The property was very special and accommodated our family of 8 very nicely. It was a treat to spend a week in luxury together. We will always remember our vacation in this lovely home!

While we enjoyed our stay at this property, and the house was beautiful, we were disappointed by a number of issues with the property and management company that I think deserve fair warning for potential new guests. I do not recommend if you have a large group (using all bedrooms) and want to use the house for a fun time with friends. It's a shame, as the house is beautiful. -The host forces you to sign a lease for the duration of your stay at check-in without any advanced notice to review their lease agreement prior. -There is construction going on all over the neighborhood (March 2022) that woke us up at 7:30am on our Friday there -We had music playing on our first night (8 women in the home) and immediately got noise complaints. -Cleaning crew was still on property after our check-in time and the house smelled terrible from harsh cleaning products -There are cameras everywhere that aren't clearly listed. They are facing the pool deck, on the barbecue deck, Ring doorbell, etc. The property manager claims this is for security purposes, but they are absolutely used to monitor guests. Some track decibels of noise, too. They even sent videos from the Ring of our group leaving the house for dinner to tell us we were loud. -Gardeners and pool cleaners come on property to the pool deck without fair warning (we asked to be told when they were arriving and never got notice) -Dishwasher was broken and floors weren't properly cleaned. Grime in corners of the kitchen and bathrooms

This house in the hills was absolutely amazing! From the views to the amenities and the shopping, we could've have picked a better place. The owners were very friendly and accommodating. My family and friends had a wonderful time. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a luxurious CA stay. Thank you for making my birthday stay unforgettable!

The views are spectacular and the property is so beautiful, clean and well-maintained. Kimberly is the sweetest host!

The staff was incredibly accommodating and the house was perfect for our needs.

Our extended family had a fabulous time in LA, and the house was perfect. There was plenty of room for our 14 adults, and we absolutely loved the outdoor space. The upstairs deck was a delight, and the hot tub was deeply appreciated at the end of the day. The beds were comfortable, and the bathrooms were nicely stocked. The kitchen has plenty of refrigerator/freezer space, multiple dishwashers, and other conveniences for a large group. Managers were responsive, flexible and always helpful. The house was well-located for our main activities--hiking and a day at Universal--but it is also close to shopping and restaurants and more. It has so many amenities, we didn't even use them all (like the media room)! Treat yourself -- you'll love it!
