Lovely large room with view over the pool. Bed was comfy & bathroom well equipped. Excellent choice at breakfast. Staff extremely helpful & polite. Hotel felt very safe.

Smoking in the restaurants & bar made dining unpleasant.

Probably the most helpful hotel staff of anywhere I have stayed Very well equipped hotel and the staff were amazingly helpful. Thanks for the team of breakfast The staff they are amazing specially the team for breakfast! Never seen better! Thanks for them Facilities and activities in the hotel is amazing, staff lovely, support, polite and very helpful I enjoyed my stay in the hotel

Lack of Arabic and middle eastern Restaurants.

The view on the pool and the man made beach. Friendly and helpful staff, clean wide rooms. Room service food is excellent. USB, HDMI, and Ethernet slots in the room. TV with various channels of all languages.
