Everything was a advertised! Great place!

Perfect location! We loved the house! Everything was there we needed and everything was clean! We had 4 of us and had plenty of room!

We were able to walk into the main part of town in about 10 minutes, the property is very nice and we had a great time! They have a lovely fire pit and I appreciated that the previous renters had left some snacks and s’mores behind so we could enjoy. The bathroom set up is a little weird, the two bathrooms are in 2 of the bedrooms so if you have people staying in the third bedroom they have to go through the bedrooms to get to the bathroom. Not a huge deal for our group, it’s a great place in a beautiful neighborhood.

We have stayed in numerous properties on vacations. This was an awesome house with the perfect backyard. It was very close to town. We will stay here again

Very cute house in an amazing location!

We loved the updated homey space, we ate breakfast, played rummy cube while we enjoyed catching up with each other and our lives we ate, we shopped, and found time for some wine during our visit. I was able to walk ti church on Sunday before we left. Perfect.

Nice location. Quiet neighborhood, convenient to main street in town. Spacious for 2 grannies on a retreat/shopping trip. The only negative thing we would say is that we had a lot of trouble reaching the property manager. I believe that has been resolved. We had no other problems after that.

It was everything you could want for a place to stay while enjoying Fredericksburg! Beautifully decorated house with every amenity one could think of. Very nice up to date appliances and Well stocked with all the basic needs.. even a first aid kit when we needed a bandaid! Would stay again

What a great property! We stayed with our best couple friends and left the kiddos at home. The house has pretty much everything you would need and is so beautifully decorated! Location is great too - we'd definitely stay again!

Great house that is on a quiet little street and also within walking distance to Main. We loved hanging out at the home so much, we ended up staying there to cook a few nights (and had lunches out.) The home is super clean and has a great backyard with a grill and swing. Super private and very charming

We loved our stay here as it was an adorable updated home. It was well laid out and the outdoor area and sunroom were fabulous. The location to town is perfect and the neighborhood was charming. Would definately stay again.

We had a wonderful time at The Peach Street Cottage. With the craziness of a family wedding weekend, it was the perfect place to relax. We absolutely loved it!!!

My family and I loved this house! It's in the cutest neighborhood and super close to the main street. The house is super clean, beds are comfy, and it was just a great trip all around.

We loved staying here..... well stocked kitchen, peaceful decor, perfect coffee spot in the front room, nice outdoor fire pit, and walking distance to the shops. We recommend this place without hesitation!

Peach Street cottage provided the perfect opportunity for the family to reconnect. Have 4 kids ranging from 11-20 and there was enough space for everyone. 2 seating areas were great...video games in one, reading in the other. Everything that we needed was available to cook and barbeque several evenings (Cooked some chukar/ quail that the boys I harvested one morning). And even better, close enough to walk to Main Street for dinner. We would definitely recommend the property and will be booking again if the opportunity arises!

My friends and I loved this property for our girls weekend in Fredericksburg. Just blocks from Main St we were able to walk to restaurants and shops. The house was extremely clean and cute, we would definitely stay here again!

Cute house

The house was lovely and within a couple of blocks of Main Street. It's an older house, but everything was updated and very comfortable. When I had a question for the owner while we were there, I sent an email and got an immediate response. It was a great place for our girl's weekend!

There were 4 of us ladies who celebrated our birthdays together with shopping and eating in Fredericksburg. We were very pleased with the cleanliness of the property and the cottage was very well appointed and decorated so pretty. The appliances were top line even though we only used the refrigerator. Only 2 things that might need attention were the coffee pot was very slow and took an hour+ to brew and we had more than enough supplies of everything except we were afraid we might have to ration the toilet paper. All in all it was a wonderful cottage to just get away and have a lovely visit with each other and we will definitely do it again!

This home was a great find. Have stayed many places many years. The layout was so comfortable. Perfect distance to walk right to main. Kitchen fantastic for cooking in. Beautifully decorated.

We loved this house. The location is very close to downtown and a great jumping off point for winery visits. The house was exactly as described. We love to cook when we travel and we could not have asked for a more well equipped kitchen. This was our first away trip since the virus outbreak and we were a little nervous about traveling. The house could not have been cleaner and the town of Fredericksburg opened us with open arms and masks! I will definitely rent here again!

The space is very cute and has been nicely decorated and updated. The kitchen had everything we needed to eat breakfast in, each day. We really enjoyed having two rooms to relax in, with a little sun room on the back and living room on the front. The king beds were comfy. The location and neighborhood were also good. The cons from our perspective were that one king bedroom had a very large bathroom and closet and the other had no closet and a very tiny bathroom. We ended up rearranging the hall utility closet so that the couple we traveled with could use it for their clothes. If should be noted that if someone had stayed in the twin bedroom they would have no bathroom access and would have to share one of the king bedroom’s bathrooms. The twin room also had no closet and no dresser. We encountered a couple of issues with the property and let the owners know and they did give us a small refund for our troubles, which was appreciated. Overall a nice stay and hopefully the owners will add some hanging/storage armoires or wall mounted units in two of the bedrooms for their future guests.

This was a perfect spot for our ladies prayer group to have a quick weekend get away ! Every bit of this property was a pleasant surprise- so many quaint, beautiful touches. We enjoyed the fire pit area, the swing & the covered garage for parking. Inside we loved the sun room for coffee in the morning, and the kitchen was stocked with everything we needed and more! The beds and linens were comfy, as was the furniture in the den area. The extra touches, updates, renovations, and style made this cottage such a wonderful spot for us. The owner was responsive and tuned in to our needs, which we also appreciated!
