A repeat of a 60th birthday celebration five years on. A fantastic place for a whole family to be together. Plenty of room to spread out and so peaceful. Everything we needed was there.

Wonderful 5 night stay to celebrate an 80th birthday , the house met all our needs and the Grandkids loved the garden . The communication with the owners was easy and they were very obliging We had a great stay and would highly recommend the house for large groups.

We were looking for accommodation to house our extended family. Popeyes was the perfect solution. Everyone was comfortable and the children were happy and safe

We recently had my 60th birthday family getaway Adult children & partners and grandson as well as my parents in their 80’s. Plenty of room for us all to have our own room, having the inside fire was fantastic, and used every day. We were lucky to have a couple days of fine weather and enjoyed the bbq and plenty of room to kick a footy. The visit from the kangaroos was special too. Some of the beds and linen need updating, but the electric blankets were a big hit. Great place, quiet and away from the crowds of a long weekend. Will definitely plan to go back again.

Lovely place clean and tidy plenty of room for adults and kids alike. Both had lots of room to play and move. Would def stay again.

Popeye’s was perfect for our family Easter together. Plenty of room for us all and loads of space for the children to play and ride their bikes.

Adam was excellent and so helpful, our large family fitted in with heaps of areas to go and play for the children and the outside Bbq area is fantastic. We loved our stay and would recommended to anyone wanting a break in Dunsborough. So close to town but you get the rural experience, thank you for our stay in your lovely home.

Love it pity the outside tv wasn’t working

Very clean and great space inside as well as outside. Kids enjoyed a lot. Bathrooms were spacious and clean. The owner was very kind to install a second fridge when previous renters had broken a shelf of the existing one. The only issue was the tea coffee dishwashing liquid, toilet papers were not enough for our 5 night stay. Otherwise was great. Thanks for the nice stay

This property is in a great location. Accessible to Smiths, Yallingup, and Dunsborough in a matter of minutes. It is in a lovely quiet culdesac. Popeye's Patch has the bones of a great house with two wings of three bedrooms and enough bathrooms to easily service twelve guests. It needs a little more maintenance and a refresh of the interiors. The large outdoor area is a perfect spot to relax but I would remove the screens that obscure your views of the garden and maybe use them to block the prevailing wind at the end of the verandah. We are a family of 6 and with our adult children's partners, we had plenty of room. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Stayed at Popeye Patch again after our first visit 12 months ago. Adam and Tanja have spent some money to upgrade their already beautiful house. Lovely property and a quiet area that was great for the family to relax on our winter break. Have only one disappointment... couldn't extend our booking for a longer stay. Planning ahead for next year.

Enjoyed a lovely stay at Popeyes with family members- plenty of room to stretch out both inside either inside by the fire or outside undercover and great amenities including bbq, numerous bathrooms, coffee pod machine and well appointed kitchen. Lovely nearby walks and dunsborough close- by for supplies. Adam and Tanya both very helpful and responsive on any query and easy to deal with which set a nice relaxed tone for the duration of our family stay- thank you

The house was fantastic to cater for our big family. We had the most beautiful and peaceful time at Popeye's. We had a slight issue but the owners were quick to fix it without any hesitation great service. Again thank you.

Popeye's Patch did not let us down at all. The house is brilliant. Plenty of space for the humans to chill and the dogs to run around. We went with my family and friends and everyone just really enjoyed the space, the tranquillity and all of the facilities in the house. We will definitely be looking to stay again as it just ticket all the boxes as a base in the Dunsborough area, with plenty of room and space for the whole family. Popeye's Patch is in a really nice area and was a really enjoyable stay. There is plenty of room in bedrooms, living and dining rooms, along with an area for children to play. I would recommend Popeye's Patch to anyone.

I booked this property for me and my family to stay and celebrate my birthday. There is lots of space and the property has everything you need. The two things that let it down were uncomfortable beds and it was not very clean. Adam was helpful when we had a couple of issues and quick to sort things out. Good place for large groups but needs some TLC.

Popeyes Patch suited all our needs. It is very big and looks a even better than the pics. Our grandkids loved the freedom of the outsides and the playroom was amazing, they went straight in on arrival and checked all the toys out. Adam and Tanja were very easy to deal with and replied very quickly to our emails when we were down there. The Kitchen had everything we needed with a full size fridge. It is nice and close to Dunsborough if you need to shop. My daughter brought her little dog down, who very quickly fell in love with the vast outsides and is still recovering from all the running. It has a lovely outside area but because it was quite cold and there was a nice log fire burning inside we didn't spend a lot of time there like we would if it was Summer and a bit warmer. There was a family of ducklings which kept us all amused, there must have been about 14 little fluff balls on legs and they moved around everywhere. When they were on the move there was dad all the littlies and mum at the back they moved very fast for such little things. The house itself was huge and plenty of space for everyone not to need to be on top of each other. We had a lovely walk in the Olive Grove with the grandkids and grand dog. Will definitely stay there again.
