Great location, lovely historic building, comfortable beds - just what we wanted.

What a beautiful 'home'. We did not use the kitchen but it looked like a fully equipped kitchen. Loved the full sized refrigerator. Living room & bed rooms are even more beautiful in person. Coveted parking on a super busy main street was wonderful and location was perfect. We did run out of hot water the first night during the first shower (there was only 2 of us) but everything was great for night two. We didn't bother calling anyone. Not a complaint, just a heads up. Would definitely come back!

The property is clean, well-kept, and beautifully decorated. Beds are comfortable, kitchen has coffee, creamer, tea, and tiny commercial cinnamon rolls.( Was a bit disappointed- last time we stayed, breakfast included fruit & snacks.) If stairs are an issue, this is not for you! Steep old staircase! But overall, an A+ rating!

The house was lovely. The only issue was the shower curtain was not attached but just fitting on the edge of the wall. The cleaners said they did not have time to repair from the previous tenants. Made getting a shower a little difficult.

Absolutely loved this cute apartment. It had everything we needed. The balcony is very roomy and overlooks Main, which was nice for people watching as we enjoyed a glass of wine or cup of coffee. The apartment was also nicely supplied with all your kitchen needs. My husband and I decided this is our go-to place whenever we are back in Fredericksburg. Enjoy!

Had a couple questions when first at apartment & it was a bit difficult to connect with someone, but once we did all was good. Could use some attention to lighting. Good town to visit during Christmas time. Would stay again.

We have been staying here for several years. The past 2 years the ceiling light in the master bedroom would not come on. Very dark in the room. Also could not get the light over the kitchen sink to come on. Other than that. It was a great place!

My friend and I chose to stay right on Main Street in Fredericksburg so we could stroll the shops and have convenient access to our wine tour. This property was absolutely perfect. It was clean, had more than enough amenities, the bedrooms were large, and that front porch was lovely. I would rent this property again in a heartbeat!

We’ve been coming to Fredericksburg for nearly ten years, but this was our first tube actually staying on Main Street itself. It was fantastically close to everything fun to do on main, and there was plenty of people watching to do from the balcony after hours. We stayed over July 4th and got to watch the parade from the balcony, which was great too. I highly recommend this property.

The business partners we booked it for enjoyed the location being within walking distance to everything they would need as they didn't have a vehicle. Very nice and a fun location. Only suggestion would be to update the patio furniture, looks pretty run down.

Celebrated my friends 49th Birthday. We stayed here and just loved the balcony!! It was perfect when we needed to rest we could still sit outside, and people watch. The Church across the street got our attention. We visited it like 3 times. We did the Ghost Tour and it was Fantastic along with the Old Tunnel State Park Bat Cave touring. It was amazing!!!

Lovely property with everything we needed. Percectly clean and beautifully decorated. Location on Main street made it easy to walk to everything and private parking was a plus. I will definitely rebook here again. This property with the balcony was exceptionally comfortable.

We highly recommend this property. We had gone to Fredericksburg for my sisters 40th birthday. When entering the property we were delighted with the location, decor and cozy feeling. The artwork displayed was unique. Beds and linens were comfortable, good nights sleep after our wine tasting experiences. Location was perfect for our needs; walking to restaurants, shopping and church! We will happily stay here again! Also, the property manager was very responsive to all our questions.

What a great place to stay, super clean and very nostalgic replica of old town Fredericksburg. Close to anywhere you want to be and an unforgettable view.

This place is so cute and authentic. The natural brick walls and rustic decor fit the ambiance of Fredricksburg perfectly. The location is right in the heart of everything you would want to participate in, within the city. We couldn't have asked for a better place and would absolutely stay again.

The location was perfect for walking around town. Just make sure you bring ear plugs bc the street is busy. Cute little place.

The location was great. We felt like we were staying at friends place. It had everything you could think of, plenty of extra towels and blankets. Beds were comfortable. Awesome place.

Too much road noise from Main Street

Always clean and neat. Big front balcony for lounging Rooms are nice and spacious. The perfect size apartment for 2 couples or 2 singles!!

Perfect location, neat, clean & unique

The owners have really done a great job on making sure this house is the height of comfort. If there is something you need while away from home it's here! The location, decor, & comfort on point! We really enjoyed coming back at night and sitting on the balcony people watching. I will say there are some pretty inconsiderate drivers on 290 below the house. WOW! They race up and down; gun their engines; loud music with windows down in vehicle. BUT, we just ignored it ~ the comfort of the house made up for this nonsense!! We did have a box fan with us which did almost cover all the noise outside. We literally can't wait to go back!

Wish we could have stayed more than one night. The property is fabulously furnished with antiques and art. The location is perfect for strolling Main Street.

RS Hanna Gallery Balcony Suite was the perfect place for our girl's weekend get away. The location on Main Street was so convenient. You won't find anything in a better location. The rooms were clean, and we loved the little property cat that walked around.

This location was perfect for our girls wine weekend! Very clean, easy walk to everything on main Street. Noise is loud as it sits right in the street and the church bells on Sunday were definitely ringing! Overall, wonderful experience and we would stay again!
