Our stay was very good.The place had everything we needed (except linens,linens not provided) The view was amazing even enjoyed some fishing off the nice dock.

Everything was as it was advertised, great location.

We had family staying in other parts of the property which offered a perfect setting for family fun. We were not gifted with good weather, but we had a great time visiting, playing games, swimming, paddle boarding, etc. even in the rain.

Amazing weekend, with everything we need would go back again

This is a hard review as there were some definite pros and definite cons. First, George was awesome to deal with , answered any concerns and always responded very quickly. The property had some limitations with no laundry facilities, a large chimney in the living room and no windows in the master other than 2 opening skylights. On the positive side, the kitchen was very well stocked and the rooftop deck with gas grill would be awesome in the other 3 seasons. This is the first VRBO we have stayed at that required us to bring our own linens and we felt there was quite a lot of personal items in the closets and dressers. Location was great being just 20 minutes to Sunday River and less than 10 minutes to Mt. Abram.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at George’s place. It is spacious, very clean and has a wonderful view of the lake, The property manager George was very communicative and helpful with all the snow that we got. They do a great job at this Condo. I would highly recommend this unit for renting.

Peaceful cozy great spot

We liked this rental. We would just like to mention The furnishings are older. Also the second bedroom is a loft over looking the living area. Considering all it was comparably priced nicely located & clean and the gorgeous view made up for anything lacking.. It was winter but I bet it’s really fun in the summer with access to the lake The owner was very accessible to any questions. Thank you!

Cozy accommodations on the lake. Quiet, yet close to Bethel and Sunday River.

A nice quiet relaxing week to unwind and relax

The condo was exactly as listed. The lake was awesome.

This condo has everything you need for a cozy weekend skiing in Maine. The check-in process was clear, the house was very clean, and the space was very comfortable for 6 adults. I gave the accuracy only 4 stars because it's better than the photos! A big thanks for letting us stay here for a long weekend!

All in all it was a good place to stay, most of our time was spent on the mountain but it was a cozy place to return to in the evening.

The condo was very clean and neat wish we could have checked out the pond weather was not corporating neighbors where nice only issue was the air in the hall very hard to breath do to circulation deck had a beautiful view when it didn’t rain

The condo was more than adequate in size and accommodations. The kitchen was nicely stocked with cooking vessels, dishware , coffee mugs etc. Bathroom also stocked with TP and bathing supplies. We enjoyed the 2 bathrooms. The two minor downsides were the nightly train and the air conditioner. The train wasn't a problem if windows at front were closed. The air conditioner struggled to cool the front bedroom adequately with the heat wave (daytime temperature was in the low 90's)

Over all fun had a few issues but the stay was ok.

Simple and adequate with two sliding doors with views of the lake. The loons gave me my annual fix. Mattresses need upgrading.

The lake was beautiful and clean. It was really nice that we got to use the canoe. My husband and son enjoyed fishing and my kids swam until it got dark. The view from the condo is gorgeous! The best place we found for dinner is the Honey Badger and we had a good breakfast at the Crossroads Diner. We would like to vacation there again.

Over all fun had a few issues but the stay was ok.

We really enjoyed staying next to Bryant Pond. Plenty of outdoor activities to do at the pond and in the area. Property was clean and comfortable. Loved sitting out on the balcony overlooking the pond (which is really more the size of a lake). Quiet and restful. You do need to bring your own towels and sheets for the beds and there is no way to wash clothing. It’s also on the 3rd floor of a condo building so won’t work for anyone not able to climb stairs. But other than that this property was a nice place to stay.

Great place for a quick few days skiing up at Sunday River - just 20 minutes up the road. Condo was nice, clean and as advertised!
