The full kitchen 2bed apt is perfect fitting for a family and group. The location is excellent and just steps away from mirror lake.

It was a modern apartment and it was centrally located in Lake Placid. The kitchen area was well equipped. Parking was straightforward. Also, we were allowed to check out a bit later than the deadline with no extra charge.

The main issue was the bathroom door, which was a sliding door and did not close fully. This was really inappropriate for 3 adults travelling together (it's uncomfortable to use the bathroom when your family members are on the other side of the door and there's a big gap!) The solution that was offered and accepted was a partial refund, but really an extra room or an upgrade to a 2-bedroom suite would have been more appropriate (rooms were definitely available). I found the receptionist to be a little unsympathetic and argumentative ("I can't possibly just give you an extra room" - well, yes, you could have and I think you should have). This wasn't a ploy to get a free upgrade, it was a feature of the room design that would have been impossible to know before our stay and prevented a relaxing and pleasant experience. Also worth noting is the tendency of the staff from the Subway next door to smoke right under the no smoking sign outside the entrance to the apartments. Not the end of the world but also unpleasant.

The place is wonderful! Unit 203 is a spacious one-bedroom apartment, clean, comfortable, super well furnished, nicely decorated, and with modern appliances (+ good storage space). The location is excellent! And the staff super friendly and helpful. This is the second time I've stayed there (got the same apartment (: Highly recommended!

Location of the apartments were awesome. Directly across from Herb Brooks Arena. Cleanliness and housekeeping was spot on. I will stay again.

Super clean and very well located. walking distance to several restaurants and only 15 min from Whiteface mountain.

check-in is done in another hotel (same owner, I guess) and there is no room service. I stayed 8 nights and no one cleaned. I complained and heard it's an "airbnb style", so no housekeeping. I don't mind but I think this should be advertised as such.

Cleanliness, size and proximity to downtown Lake Placid.

We were there to do an be snowboard however there's no walk-in mat or tray to place the wet equipment. Taking it in the room means you now have wet floors and can't walk around bare foot. People leave their equipment in the hallway and it becomes a nuisance.
