Had a great time at the beach at this house. Decided at the last moment to stay an extra day. After booking the extra day the owner messaged and refunded the extea cleaning deposit we would have paid. Such a decent and responsible owner

Group of senior women (who can be fussy) have stayed here twice and everyone agrees, perfect for a group of 5 who need to avoid a lot of stairs. Could work for 6 individuals if you have 2 people willing to sleep on air mattresses on floor. Very clean, including linens and towels, well stocked with kitchen utensils, dishes, etc. We are planning to go back next year!

We had a wonderful time. It was kind of nice that the place was clean and comfortable but had a lived in feel. I wasn’t afraid we were going to wreck anything. The beds were super comfortable! Thanks for a great time!

The house was clean and large. 3 bedrooms 2 baths. It had everything we needed and it's in a quiet neighborhood.

We enjoyed being able to spread out in this house and enjoy going back and forth to the beach, eat some ice cream on the pier and do a little sight seeing. The house is comfortable and has just enough amenities for a traveler. A few more kitchen towels or dishrags would have been helpful, but not a serious complaint at all! We appreciated all the extra kid friendly items and I think it's a great idea to have a space for a dog locked off from the rest of the house. We don't travel with our pets, but some people do. Thanks for a great place to unwind from our busy farm life. This was the kids' first time seeing the ocean and they were mesmerized!

We enjoyed our stay. It was everything the listing said and the owner was very nice We would definitely book there again.

Everyone was impressed with the cleanliness of property and the size of the house and number of beds was perfect for our group of 5 older women (aged 60 to 77, one of us used blow-up mattress we brought). We hosted other friends for a party one day and easily entertained 11 people. Generous sized bedrooms and bathrooms with nice clean linens and towels. We used the pet area to store our coolers and other gear. Nice patio area and private back yard, no neighbors super close. The only negatives were insufficient lighting in some rooms (single lamp in family room and living room) and the space heaters/baseboard heater/wall heater set-up was definitely dated and took a little figuring out. No air conditioning - might be a problem in hotter months since there are no screens on entry doors, only windows.

Very convenient. Comfortable. There were 5 of us and plenty of sleeping and relaxing room. We'd do it again

We have stayed here before. Great location for our fishing trip. Only one kitchen trash bag was a stretch for 6 people staying 4 nights. We will be staying here again.

1st off its dark our side , why wouldnt you leave a porch light on so we can see. 2nd NO BBQ 3rd WHAT THE HECK I CAN HAVE CHILDREN THERE THAT SPELL THINGS, WHICH THEY DID, BUT THERE WAS NTOHING TO CLEAN IT UP WITH , TO WASH CLOTHES, NO PAPER TOWELS, NO STRUB BRUSH TP WASH THE DISHES , THE VACUUM WAS FULL. THERE WAS A SOMEHTING IN THE BATHROOM THAT WAS FULL, THE BATHROOM SINK WAS CLUGGED. WHY WOOULD YOU WANT ME TO LOCK MY SERVICE DOGS UP IN A MUD ROOM ALL WEEKENED .....NOT EVEN TO HAVE A FULLY FENCER YARD PAID WAY WAY TO MUCH FOR THIS PLACE

The property we rented is set up for rental, but still had many comforts of home. Separate spaces for kids and pets so everyone had a place to do their thing. During our stay we needed the leaf for the table, which was in storage. The owner made arrangements right away to get it to us. We had a great time and will likely rent this spot again.

The house is large clean conveniently located and is ready for fun with lots of extras to help you enjoy your stay!

Easy access. Very roomy. Beach was close by.

There were spiders everywhere, the outlets in the house wouldn’t even hold plugs in the they were so loose they kept falling out. If you plugged in the heater then the lights wouldn’t work. None of the TV’s were working. The tire swing was broken. We wouldn’t stay again the kids couldn’t watch tv or use their devices, it was cold with only portable wall heaters.

Very clean and spacious. Excellent communication with host. A definite choice next season.

Overall the place was great in a good location central to Westport and we would stay there again. Only one negative comment, the upstairs shower did not have a tub mat or anti slip tape. A couple of the people that took showers said it was very slippery and had to be extra careful not to slip /fall in the shower. There was a lot of extra's stored in the house for guests to use that were very nice. One suggestion would be to also have a couple of electric fans available. It was pretty hot when we stayed. and some of the screens had holes in them so some windows could not be opened to keep mosquitoes out.

Had plenty of room we only used 2 bedroom. The only thing is I would have traded TV rooms it was much comfortable with the two couches to watch TV put the kids in the smaller room. Other than that it was great!!!

We stayed 3 nights during the Washington Tuna Classic tournament and enjoyed the house. The house well suited our needs. Close to the marina and the beach in a quiet neighborhood. Everything was there that we needed.

Very clean inside. John was super responsive and easy to deal with. Had everything we needed.

On first sight, skeptical of unit with trash cans in front yard (no others on the street at the time), yard full of weeds (and not cut), and storm door blocked wide open with a cinder block. Upon opening the front door we were greeted with a very strong fish smell (hope last occupant enjoyed the meal). Once the windows were opened the smell was whisked away (thank goodness). The residence was mostly clean and adequately described. One interesting feature we discovered is most light switches didn't actually operate lights. It was old-style operation of lamps. Location was great. Nice and quite in the evenings. We were visiting family in Grayland so we've been to the area off and on since the 90's. This place was acceptable, not exceptional.

We arrived early, contacted the owner and was informed the cleaner has not finished yet. That was totally understandable since was not the owners fault we were hours early. The property does need attention to the lawn as the weeds are getting pretty tall. The home itself on the outside could use some attention as well. Porch light almost falling off, and paint flaking. Once in the house it was very spacious and well equipped. We were supposed to have 6 of staying but ended up being only 4. Would stay here again, just needs a little attention to details.

Plenty of room for all 6 of us. nice improvement with the xfinity tv. Great place to stay wile fishing.

Clean quiet house within easy distance of food, store and many activities.

The Place was very accommodating. TV in family Room is DVD only. The Living Room furniture needs to be replaced (in my opinion), Wonderful Location and the price was Right!

We had a wonderful time plenty of room for 5 adults. Close to town (less than 5 minutes). We will do it again next year or sooner.
