Good facilitating, nice and comfortable, very spacious room. Service was organized by the wishes of the customer. Nice and cozy place.

It was a bit difficult to find at first during the night, but just following the google maps pin help me get there. Also, the mosquito net did not work properly but since there were no mosquitos I didn't even ask it to be fixed.

The services were excellent. We were welcomed warmly by Christine and her colleague.

The reception was warm. Good people.

The staff. Very friendly and accommodating. The manager was a champ. She helped me so much. Their food was authentic Kenyan style at a reasonable prices. I like free breakfast.

The toilet in my room was broken. Was not flushing.

I left early so did not have breakfast. I however requested a late supper which they obliged however I feel it was overpriced. Staff were supportive at short notice and provided an adequate meal, however for $10 and not accounting for missed breakfast is a little too dear.

The room could have been better cleaned, perhaps it was because of my late request.( I booked the room 30 more minutes prior to my arrival).the proximity to the airport is brilliant and secure however the facility is overpriced for the service they offer. I used a cheaper/ better facility in Nairobi-west. And only chose this one due to political unrest.

In fact, when it comes to customer service, they're the best among all that are near the airport. They treat customers like Kings whereby you feel like living there forever. They also offer airport transfers May God almighty bless them 🙏 I recommend them to everyone

roads around the accommodation are very bad, took 30 minutes to get there from the airport. struggled to get an Uber from the accommodation due to the roads. wasn’t given a key to lock our room. shower didn’t have hot water. generally expensive for what you get.

Christine was very helpful and took good care of us. We needed a place close to the train station to get there fast in the morning. The breakfast was great.

In one of 3 rooms the hot shower didn’t work.

It was close to the airport. Christine and her staff were taking care of airport pick up and drop off. All on time. Great breakfast. Very quiet guesthouse a d worth staying there to get few hours sleep before your next flight.
