This is an amazing find! A luxurious house that makes you feel like you’re in the middle of nowhere but are only 6 minutes from Dunsborough town or 10 minutes from a winery. We had a big family getaway with one toddler and the toys in the house for her were just amazing. Everything you could possibly need or want and in the coziest environment. This house was fabulous, beyond our expectations. The house itself is lovely, light and very spacious. It is incredibly well equipped with everything you could need and more. The kids arts and craft area was really amazing as well as all the toys - all neatly packed away so not in the way of you don’t need them. The kangaroos coming to visit every day at dusk and drink in the garden were the icing on the cake. If you have very small kids it is a very light house and the top windows don’t have blinds so light comes in. We were up early but that was not a problem for us.

Perfect holiday home

This was our second stay at Sue’s place and it won’t be our last. This property is so beautiful. Daily visits from kookaburras and Roos, beautiful sunsets, a spacious well equipped and comfortable not to mention beautiful home. What more can you ask for? Thank you Sue!

Very comfortable and spacious property.

This house is actually better in real life than it's photos. The location is beautiful, the house thoughtfully put together, every thing you could possibly need to be very comfortable is available, well styled. The owner clearly cares about the upkeep of her property and the comfort of her guests. Sitting on the deck with a morning coffee watching the kangaroos jump around was a highlight for our overseas guests. I would highly recommend this property to anyone. Thank you for a lovely stay.

A spectacular and unique house, in a truly Australian setting. The host was extremely helpful and generous, adding many little extras that made our stay even more memorable. From a huge range of art and craft activities to sporting equipment and board games, we were never short of fun. The house is well balanced with many peaceful spaces to relax and enjoy the scenery. It feels luxurious but also homely and interesting at the same time. We’ll certainly be back. Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We all loved our stay at Kinfauns. Beautiful home in spectacular surroundings. The attention to detail is second to none. Loved watching the kangaroos and cockatoos while having our morning coffee. Very close to everything the area has to offer. Would certainly recommend the property for a very relaxing stay. Can't wait to return.

Great property that felt like a real getaway being in amongst the kangaroos and pretty trees. Loved the outdoor fire place and closeness to Dunsborough and Yallingyup. Will be back!

Absolutely love our annual Girls trip down to Yallingup and staying here. This is our 3rd year in a row and we’ll be booking again for next year. The house has EVERYTHING you could possibly need. Spotlessly clean it just felt like our home away from home. Thank you for allowing us to stay again at your beautiful property Sue we had a Fantastic time. Highly recommended, enough space to not feel on top of each other and the birdlife was awesome.

Kinfauns was the perfect stay. When we first walked in we were blown away by the view. The property was so clean, spacious, with great facilities, and super comfortable. And the furniture was so beautiful! The back of the property was amazing! The kids spent most of the time outside playing and exploring, then in the evenings we sat around the fire pit roasting marshmallows. We even had a family of kangaroos visit and some cute little playful possums later in the night. We really didn't want to leave! We will absolutely be returning. Thanks Sue 😊

Wow! We had an amazing stay at Susan’s property, if we could have extended we would have done. Such a peaceful and relaxing location, the decor is mesmerising - an adventure in itself. The naturescape play area and craft activities for kids, along with all of the games and other activities are well thought of. The local produce and supplies throughout the house are a good insight into the quality of the region. Loved having a coffee with the black cockatoos each morning, star gazing at nighttime and waking up to the sunlight. Words and photographs honestly do not do this place justice, we’d return again time and time again. Note for families travelling with young children who still daytime nap it may be an idea to pack a blockout cover for your travel cot as this property has an abundance of natural light.

I'm a little bit tempted to give an average review just so less people know about it but that would be wrong:) I stayed there with a bunch of mates, and it was literally flawless. The house is lovely and the property is stunning. The owners clearly have great taste. Great location, good beds, showers, amenities etc. I could go on but anyway I'd give it 6 out of 5.

We had the most amazing stay at this stunning property. It had everything we needed and more. We loved relaxing on the deck and the spacious open plan living area while the kids ran around the back with lots of games to play and books to read. The rooms were spacious with comfortable pillows and beds. We would not hesitate to recommend this property.

A beautiful property in a great location. Home was very well equipped with everything you could need. We enjoyed spending time on the outdoor deck especially when the kangaroo’s come to visit. We very impressed and would definitely come back again.

The house was immaculate and very well stocked with all the necessities and lots of little touches. We loved watching the birds coming in for a drink.

My wife & I together with our 2 adult daughters stayed for 5 nights at Kinfauns. The 3 women in my family can be very "particular" in regards to accommodation and to hear them say "Wow" when we first opened the front door says it all. The home had everything we could ask for and more. It is very spacious, comfy beds and pillows, ceiling fans & air con in each room and heaps of storage space. Super large bathrooms and laundry. The kitchen was fantastic with all the utensils, appliances etc you could ever need. The pantry was also well stocked with all essentials. The owner has gone to great lengths to ensure everything that you could possibly need is provided for. Even had mosquito coils for when sitting outside on the back deck whilst watching the kangaroos graze at dusk. The property is well located - 7 mins from Yallingup Beach and close to numerous wineries and restaurants but secluded enough to feel like you're in the country. Great communication from the owner incl. easy instructions how to get to the property and where to find the house keys from a locked box. In summary, we had a wonderful stay and highly recommend this fabulous home for a week away in the lovely South-West. We hope to be back real soon. Thank you Sue for a truly wonderful stay.

What a beautiful property. We attended the region for a wedding this week and Naturally Kinfauns was absolutely perfect. Great location, 5 minutes to yallingup general store, 5 minutes to dunsborough. The property and back deck were a great way for the group to get together. This house also has king and queen beds which is great for a group of adults. A great stay, would recommend.
