This is a nice home, but it needs work. Linens are old,patio furniture is ratty some of the chairs are broken. The barbecue doesn’t work right. But the worst is the pool it is in need of a serious deep cleaning the water is always green the coping around the pool has broken tiles and is a serious trip hazard. The tile on the sides of the pool is white in places with chemical deposits

The hot water heater needs replacing. It makes loud sounds all night & small bathroom does not get hot water.

The home is a great location close to many things and the views from the patio were wonderful. The host/hostess very easy to work with and responded quickly with our problems with the hot tub. Overall good place to land for our 4 couples for a golfing/spa trip, plenty of room to spread out. The house shows wear and tear and could use some updates thus the 4 star rating. The pictures are true depiction, lots of furniture.

We enjoyed the abundance of open space, both inside and outside. The pool and hot tub provided us many hours of relaxation. While enjoying the serenity of the neighborhood and golf course behind the house. Mary Ann was pleasant to work with.

Property was in good shape. Listing is accurate. Area is extremely quiet. Palm Springs noise ordinance leaves a lot to be desired. We were not able to simply listen to music at low level outside while at pool.

This property was dirty I.e cobwebs, dusty, trash compactor broken and dirty, several mud dobber (wasp) nests in covered patio, hand rail into pool was very loose, carpet old dirty and wrinkled, and jetted spa tub in master when water was turned on nothing but rusty water (jets sanitized?). There is so much more. Don’t waste your money on this one.

Pretty turned off by this property. Besides what was said above, I think that we were overcharged for this dump. It was the kind of place that you didn't want to walk barefooted in and were hesitant to lay in the beds for fear of them not being clean and bedbug-free. There was way too many furnishings and they were well past their prime. Shelf full of National Geographic magazines from the 1960's. Stains on throughout on the shag carpets that looked like they hadn't been cleaned since they were installed. In my bedroom (which was the smallest) there was a queen-sized bed, 4 night stands, a loveseat (part of which was made useless by a night stand), a weird piece of what is a probably an exercise equipment (none of us could figure out what it was) that was about 6' in length; a large cabinet and a mini-trampoline. The only nice things about this house was the back yard and the view therefrom. Would never rent this place again or recommend it to anyone.

The house was great, everything was well prepared and clean. Hosts were very kind and accommodating, the pool was fantastic.

Our stay was very comfortable! John and Mary Ann were extremely accommodating. The home itself was very convenient. It had a wonderful pool and spa, a peaceful view, and the amenities were perfect. Thankful for the family memories made this trip.

House and grounds very clean. Host John and Mary Ann were great. Checked in to make sure everything was perfect. More amenities then needed. Reminded me of old Palm Springs. Couldn't be happier and plan to return next year

Overall property was good and met majority of expectations. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool and amenities offered at the property. Wife and I enjoyed the quite and privacy the property offered. Furniture and decor was a little dated but sufficient for our needs. Issues that popped up were addressed quickly by owner.

We found the house to be cluttered, and full of "stuff." Needed a good cleaning and updating. Carpets old, TVs old, bedding old, closets and kitchen cabinets full of unnecessary items. Patio wonderful with the fireplace and spectacular views.

We enjoyed our visit but the house and patio were very dirty. It doesn't look like the place has had a thorough cleaning in many years.

there was the misinformation about the POOL/SPA not being heated. Buried in the small print of the rules (AFTER the unit was rented) was: "Optional pool/spa heat is available for $50 per night," It has always been my understanding that when you rent a house with a spa, the spa will always be heated. It was very disappointing to find out after I paid my money that I would have to pay $50 a day to pay for the heated spa. Next time, tell the renter before they rent, instead of surprising the renter with an additional $50 charge, not discussed prior to the rental.

Mary was so great! The house was very clean, the bedrooms and bathrooms were huge, and the pool was perfect. The view from the back deck really is unmatched. I could spend every day at this house, which my friends fondly called The Bird, and we loved every second of our weekend here. Definitely would recommend! It was a seamless experience from check in to check out.

Beautiful home overlooking the 7th green. Everything was in excellent and pool worked fine. Just follow well laid out directions for everything and enjoy. We plan to return next year. The owner even called during our stay to be sure everything was working ok. Thanks Mary Ann!

The layout of the house was perfect for our needs. The pool view was amazing. We had constant issues with the pool heat ...so never really had that amenity that we paid for. The pool heats OR the spa heats...not together. The owner balked at coming out to address the issues...although she did try to resolve the issue per phone, she NEVER mentioned that the heater had to be turned on outside. When I asked for a refund for the pool heat she got indignant and brought up unrelated issues.The furnishings were dated...the kitchen supplies were poor at best...and each toilet had a dirt ring. I emailed her to have a paper trail daily and took pictures of the lack of overall cleanliness of the house. Some of the chairs out side where broken. Also the house had a bad order which was resolved in a day with the windows open. I would not recommend this property. For the price of the rental I felt the pool should have been heated and up and running when I arrived. I also expected a cleaner property.

The property was clean and the yard and pool were beautiful. We especially loved using the outdoor grill and watching the golfers. I would agree with some of other reviews that the house has a ton of unnecessary knick knacks everywhere but that seems to be the old school Palm Springs style. But the house was spacious for our group of 8, the bedrooms are large and we never felt crowded. Cute and super quiet neighborhood too! Soooo relaxing.

We flew in early and called the house, Linda let us bring our luggage and put it into the house while they were still cleaning. The Place was totally Awesome! Our Family had a wonderful time! Would not hesitate to recommend.

We really enjoyed our stay. The reason why I gave it a four star, because the light switches were dirty and remote controls. But overall the house was clean. we really enjoyed the owner and the house! We would recommend this house.
