When faced with our original property booked we found Sea the Sun in the same neighborhood. We stayed in this house in 2014 so we were familiar with it. The house was clean to the eye but the shower upstairs had pink slimy scum as will as mildew around the bottom. Also one of the doors was coming off the hinge. The door was immediately taken care of but the cleanliness of the house was unimpressive. The carpets were dirty as well as the walls and the tile floors left your feet filthy if you walked around barefoot. The pool was a nice addition to the backyard but the weeds around it and the moldy cushions on the lawn furniture were less than appealing. Hopefully the original house we rented will be ready next year. With a little TLC Sea the Sun would be a great place for a crowd to enjoy.

The layout and location of this house was wonderful! We loved the spacious bedrooms and living areas, and the location was perfect - easy walking distance to the private beachfront and close to our favorite restaurants. We also loved the two ice makers - that was a great feature! The large sectional and dining table were perfect for our family to hang out all together. However, the home was not well maintained. There were stains on the carpet and dents/marks on the walls. It was apparent that a large dog has spent time on the first level; there was a large chewed dog bone in the armoire and dog slobber flung on the first floor walls. There was quite a bit of hair on the walls of the downstairs shower when we arrived, it looked like the cleaning crew had missed. And the back yard pool had quite a bit of green algae growth, and lots of weeds in the back porch area. Overall, we had a great time but we’re diasappointed that the house had not been better maintained. It has potential to be a five star property with just some new paint/carpet and a solid cleaning!

You never know what you bought and paid for until you live in it. This house was beyond my expectations and I have very high expectations. Location to beach, amenities and activities were great. Needless to say we had a wonderful time. Thank you.

Great house, great location!

We enjoyed our time together at Sea The Sun. Only a short walk to the beach. It was nice having a pool at the house for those not interested in the beach. We will definitely book another trip.

The property was perfect, quick walk to beach, lake, restaurants, gift shops. Awesome heated pool and super clean and updated home. We traveled with 5 kids and the 2 sets of bunk beds were the highlight of their trip!

Enjoyed our stay. Beautiful house. Pool was nice with great patio and seating. Beach was a minute walk away, also gorgeous. Would stay here again.

House is close to main road where theres restaurants, shopping, waterpark, go carts etc. Steps from the beach. No complaints, would love to go back!

Way too much to list out but our entire stay was perfect. Hands down the best vacation I’ve ever had.

House clean and beautiful. Quick walk to the beach and Spencer the guy at the beach was get. He really made us feel at home there. Can't wait to come back
