well stocked supermarket no more than 10 minutes walk away and many restaurants within a 5 minute walk. What could be better. To get around the island we usually use the local buses which are always entertaining (especially the yellow buses) and very inexpensive. We have always found everybody very helpful and if you are uncertain they make sure you get off at the right stop. With our thanks to the owners Dayle and George and we are already looking forward to our holiday next year.

This condo is situated directly overlooking the lovely beach at Holetown. You don't need a car as you're within a leisurely walk of a variety of shops and restaurants . Or stroll along the sand for a relaxed beer and something delicious to eat at one of the beachfront eateries. Perfect! The balcony is a wonderful place to relax and enjoy the afternoon sun until it disappears over the horizon.

Fantastic apartment! Very clean and comfortable. Gorgeous balcony! Amazing location with a pool and shared gardens - so peaceful! We had a great time in Holetown. Thank you Dayle, George and Pat for all your help and kindness.

The apartment has all the amenities required, it has beautiful beach front vistas with a fantastic holetown location with shops, restaurants and bars within a 60 second walk. The team who look after the apartment are fantastic and thank you to Pat, Chris, vita and Sonia who all can't do enough for you.

Again, Barbados and Palm Beach Condo #1 do not disappoint !! We have been to Barbados many times over the last 15 years...twice now at Condo #1 on the West coast of the island. The location is beyond perfect. With the new jetty, the beach is now 3 times the previous size. Swimming is wonderful and 30 feet from the door ! We were fortunate to have clear weather and no rain but the addition of the mall, and movie theatre just a minutes walk away, would provide ample to do should one encounter a rainy day. Wonderful resturants within walking distance. We love Surfside for a casual , on the beach experience, and Zaccios just a few steps farther down the beach( a little more upscale ). Helen took very good care of us in Pats absence. She kindly had first day supplies in the kitchen for us. The interior of the condo was unchanged. Comfortable and had all you would need. Cannot say enough about the location of this property. It truly is right on the beach as pictured. The garden area swimming pool was always clean and refreshing although we did spend most of our time lounging and sunning on the beach on the chaise lounges provided. We took a day to drive to the Barbados Wildlife Preserve. Always fun ! Many baby monkeys being carried around by their mama's. And of course a visit to Earthworks Pottery. Such beautiful pieces that they will kindly pack for easy travel home. And of course the West Coast...Stunning scenery ! Another wonderful vacation in Barbados ! The Maffetts, Pennsylvania, USA

We have been staying at #1 Palm Beach for many years now and it is a perfect place for a holiday, It is in a fantastic situation, directly overlooking the beach which is literally a few feet away. We enjoy sitting on the large balcony having breakfast in the morning or a glass of wine in the evening, watching the activities on the beach. The condo is set in beautiful tropical gardens which are immaculately kept, and there is a lovely private pool with plenty of beach chairs. #1 is very well furnished with a large sitting room/dining room with television, and a modern well equipped kitchen with a large fridge/freezer, gas oven, microwave, toaster, blender and lots of glass, China, cutlery and pots and pans.. There are plenty of fans throughout which makes it very comfortable. It is situated in the centre of Holetown, with numerous bars, restaurants, shops and a large supermarket nearby. There are many activities on the beach, which has been very much improved in the last couple of years. There is a maid service every other day and Pat, the manageress, lives in one of the condos so is on hand with any advice. We love coming here each year. Everything is so relaxed and quiet. at night it is lovely to hear the gentle lapping of the sea and we are looking forward very much to our next visit.

We have stayed at Palm Beach Condos a few times now but were able to rent No.1 for my partner's 50th Birthday in November! As you can see this condo couldn't be any closer to the beach!! It was lovely to be able to sit on the balcony watching the sun set or just people watching. You don't come across many places like this to stay on the west coast. The condo is equipped with everything you could possibly need and more. I had asked Pat (who lives there permanently) to arrange for a birthday cake to be made. Bless her, she did a great job for me even though the bakery charged a small fortune it was well worth it!! It's not just the location of these condos that makes it such a wonderful place to stay but the people too. Dayle & George (the owners) had thoughtfully sent a birthday card to my partner as did Pat. What a lovely touch!! We really do feel so at home here. There are some super restaurants close to the apartment or should you get the urge to cook, there is a great supermarket 5 minutes walk away. Vita comes in to clean the apartment a few times a week and is always so welcoming. Like many other people, we have come to love this place. The fact that people return year after year speaks for itself. I'm almost reluctant to write a review as I don't want too many people to know about it!! Great value for money!! Can't wait to return!!
