We stayed in a room facing the river. The owner organized everything - the safari and our onward transportation - we saw a lot of wildlife and enjoyed our meals at the resort where the staff were very nice and attentive.

An amazing accommodation built by the owner Asanka himself. He has all the videos of it being built and it's really amazing. Nothing to say, everything is perfect, the kindness of the team, their help, the food is very good! The safari organized by Asanka herself was excellent. I strongly recommend. Because the place is perfect.

It is a very beautiful place next to a river, you don't think twice to book their safari. The driver Jana is a very good guide, he has very good knowledge about each animal, the staff are also friendly and provide good service. The local food at night was very delicious.

The owner Asanka was very kind who warmly welcomes his guests. Asanka arranged a private safari for us and arranged for us to have breakfast at the safari park. The food was delicious. After the safari, we spent the evening on the river and it was truly a wonderful experience, a perfect place to relax for days. I love it.

We stayed one night at this lovely accommodation. The owner is amazing! He is very attentive and prepared a special dinner for us. The food is very delicious. We were served various curries. This is a glamping/camping experience and it is wonderful. This is a good experience for a few nights. The safari experience they give us is amazing. The chirping of birds near a beautiful river is endless. This was the best quiet environment we had in Sri Lanka. We were like our own place.

Nice quiet place. The lodge is great, the most relaxing environment I have had in Sri Lanka, the jacuzzi tub is perfect for a dip after a long safari. The owner and staff are very kind. The lodge organized my private safari and my guide, the driver Jana, was excellent. I actually liked my Udawalawe safari better than the Yala safari.

Amazing place! Everything is beautiful! The place is really nice and clean. We were in a quiet and relaxing space next to a river. Hammocks, jacuzzi tab are wonderful. A precious rental car was prepared to go to Ella, our next destination. We only booked one night but wish we could have stayed longer. This was the best accommodation we had during our stay in Sri Lanka.

We loved the peaceful location. Asanka and his family were excellent hosts. His mother's cooking is excellent! The safari arranged for us by Asanka was excellent. We would definitely recommend Atha safari resort to any family and friends looking to visit Sri Lanka who would like to experience a family run accommodation.

It was the most beautiful stay of my entire vacation-life. So comfortable and free. Dasun is the best host in the world. Here you can have delicious dinner and breakfast and drink excellent wine. This is a small heaven on earth. A paradise. The safari was also amazing.

The place was beautiful and the host was such a kind person. One of the highlights is the beautiful river in front of all the rooms. The room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast and dinner were very delicious. We had welcome drinks and Asanka helped us with every question. He even drove us to our next destination himself for a good price. We booked our safari with him and it was perfect. We saw lots of elephants, birds, crocodiles and foxes. Thank you Asanka for the warm welcome and lovely stay. It is a good place for everyone who wants to calm down and relax. We recommend it to everyone.

A bird paradise overlooking the river .We went on a safari with them and loved it so much! It was such an amazing experience! Our favorite local delicacies were deliciously served to us by Asanka's wife Sadamali. Everything was perfect. My wife and two kids spent the evening on the river and the birdsong was amazing. A perfect place to stay for days for adults and children alike. This is my second visit to Sri Lanka and my second visit to Atha safari resort. Strongly recommended.
