We had the absolute best stay at this property. Both Owner and Property Manager were so helpful and easy to communicate with. The house was beautiful and the amenities were perfect for our family vacation. Location to the village was great as well. We had a great time!

This is a very nice overall property, good location spacious house, nice pool and channel, however the carpet furniture and mattress are a bit dated.

We had a fantastic time in Siesta Key, made even better by staying at the Thomas’s house. The house is warm & inviting, nicely decorated for the holidays. It’s the perfect layout for family gatherings with lots of outdoor & indoor entertaining spaces & plenty of private space. The pool is awesome. Access to paddle boards & bikes made it easy and fun to get anywhere. Everyone loved the rope swing. My husband & I hosted our 3 adult children, 2 w/partners. And we had family in the area, who came over for several dinners to play & watch games. It’s a wonderful house in a great location on a gorgeous key. Grant is fantastic to work with…super responsive, considerate and helpful. I’m sure we’ll be back!!

Excellent communications. Property was even better than expected. Met all of our needs and made celebrating 70th birthday very enjoyable.

The waterway was an awesome little view too! Owner was easy to contact and responded quickly with questions. We stayed Sunday- Friday. Yard guy and pool guy did come during our visit. We didn’t mind they were pretty quick but kids couldn’t swim during this time. No biggie to us. As we have owned property elsewhere and had to have these people come. But it may annoy some visitors?? Overall an amazing vacation and a great home to stay, especially with a larger family! Very open!

Check in was not smooth. Nobody to inform us of house systems. Very close to major roadway but landscaping camouflaged well. House was very comfortable for two couples

House is as advertised! EVERYTHING you could possibly need is there. Short bike ride to the Village and bridge closest to Sarasota. Thanks Stephen and Grant for a wonderful stay!

Was as advertised. Great house for family gathering. The kitchen provided lots of plates and equipment to handle meals for a big group. Very well stocked. Outside patio was lovely at night. Overall very happy with the accommodations.

Our family stayed here recently and had a great time!!! So clean and the outside set-up was fabulous with the pool and outdoor seating area!!!! We had two small children and the home was set up to accomodate them- pack n plays, high chairs, etc. !!!! 3-4 minute drive to downtown and to the beach. Highly recommend!!!

This rental was perfect for our long weekend. The house was setup with literally every single thing we needed like beach towels, multi coffee machines, and even a fire pit.
Would definitely be renting this VRBO again.

What you see, is what you get... Great property; spacious & well kept. Located at the end of a quaint, quiet street (a nice surprise with the craziness of the village). Bikes came in handy often. Extra fridge in the garage. Grant was super easy to get a hold of and very helpful. Allowed us to plug in our rented golf cart. Had delicious meals at Ophelia’s & Summer House (make reservations ahead of time). Be sure to check out Island Tap & Grill for the best fish tacos & bowls. And the organic, authentic gelato spot! Whole Foods, Publix, Trader Joe’s & Target all within 15 min drive. Very helpful that this house is located close to the northern most bridge, which is a lot less congested. Can’t beat the powdered sugar sand beaches of Siesta Key.

We stayed 5 nights at this property in March and it was perfect for our group. Two families, 4 adults and 4 kids. Location was easy, pool and outdoor area were the highlight. Beautiful grounds, plenty of seating, great heated pool. Well stocked kitchen and outdoor grill were used frequently. House was clean and spacious and beds were comfortable.

My family and friends had the best time at this property. The house is very well laid out and super comfortable. The property manager was super helpful, friendly and was always available to answer my questions. I would definitely suggest staying here!

My family and I (2 adults and 4 children) tayed for 7 days. The owners were fantastic, friendly and helpful for any questions regarding the home or the area. The house was spacious, comfortable and has every amenity you can ask for. I rented a boat and a golf cart which all was part of the fun. Of course the kiddos spent most of their time in the heated pool! We will definitely be back.

Overall we had a very nice time at this property and it served our needs. The property owner was very easy to get in touch with when we moved in. The listing pictures eluded to a much cleaner and updated home, however we did not get that impression during our stay. We were very uncomfortable with all the security cameras around the home and were not informed as to whether they were turned off during our stay or not. The home has a great driveway for kids to play, a great heated pool to lounge in and decent boat access and dockage. We did not give this a 5 star rating because of cleanliness, all the security cameras and somewhat worn appearance.

We had a lovely time in this home. I agree with everyone else, it was well stocked. Love the one floor layout, the king's dining room table, and the proximity to the beach. Grant was very responsive, and a pleasure to speak with. We will definitely be going back in the near future.
