This condo was well equipped with everything! It was clean, had an excellent stock of bedding and cookware, beautiful view, and great neighbors. The host was excellent with communication so we knew what to expect and some adaptations ahead of time. The kids enjoyed swimming and the beds were very comfortable. We had 3 from Oregon and 3 from Mississippi packed in nice and cozy. The weather cooperated, the lake was beautiful and warm enough to swim. We had good food and good times. The condo is very well equipped. Would definately book again.

The property is exactly as advertised! Cozy three bedroom, two bathroom condo right on the river! A 20 minute no hassle ride to Sunday River ski area and so nice to come back to after a day of skiing! Cindy is an outstanding owner and very responsive to questions and concerns! I've stayed at many a rental condo and this one does have the pots/dishes/condiments/spices/etc that she mentions! Excellent host, excellent stay! Highly recommended!!!!

This is the second time my family of 5 has stayed in this condo and we had another wonderful experience. The condo is clean, well stocked, and accommodates our family perfectly. It was cozy and warm throughout our January weekend stay. We enjoyed the proximity to Mt. Abram ski mountain, but could easily have chosen to ski at 2 other ski mountains nearby. Cindy is an excellent host and went above and beyond to allow us to extend our stay due to a winter storm on the day we planned to leave. Even in mid winter the view from the condo is beautiful. We highly recommend this property!

I came here with a friend of mine for a Dad/Daughter ski trip at Sunday River. The place is very convenient and reasonably priced. 10-15 minutes to Bethel and about 20 minutes to Sunday River. It's also one of the best-stocked places I've ever stayed. The owner has done an excellent job of providing everything necessary to allow you do to you own cooking. Being right on the water, I can imagine it would be a nice place in the summer as well. I'd definitely stay here again the next time I'm up in the area.

Easy to find and check in, basement condo right on Bryant Pond. The family of Loons, view of Mt. Christopher and an awesome sunset greeted us ! Though others were at the site, we lucked out, that it wasn't too busy. The available paddleboard and canoe are heavy- be prepared.. We love the train whistles and rumbling cars, but be prepared that it goes thru after 10p.m... The busy construction on the road will be done " soon", hopefully... None of this is the owner's ' fault'- just helping with surroundings.. The Grands made full use of swimming off the dock! The Bald Eagle couple, King Fisher and hummingbird entertained the adults, especially... The well- stocked spices, condiments and cooking supplies helped, immensely. Location was perfect for our day trip to Rangeley ( saw a Moose!) Introduced the Grands to Rock Hounding at the Outdoor Adventure and Bethel Gem and Mineral Museum.! The Lake view is Most relaxing and Worth the stay !! Thank you, Cindy, for your hospitality!

We stayed here during ski season last March. This time we were here for my daughter's wedding. Cindy's condo is well appointed with all the amenities. It was really hot this time in August but Cindy came through with a window AC unit which helped a lot to keep us cool. We took the canoe and SUP out for a spin on the pond which was a lot of fun. Cindy is a great host and the condo is in a great location. Highly reommended.

The location was excellent and even better than the listing described! Having the canoe and paddle board was so nice to be able to enjoy the pond even more. The kitchen was, as other reviews mentioned, well stocked with the pots, pans, dishes, etc. needed. The location is a 5+ star. The downsides were some aspects of the condo. It is a basement walk-out condo and did have mildew smell - on the positive there were candles to combat this. Maybe this is normal with the humidity in Maine though? The other downside were the bugs (mostly spiders). From the time we arrived we noticed cobwebs, spiders and beetles in the condo. We were very careful to keep the screen door closed while there to avoid adding more bugs inside but we weren’t comfortable sitting on the floor and were careful to check bedding, etc. Maybe it’s been a bad year for bugs too. For this, the condo and overall rating is a 3. Regardless, we could tell that this is a well loved condo and location.

My family and friends had a great stay at Cindy’s place. The space is accurately described and super convenient for our ski trip to Sunday River. Hands down for the most stocked kitchen in any rental we’ve been in. Cindy was very communicative and responded promptly throughout the entire process. We were able to use the BBQ grill right outside. Unfortunately, we couldn’t go out to the lake, but we would definitely try to come back in the summer. We highly recommend Cindy’s place to others.

We had a wonderful stay at this Condo. Cindy provided all the info we needed on how to best enjoy her property. Our stay was during the Fall and the views from the lake are stunning. The condo was extremely clean, and felt just like home! We would love to come back during the warmer months for a longer visit to take advantage of the lake! Thank you for a lovely stay!

Great location, plenty of room for a much larger group than the two of us. Lots of "extra" in the kitchen. Wish we would have had more time!

This is a cozy space with access to a great pond. The owner has a well maintained condo that is nicely supplied, including access to a canoe and paddle board. Wish we had more time there.

The property was everything we needed for our short stay. The kitchen is well stocked and the living room is cozy and very homey. It was really entertaining watching the ice fisherman on the lake.

We had a fantastic stay at this property. After a long day of skiing as Sunday River it was only about a 20 minute drive from the mountain. The property itself is so well maintained and it really does have everything you can think of in the kitchen and bathrooms. The property manager is also very communicative and kind!

We stayed here when visiting our son. Very clean and comfortable and the wood stove makes it cozy. Well equipped kitchen. Lovely view of pond and mountains beyond. Quiet, but very convenient to Sunday River and Mt Abrams, Bethel village We'd stay here again.

This property was so much more than we expected. We were so pleasantly surprised by the layout, the beautiful view of the lake, the comfort of the home, the coziness of the wood-burning stove, how incredibly well- and thoughtfully-stocked the kitchen .... it was just perfect on all levels. I always look for a place that has a kitchen open to the common area so I can cook and interact with others in the early evenings, and this was perfect for that. While every spice and kitchen took you could need are provided, bring your own soap and shampoo as these are not supplied. There are cards and scrabble and some other games available. The entertainment system is a Chromecast, which I was familiar with - we had some trouble setting it up (it was unexpectedly unplugged!) and the owners were incredibly available and helpful (on a Saturday evening!) to help us get it working. We were snowboarding at Sunday River, and it was a quick drive, passing grocery stores and wine stores along the way, so it was super convenient as well. Overall, we were beyond pleased and will definitely look to stay here when we come to the area again!

Nevertheless, for the skiers out there, Sunday River was just a short, 20 minute drive away. Cindy's home was very cozy and clean. The bedrooms were cozy, comfortable, warm and perfect for a long weekend away. Plenty of linens, towels, pillows and blankets. Even though it was freezing cold, the wood burning stove kept us very warm and made the winter experience even more cozy. The kitchen was incredibly well stocked. Due to the pandemic, we chose to be overly cautious and cooked in most of our meals. I can honestly say that Cindy went above and beyond to make sure the home has every spice and condiment you could possibly need, ample cooking ware and plenty of dinner and glassware. Cindy herself was very responsive with questions about the property. We truly appreciated Cindy's hospitality and generosity in not rushing us out of the home first thing in the morning so my sister could attend her grad school classes remotely while we skied the morning. I will definitely recommend to friends and family. I will definitely be back! Thank you Cindy!

Property exactly as listed but even more beautiful setting in person. Having access to the Canoe was great. Super close to some great hiking. We will be back!
