Nice place in a nice location

House is older….but has everything you need for a comfortable stay. Nice decor, well equipped, great location! We had an absolute wonderful time!

We enjoyed our stay at this quiet cabin. The view from the balcony was wonderful. We appreciated the quick communication from the owner as well. Great location!!

would be better if a Keurig was supplied with Coffee/Creamer/Sugar/Tea etc.. as most other VRBO

We enjoyed our stay at the property. The house was clean and the pictures were very accurate. It was off the beaten path which is what we were looking for. Unfortunately, the weekend we were arrived there was a huge caterpillar outbreak. Part of renting the property was so we could could also enjoy a fire outdoors. There were so many caterpillars that it did make things somewhat difficult. We know this was not something the homeowner can control, but that did make us somewhat skeptical of returning for future stays.

Spending a few days there was not enough. Next time I'll try to spend a few weeks. The clean mountain air and the get away value was awesome. The water was a little cold at Sikver lake so my grandson built sand castles on the beach after drowning a few worms. I figurescthe crappies and sunfish would bite, yet did not. What a a terrific time we had. We'll be back again I'm sure!

I wanted a Winter Wonderland theme to celebrate my sister's 40th Bday. The cabin is amazing and the view of the mountains are breathe taking. The host has done an amazing job with the decor and amenities. The location was no more than 20 minutes away from out planned activities. Every thing was perfect. Thank you

The house was what was advertised. Furnished with everything you could think of. Bring your own food and personal belongings and that's all you need. Thanks for providing the 2 black bears on the deck. Made it quite memorable.

My family loved our vacation, the view alone made it worth the stay . House was extremely clean and had everything we needed !

We really wanted to love this place and the property manager was great at responding, but we showed up to a dark house with no working outside lights, very limited basic supplies (no dishwasher detergent, soap, pillow cases, etc.). The beds were fairly uncomfortable. The view and location was good, but i do not think we will rent this place again.

Just a great house. Really clean, bigger and brighter and even nicer than the pictures. Beautiful mountain/valley views and a great living space. Definitely hope to return!

We enjoyed our stay here and would recommend to others. The only downside was cleanliness of a few things which is an easy fix! The house was cozy, private and in a quiet area which was perfect for our relaxing weekend getaway. The location was convenient and we were able to visit all our favorite spots in N Conway with a very short drive. We loved the wood stove and it was great that they had easy to follow instructions how to use it. Would have been nice had they stocked the kindling and firewood for us though and we did have to clean it before we used it. The entire process from booking to checking in/out was very easy! We had a couple of questions before booking and we received a response right away. A couple things to mention ...The house is at the bottom of a steep hill. We would have had some trouble if we didn’t have 4wheel drive truck. The driveway was plowed, but icy. The upstairs bedroom was comfortable and bigger than I had expected. The bedding, linens and towels we all fresh. One thing to note is that the couchIn the living room is too small for 2 people to relax comfortably and watch tv or snuggle and enjoy the wood stove. We would have liked to spend more time in this area of the home but it just wasn’t comfortable. Overall, the house was pretty clean except for a few things. We only used the upstairs bathroom/shower because shower curtain liner in the main bathroom downstairs was filthy and needs to be replaced. The microwave was also dirty and had not been cleaned. It was greasy and had food residue all over the inside. The handles on the fridge were gross and there was rotting food in it which we had to dispose of. Beautiful view out the back windows which let in a lot of sunlight and warmth.The kitchen had everything you really needed. You name it and they had it. They also had a wide variety of movies, books and games for adults and kids which was nice. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Love staying in this neighborhood in Madison. The house was cozy and comfortably fit our family of 5. Phillip, the property manager, was responsive and more than accommodating . He even had the place cleaned earlier for us so we could check in early upon our request. Kitchen was fully stocked, had oils, vinegars, spices ..... great stay overall!

For anyone who's a remote/virtual worker, the internet worked great, good speeds and could support video calls if you needed to.The only other feedback I'd pass along is the dusting. We used to live in a house like this with very tall cathedral ceilings and Home Depot has some great tools for reaching those hard to get cobwebs and dusting the fans. Otherwise everything was very clean.

