The very quiet and light filled appartment is located inside a larger house where you can park your car in a dedicated place. You are provided with keys that open the gates to the building and parking area and that will open the doorway and appartment door. The building itself is a little older, which does not matter, and the appartment itself has been redone and is renovated very nicely. The appartment is located in a good neighbourhood. There's a park near and only 300m away a Hilton Hotel has been built, so that says it all about chosing a really good area. The city can be reached by foot after a 5-10m walk, but since the appartment's parking works so nice you can as well use your car quite regularly to explore the area. You even find some parking spaces which are free around the city if you know where to look. The appartment itself has all you need in terms of living there even for a longer time. The kitchen even has a deep freezer. Internet connection is fast as well (50mbit). Overall we really enjoyed staying at Ingrid's place.

Some roads are currently blocked nearby for rebuilding (09/2018), which you need to work out at first when going away or coming back by car. Google Navigation helps you and works better than yoru inbuilt car navigation. That is just a helpful information and has nothing to do with the appartment itself. :)
