We wanted to take a moment to share our fantastic experience at Ciala Resort and highly recommend it to all families seeking an unforgettable getaway. Accommodations: The moment we entered our spacious, beautifully appointed family suite, we were greeted by a stunning view of the lush gardens and sparkling pool. The room was impeccably clean, comfortable, and elegantly furnished, providing a relaxing retreat for our entire family. The attention to detail in the room amenities and thoughtful touches, such as welcome treats for the kids, made us feel right at home. The beds were incredibly cozy, ensuring a restful night's sleep for all of us. Facilities and Activities: Ciala Resort Kisumu boasts an impressive array of facilities and activities for families of all ages. The expansive pool area was a definite highlight for our kids, who spent hours splashing around and enjoying the water slides. The resort's well-maintained gardens provided a peaceful setting for family strolls and picnics, while the children's playground kept our little ones entertained for hours. The on-site spa and fitness center allowed us parents to indulge in some much-needed relaxation and rejuvenation. As a frequent business traveler, I can confidently say that Ciala Resort is an exceptional choice for professionals on the go. The boardrooms were well-equipped and the staff was attentive to my needs. The resort's serene atmosphere and top-notch amenities allowed me to recharge and stay focused. Ciala Resort exceeded my expectations, and I will definitely be returning during my next business trip.

The resort's facilities are well thought out and properly managed. The staff were generally polite and caring. Provided the privacy that I needed as well as a quite environment for the family to chill out.

Not much...really. I just really liked it and have encouraged the rest of my family to visit it when they come to Kenya. I will probably host a reunion there sometime in the future.

Hotel idea good.

The bathroom was a mess. The room I paid for was a premium price yet the shower was cold, with broken taps. Very disappointed. Asked for help and no response from staff; reported issue when checking out and staff was not bothered by the issue.