We enjoyed our stay in Eidelweiss and will try to book here in the future. The house itself is well equipped with everything to keep you comfortable and certainly entertained (huge movie and game collection)and the kitchen was well stocked with appliances, pots, pans and cuttlery. The owner was beyond helpful and answered every question super quick and even sent out repair people when we had an issue with the oven. The bedrooms all have very comfortable beds and the furniture in the home is wonderful. You can tell great care was put into furnishing the home. I was just a little let down at the cleanliness of the property in pandemic times it could of been a little cleaner when we checked in.... I had to clean the floors they looked like they had been vacummed but not thoroughly cleaned with a cleaner after... we have a baby crawling on the floor and it just wasn’t “clean enough”... I also had to wash the windows (to see the stunning views more clearly) and wipe away cobwebs which surprised me, it was seemingly rented out the week before us and I was a little shocked the people before us would of not cleared cobwebs, but maybe I’m a little more anal than most. Overall we were pleased, not the most baby safe property but with a few tweeks we made it work.

This is the second year in a row we’ve gone to this place and we love it! So close to North Conway and scenic routes, we had a great time again and we’ll definitely be back next year.

Great home. Brought along our 14 and 12 year old who experienced snow for the first time. Needless to say they enjoyed the home, the area, and King Pine Ski area as well. We stayed Feb 12-16. Snow on the ground and driveway plowed and ready for our arrival - we even got to check in a bit early given our trip in from Portland went smoother than expected (thank you Adam). Easy access from the city. I’d recommend the extra drive into Conway for grocery needs. The mart near the home was convenient, but ideal for snacks and staple items only.

Overall great stay. Good location and spacious interior with great views. The only issue was that the bed sheets (at least in the room I slept) weren't the cleanest as evidenced by hair on the sheets. The rest of the house clean. The kitchen was very useful.

We had a girls shopping weekend. This was a great place to stay. It comfortably slept 6 of us and only 20 minutes from the outlets.

Everything was perfect! The house was clean and cozy; set up with everything we needed. Convenient to everything, yet felt like it was away from everything as well! Will definitely be coming back!

Loved the area. Not much to do right there if you have teenagers, but my husband and I loved it. The property was beautiful. I was a little disappointed with the living room furniture and bar stools condition. Also, the doors to the washer and dryer wouldn’t stay on the runners. There was also a whole in one of the planks on the deck. Easy fixes. It just makes it seem like there is no pride in the property. I would definitely return to the area though. Maybe not that chalet.

The property is very pretty with beautiful Mountain View’s! The home is lovely and has everything you need to prepare a meal or two if you wish to . The location is close to the outlets, Diana’s Bath, downtown North Conway . There are some pretty neat restaurants near by! My favorite experience was going horse back riding at Riding on the Clouds!

Would defiantly stay here again, it’s been about 5 years since my 4 kids have been together . We would always go camping when they were little . Always North Conway. So fun to be up here again and so close to everything . This place is magical ! Thankyou for letting us stay.

Loved the overall rustic appearance and feel of the cabin which offered great views of the mountains. The fire place really warmed the house after a day on the slopes. The beds were comfortable and the linen and sheets were plush. The kitchen was well stocked minus a vegtable steamer and a Kurig coffee pot would have been nice. The electronics are outdated. Although there were plenty of games to play and movies to watch, it would have been nice to access Cable to catch up on some news and listen to music. My only real complaint would be the mildew on the shower curtain downstairs. Overall, we had a great stay and would make a return visit if we found ourselves back in NH

The house was super cute and perfect for 6 people. Very clean and the perfect location. The only downside was the driveway and walkway wasn’t shoveled well and they were very icy. Other than that it was a great stay!

We were so happy with our winter weekend stay. The house is freshly decorated and extremely clean. Although there were only 4 in our party, there is lots of space for more friends. The location is ideal; close to North Conway and all attractions but remote enough to feel the atmosphere of the beautiful mountains. We are looking forward to booking our next stay!

We had an amazing stay! House was very clean, after a day out in the cold it was great to come home to the wood stove. We would stay here again in the future.

Really loved the house and appreciate the holiday touches that were there for our stay over Christmas. We had everything we needed and enjoyed the wood stove. The only suggestion would be for a new mattress or bed in the upstairs. The current one sagged a bit and wasn’t as comfortable as it appeared with the cozy plaid bedding.
