Cabin was not the front cabin right on the water like the picture shows. Entire resort is just off of Hwy 371 which is very noisy in morning and evening hours. Only 2 firepits for 9 cabins which was disappointing.
Cabin itself was very nice, grounds were very well maintained, beach was combed every morning. Staff were very friendly. Overall I would say it is average.

We had a great stay. 6 adults and 2 kids. Plenty of room. It was wonderful to have a bathroom for each bedroom. We spent quite a bit of time on the really nice beach and spent a lot of time on the lake. Having a boat lift was great especially when the wind was strong. We are planning on coming back next year.

Beautiful lake views and access…. Met every need of ours for a great wedding weekend getaway. Lovely cabin, nice kitchen, living spaces, and comfortable beds. The gas fireplace was a nice touch for our cooler evenings.

First trip we have taken together since my older 2 sons have gotten married and it was wonderful! It was very relaxing and a great time of connecting.

This was our family Christmas celebration and everyone had a great time! The cabin was clean and very nice! There were 6 of us and my grandson who was 15 months and everything was perfect for all of us. The men went ice fishing and had a blast actually catching fish. Would definitely recommend this to other family and friends for a great getaway.

The cabin was very beautiful. Would most likely stay there again if I was in the area. Very clean and comfy. We were in town for daughters wedding and it was nice to have bathroom for each room. I forgot my cord for my griddle :( and luckily there was a griddle there so I could make pancakes. I would recommend this cabin for a stay.

This is a beautiful place to stay and is close to many places of interest. Each bedroom area had its own full bath, which is a bonus when traveling with more than one couple.
The only bit of concern was the cleanliness of the kitchen area, and it really wasn't much of a concern. Their were several fingerprints on the appliances, and handprints on one of the doors. None of this hampered our enjoyment!

This cabin is adorable & so cozy! It has everything you need, great views in a wonderful location. Our only complaint if we had one is that there were no blinds for the large living room patio windows or the front door. The whole main floor is visible for anyone walking by. It’s still such a lovely cabin we will visit again.

Loved the property. Very clean and cozy. Kitchen well stocked with supplies. Bathroom in every bedroom. My only comment is it would have been helpful to know it’s a walk from the car to the cabin and not easy in the dark. I didn’t receive the check in email so that info may have been included. We would return!

Gull Haven Unit 707
This is our 4th stay @ 707 Gull Haven. Everything was lovely, however we were disappointed the king size bed was removed in the primary bedroom. Also we had difficulty with the elevated queen size beds for our senior guests. Otherwise the place is well appointed and we enjoyed our stay.

I am a returning customer and have stayed here with a young family with 3 children ages 3-9, the upper loft, tv, bathroom, and playroom is a great hangout for them at the end of the day before they fall off to sleep.

This cabin is absolutely amazing! It is beautiful and has a good amount of space. Having 3 bathrooms was a huge plus. It is stocked with anything you would need to cook in the kitchen. The cabin was clean and well maintained. Our family absolutely loved it and will definitely be back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! The property is exactly as advertised, the beds are comfy with nice linens & towels. Everything was in working order and up to date. The beach and lake access are fantastic! We would love to have a crock pot & an electric griddle and updated utensils in the kitchen.

Sister's weekend
Absolutely beautiful cabin, just like pictured! Lots of space and a very pretty setting. Great view of the lake and stunning sunsets. Very well appointed with everything you need. The beds and bedding were amazing. Great shopping and restaurants in Nisswa. We were a little disappointed that the dock was already pulled out and the picnic table was gone. The upstairs bathroom was not very clean. Check-in was really easy. A cleaning fee was included in our booking but we were asked to take out all of the garbage and bring it to a different resort area. With that being said, we truly loved it and look forward to booking this property again!
