Best features: private but convenient, so many "toys" for use, thoughtful stocking of supplies so you don't need to bring much or buy, and don't miss the great Cuban bakery in the convenience store one block away.

Bob's house is awesome inside and out. This house is near everything you need, restaurants, grocery store, gas station, and the beach. My son played baseball at the Space Coast Complex which was 20 mins away. Bob was quick to get ahold of if we had any question, If we ever visit this area again I will definitely book this place.

The property was very pretty and meet our expectations. The golf cart, beach chairs, bicycles were just icing on the cake. The house was well appointed as was the kitchen. We truly enjoyed the screened in porch and outside areas. Everything was lovely.

Stayed with spouse and two toddlers. Had a wonderful time! Street is quiet. Yard is fenced in. Host is incredibly helpful! Plenty of toddler safe fun, but also a hot tub and tiki area for adults after hours. 10/10 would recommend!

This house is great. Bob has provided every possible indoor and outdoor amenity. In the garage are beach chairs, umbrellas, paddle boards, etc., as well as a cart for the 1 min trip to the beach across the street. The beach itself it very private, a little ways up from the large Satellite Public Beach. The house is well cared for and very clean. It was a fun stay and we would definitely stay here again.

Overall really enjoyed our stay. Only concern is the "back room" that is set up as an extra TV/family room is VERY musty and seems like it could possibly be molding. We never went into that room due to the smell and concern. The other thing that was a bit of an issue is the VERY bright EXIT light in the bedroom with king size bed. It lights up the entire room and there didn't seem to be a way to turn it off. The kitchen, living room and other bedrooms were very nice. The location was great and just a very short walk to the beach.

This house is in the best location, one minute from the beach and the neighborhood is family friendly. Robert is very nice and answered any question we had quickly. We will be coming back to Satellite Beach and when we do we will stay here. The house and the yard an very well maintained and you feel like you are in your own oasis. From a kids perspective: This place was amazing, I enjoyed the hot tub and the backyard. I loved this house especially the golf cart.

The property was clean and well maintained. Furniture really needs to be updated and there are so many exterior doors it’s kind of creepy when you aren’t used to the house or the area. The exit sign in one bedroom is a little much- the red light at night takes some getting used to. Didn’t realize the house was right in the round about. On a positive note, the house has everything you need to enjoy your time at the beach. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

Absolutely perfect place to stay on Satellite Beach

The house was perfect for our family of 5. Plenty of room, lots of amenities, close to everything we wanted to see and do during our vacation. We really hope to stay here again in the future. Thanks for sharing your home with us!

We recently spent a week at this property and found it just as pictured, super clean and very comfortable. We live in Miami Beach and wanted a different beach experience and Satellite Beach delivered. It’s a surfers beach, very quiet neighborhood, and we had such a relaxing experience. We planned to do most of our own cooking and the house was equipped with everything we needed. The house has some great outdoor spaces including a tiki bar, screened in dining area and my personal favorite, a private outdoor shower. It also comes equipped with everything you can imagine to enjoy the beach (cooler, surf boards, beach chairs, etc). There’s even a golf cart to get to the beach, which is only a block away, so it’s easily walkable, but if you’re carrying a lot of gear it’s very convenient to have the golf cart. Robert was very responsive when we had any questions. If you’re looking for a loud party scene this is not it. This vacation rental, and Satellite Beach in general, greatly exceeded our expectations. I would say if you’re looking for a beach small children can also enjoy, Cocoa Beach has less turbulent water and is only a short (15 minute drive) up the road. We would love to come back here.

The beds were very comfy and the entire place was very clean. Loved having the golf cart for easy travel to Lily’s for breakfast each morning and to the beach. Also having all the beach toys and chairs were a plus. Would definitely recommend and stay there again.

We stayed here for my husband’s 40th birthday and this property could not have been more perfect! We had 6 of us all together and there was plenty of space for everyone. One of the best parts of staying here was that they had everything you could possibly need for a wonder beach vacation, including the golf cart that made it easy for my in laws to buzz back and forth to the beach. The yard it’s self at the house was amazing with all the beautiful plants, the hot tube, and the tiki bar. We will definitely be back and staying here again!

Plenty of space, cute decor and plenty of room for the 4 of us. We enjoyed the hot tub, tiki bar and grill. Cooking dinner and roasting marshmallows. Only one block from the beach, you can hear the roar of the ocean from the yard at this house. Used the golf cart for the beach a couple of times. Quite neighborhood and enjoyed watching the surfers at the beach. Would recommend. As a personal thought I would add a deadbolt to both the front door and rear master bath door and replace the living and dining room window blind.

It was a great place to go and hide. Great home and extremely clean. Only thing is internet wasn’t working for our stay however, between the golf carts and bikes the kids had a great time. Instead of watching tv we talked and grilled. Great Quality time

A quiet spot, yet close to everything. The owner takes excellent care of the property and is concerned for the comfort of his guests. We hated having to leave early due to the developing pandemic.

Our family stayed at this property for a week, and we couldn't have enjoyed our time more. The garage is filled with everything your family will need for a great time at the beach. Short walk or good cart ride to the ocean where you will enjoy peace and privacy. The house was spacious, clean and comfortable. We especially loved the outdoor shower and golf cart. Can't wait to come back!

Everything about our stay was fantastic. There is a Ron John's worth of equipment in the garage that we were free to use. The golf cart was a big hit with the girls. The grill was great and the beds were comfy. 6/5 stars!

This house is exactly one block from the beach. The house is decorated as a beach house and has lots of room, including a big family room and lovely screened in lanai with a bubbling water fountain. Beds are comfortable. In a quiet area with lots of different beach parks to choose from. Plenty of good restaurants in the area.

We loved our stay here. The house was clean and spacious. The garage was filled with fun toys for kids of all ages. We walked to the beach every morning, took the golf cart to see manatee cove, and easily accessed all the neighboring attractions. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a very clean house in a convenient location between Cocoa Beach and Melbourne Beach. The house was supplied with everything you could need for a relaxing stay at the beach. Bob, the owner, was very friendly and extremely helpful. I am looking forward to my next trip to the area this fall and will definitely rent this house again.

great rental close to everything we wanted to do; tennis, beach, shopping, movies. Bob was great to work with and anytime we needed anything he was right next door. Would absolutely consider this for a repeat visit.

Sunshine House was spotless and within walking distance of a very uncrowded beach. We were there with our son, daughter in law and 2 and 4 year old grandsons. They loved playing in the sand and the waves and when we walked home, were just as happy with the back porch, a bowl of water and toys. Bob was a wonderful host.

This is a wonderfully, centrally located easy beach home. Bob is a wonderful host. He has all the amenities necessary for having either beach fun or biking around the area. The home is comfortable and you can fall right into a routine. Outside private patio is great...so calming with its fountain. Washer and dryer pair, separate ice machine, bbq, Keurig and drip coffee options. Plenty of towels! Only one downside...1 bathroom. He’s got a wonderful NASA history display in the large family room off of the master. Good if you have kids too. Would definitely stay here again.

Perfect for family and friends...walk to the beach with all the beach toys included too!!! Use the supped up Golf Cart to cruise the neighborhood. Away from all the tourist...quiet and relaxing. The home is a real home, not just a rental...Beautiful and equipped with all amenities you could ever need. Thank you Bob for making us all comfortable and free of any worry's to be had!
