Just perfect, highly recommend.

The villa is big and spacious. 6 double rooms plus a sofa bed on the main room. A lot of bathrooms, large kitchen, and enough equipment for cooking. Both Bart & Phillippe are amazing as hosts. they were attentive and took good care of every single detail. We had a problem with the AC one night and it was immediately fixed the next day without hesitation. They live in the villa next door so it’s easy to get in contact with them.

i can’t really say anything bad about the villa. The only thing is you need to make sure u are inside the house by 11 because the neighbour on the other side is a bit grumpy and complains if there is any noise.

The house was fantastic, the hosts even more so! :-) our family vacation (7 adults and 3 kids) was perfect at Villa Fonzie....such a well-equipped house, with an amazing large patio and pool area. Lots of room, huge kitchen fully-equipped. Just a short 10-min drive to Maspalomas beach, and located in a charming, quiet neighborhood with a local supermarket and a fabulous local bar/restaurant. Views from the back patio of the mountains and down to Maspalomas beach/ocean were incredible (especially the sunrises). Bart & Phillipe were amazing hosts (living right next door) who were friendly, generous, extremely helpful, and responsive to our needs. We loved our stay and hope to visit again in the future!

The villa is in a fantastic location, a few kilometers from the beach of Meloneras. The villa is three-level with 5 bedrooms, modern, comfortable, bright, and the kitchen is fully equipped. The pool is heated and the kids loved it. The neighborhood is very quiet, I think our children were the loudest! :) The house owners Bart and Philip are nice people. Helpful, kind, friendly, great hosts. Whatever we turned to, they helped in everything. I heartily recommend them and their house to everyone!

Bart and Philippe are superhosts! Spacious and nice villa. We had 2 families (10 pers) and there was space enough. Little problems with santechinques, but there are 4 toilet rooms, so everything solved.
