The apartment is very spacious with a lovely terrace. It was lovely to wake up in the morning and read my book. Most importantly we felt very safe in the apartment and the neighborhood. The wifi connection was good. If you are looking to stay in New Cairo this is an excellent location in a nice quiet neighborhood but a quick uber ride to everything you need. We would definitely stay here again.

Loved the location and abdelhameid and his family. Apartment was spacious and there was a nice pool the kids loved to use. Wifi was great. Rooftop garden is also beautiful.
Perhaps more kitchen appliances. Bathroom could do with an upgrade, toilet and shower are so close together. Kitchen could do with more plates/bowls and better cutlery plus a reliable microwave.

good location, very quiet.
there was wires showing and when it rain the lights shorted out. got electrocuted when trying to use the plug outlet. the tv did not work, had a bad delay and short in it also.

The door man was helpful
The host didn’t label the property exactly. Misinformation was given in the website. 2 times there was shortage of power. I asked for a refund as the flat was on fourth floor without lift and I had spinal stenosis. I paid in advance in good faith but was disappointed to learn that the host Mr Sharif did not return my money even when I repeatedly asked him. The accommodation was fair nothing wow about it.
